Cute interior! They do warn you the kitchen is very small and it will take some time to make good food, so be prepared to be patient. We ordered a hummus tray as we were starving and that came out quickly and was tasty. It does come with hummus and tzatziki sauce. My husband ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and he said it was very tasty and the coleslaw was excellent as well I ordered the Southwest quinoa salad with added grilled chicken, I did ask for a 2nd serving of chimichurri sauce, and it was very tasty My niece had the veggie burger and she said it was very good- It was huge and she had to take half of it home. The craft beers were very tasty and I had a glass of wine as I'm not much of a beer drinker They do have a cute outdoor patio as well. Service was attentive, and if we were in the area would definitely be back. Total bill was about $130 before tip and included a total of four entrées, five beers and a glass of wine The menu both for beer and food is QR code so I have uploaded the food menu so you can see what they have. My understanding is the beers to change on rotation.

Our server was super helpful, patient and answered multiple questions. She was a bright spot! The Manitou Burger with cheese was good. It came with chips which were nice but I wish they had fries. Love all the sauces came on the side. My daughter ordered the plain white Mac and Cheese and while I liked it, she didn't like it all. It was too different of a flavor to make this work for most kids. The nachos are huge and queso was delicious. Enjoyed the beer. We wanted to sit outside but it was full. Inside was nice but the music was just way too loud for a decent table conversation. Pro Tip: no kids menu. Server said most kids order plain burger with cheese or plain Mac and cheese or the street tacos plain.

My wife and I recently visited your restaurant from Florida on a Friday night. I want to start by…read moresaying the food and atmosphere were fantastic, and the margaritas were excellent. Unfortunately, the service was severely lacking. As someone with 30 years in the hospitality industry, I try to give a lot of grace, but our server needs significant training. She was highly unprofessional--spending an intrusive amount of time at our table, complaining about her managers and coworkers. She also struggled with time management, disappearing from our section only to be seen talking at length with other guests. Equally disappointing was the complete lack of a floor manager. No one touched our table or corrected the server's behavior. You have a great product, but the lack of staff training and management presence on the floor is hurting the overall experience.

The patio is wonderful in nice weather. The food is fantastic and fairly priced. The margaritas are easily the best in the city. If there are 2+ of you, order the margs by the pitcher. (The smaller pitcher=4 margs.) I recommend the Mexican Mixto, which lets you sample a range of offerings. It's also large enough that I get two full meals out of it, which makes it the best value on the menu. Service is always great here. The staff seems happy even when the place is packed, which is usually is on the weekends. Insider tip: Get there by 5 p.m. or expect a wait that can stretch to an hour.

This visit brought me in for Mother's day brunch and it's evident that the establishment is under some major construction but this didn't deter from our feast. It seems the hotel could use some repairs and touch ups and so it's good to see that is underway. The buffet provided a wide variety of options from omelette station, breakfast items, seafood options, prime rib carving station, loads of sides, salad bar and more. My favorites were the au gratin potatoes, Brussel sprouts, and Mac & cheese. The dessert options were very limited as most items had run out and weren't refilled, but I was too full to care. Service seemed a little curt, but was sufficient. I don't think I would ever make a true judgement of a dining establishment based on a buffet experience so I'll have to go back for a regular service to truly explore what the Cliffhouse has to offer these days. Hopefully it is full of excellence as it once was. I'll be back.....

We came with a large party (24) - so maybe it's due to our number. - it seems every meat dish had black sauce covering the meat. I didn't taste the others' dishes but it may all have been same soy sauce based sauce . It tasted ok but not what I expected. - I had elk chops - it was cooked unevenly (some parts very rare some medium). - filet mignon was over cooked - Moroccan chicken had odd spices and was very dry.
