What a cute place! The interior was absolutely FILLED with gorgeous impressionistic styled paintings, which was maybe my favorite part! I felt like I was in a local art museum and only wish I'd had a chance to learn more about collection. I ordered Rockey's Special (toast, poached eggs, seasonal fruit). It came looking like the most aesthetic breakfast plate I've seen in my life. I felt like I was at a fancy tea shop! I loved the artful arrangement of the fruit. The main disappointment was I had asked for butter on the side, and the toast came both buttered and with butter on the side. Both my partner and I wonder if they have some kind of vegan butter substitute because it did not taste or smell like butter, and this place seems health conscious. Our waiter was kind enough to bring me dry toast when I pointed it out. Where this place really shined though was the lasagna meal. It was so fresh and flavorful with heart chunks of tomato and the right amount of cheese (more like true Italian versus Americanized versions that just drip with melted cheese). The roll with that meal was incredible. Next time, I'm ordering that. My partner devoured it before I could steal more than a bite from him. Would recommend ! Just note they seemed understaffed so service was a little slow, but it's worth the wait!

The ambiance was the best!!! They had wonderful Impressionist-style paintings along the walls. Great for a date or a one on one. The food was stellar as well. I had the lasagna which I would highly recommend. Unfortunately, they accidentally put butter on my girlfriend's toast : ( which could have been dangerous if she was allergic. They low key gaslighted her that it wasn't butter but bruh, the toast literally had butter grease on it!!! They later corrected it. But unfortunately, the review is only going to be 4 stars.

I had the vegan avocado quinoa bowl with tempeh and it was So delicious! Honestly, I was so impressed with the flavor and quality of ingredients. The way they prepared the tempeh was absolutely perfect. Lovely atmosphere and excellent service too.

The name might be a personal bias for me but Adam's Mountain Cafe is a cozy escape from the elements with large portions and a wide variety of entrees to serve all guests! Vegan options for both Breakfast and Lunch menus though I got Heuvos Rancheros which turned out great with well-rounded flavor and warmth. The latte was good and the first ive ever received with a design made from the creamer. I also tried their Snowcapped cider which is on par with angry orchard on draft! The service was good, after the initial interaction my host opened up a little more. The ambience is one of my favorites with the theme being an ornately decorated mountain. lodge. Every part of the space feels like a novelty of Western living and every part is used to create a warm and inviting atmosphere! I recommend anyone in the area travelling to come down to Adam's Mountain Cafe.

While the restaurant looks inviting, the food and service have a lot to be desired. The menu is very vegan friendly and does not have a good balance for those that are not. The food was bland. I ordered breakfast potatoes as a part of my meal and it was literally slices from a whole potato that were put on a flat top grill and grilled on both sides, no seasoning and not fully cooked. The food was overpriced and the service was extremely slow. We sat for 15 minutes waiting for the check. There was only 8 people and 3 other tables in the place besides us. We were finally offered a water refill when the check was dropped by. Then it took another 5 minutes to get our card back. The prices were way too high as well. It was $16 for a breakfast sandwich.

Cute location on the outskirts of Manitou Springs. Friendly service and we appreciated the vegan options. The vegan huevos rancheros were great - maybe better than the normal ones. Kids eggs and toast was perfect for our son.

Been coming to Adam's Cafe since I was a kid and it never disappoints. I love the atmosphere with the plants, pottery, and beautiful artwork. It feels cozy and relaxing. This time around I tried the vegan French Toast which was amazing I would recommend it, but it is quite rich maybe splitting a savory dish with the French toast would be perfect. Overall loved Adam's Mountain Cafe. (Especially if you are looking for vegan/dietary restriction options)

Adam's mountain cafe is definitely a must stop if you are in the Colorado Springs/manitou area! We have family in the area and stop at Adam's at least once each time we come through! They have a big menu and lots of awesome vegan options! Literally the best Vegan French Toast I've ever had! Also, don't skip the juice! Their in made in house juices are so yummy! Our waitress, Memphis, was phenomenal!

Had a lovely meal here. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options. Tried 2 dishes and shared with a friend. Staff were pretty friendly. My only star deduction is that it was $25 for the senegalese bowl with sesame tofu. Super delicious and full of flavor but a bit spendy for no meat or cheese. My husband had the whole wheat pancakes which were apparently really good!

LOVE this place. So homey and welcoming. I've always had a great experience coming here. Food is always great and consistent! This place also has great options for vegans or vegetarians, which is so helpful when you're trying to accommodate different diets. Side note: I really appreciate the parking lot and how you don't have to stress about where to park especially when in Manitou!

Inside it kinds looked like a bar but there were tables and booths around along with outside seating. I thought the bathrooms were really nice, unique decor but fitting, spacious and comfortable. I was greeted by Peter, great guy, who took the time to explain to me what that all the food was vegan and non-GMO and answered all my questions about the menu. I ordered the Messy Sloppy burger which came with corn chowder soup and the Sloppy Mac and Cheese and they were not only delicious but hardy as well. Although the portions could've been a little more but it was pretty filling that I had to take the Mac and cheese in a Togo box. I would like to try more of their menu and it was a plus to know they make their own plant based protection except the few items that mention are made with Beyond Burger. But I was pleasantly surprised and definitely would like to come again.

The space feels very Root Down in the best way. Funky, artsy, a little mid century, but still comfortable and not trying too hard. Then the food starts showing up and suddenly the whole table is passing plates around because everyone keeps saying "wait, try this." We ordered a bunch of things and the smoked carrots were probably the biggest surprise for me. I would absolutely go back just to eat those again. The masa birria, diver scallops, and grilled artichokes and asparagus were all great too. The hanger steak was cooked perfectly and came with duck fat potatoes, which immediately puts me in a good mood. Dessert also fully delivered. The banana cream pie with black sesame whip was one of those desserts where you keep going back for another bite even when you're already full. It just felt like a really thoughtful meal from start to finish. Definitely one of my favorite dinners I've had in a while.

Our friend was vegan, and at…read morethe time, neither one of us was exactly convinced that the vegetarian/vegan lifestyle was for us. So, in anticipation that we might not find much we liked, we actually ate before we left home. That turned out to be completely unnecessary. I remember trying the chicken-style seitan and several other things from the menu and being genuinely surprised by how good everything was. Not "good for vegan food." Just good food. What I remember most is that Watercourse challenged an assumption I walked in with. I didn't leave there suddenly becoming vegan, but I did leave thinking, "Okay, there's something to this." And all these years later, I still remember that meal and find myself wanting to go back and see what they're doing now. Sometimes that's one of the best compliments you can give a restaurant: you changed my mind.

We were enthusiastically greeted by Renee and I loved her energy, friendliness, and helpfulness. They do have a great HH until 6pm (and daily specials), which we took advantage of. We each got a Lavender Aviation cocktail (delish!) plus seitan and cauliflower wings, corn ribs, and a Philly sandwich. We LOVED the homemade ranch that came with the wings. My sister was afraid of the sauces they offered for the wings, so I got it on the side, which may have taken away from the wings themselves. We were partial to the cauliflower wings though. The corn ribs are a must and only $5 for HH! Unfortunately, the Philly fell short to me. It tasted like refried bean to me and was crazy messy and fell apart. It's always been a cute little place inside and they have some picnic tables in the shade outside to enjoy the weather without getting sun.

Finding the restaurant was easy, with a nice sign above the small storefront facing Bijou between Tejon and Cascade. The inside is open and tidy and very welcoming. It looks like it used to be a bar, which has been repurposed as both a café and an after dusk cocktail bar. We were greeted by one of 2 staff from the back, near the register, where you place orders. The young lady was friendly and helpful, making suggestions after asking what we wanted to try. My husband ordered the veggie salad with tofu and mozzarella cheese, while I, at the young lady's suggestion, tried the brown rice and quinoa Greek bowl. We also had iced tea, which was fresh brewed, and delicious! We were given our teas which we carried to a table near the front window. There were several tables for groups as well as a couple of higher tables and seats along the bar top. Our food was brought to us and looked gorgeous! It tasted just as good. My husband's salad was chopped full of fresh and pickled veggies which he loved. The mozzarella balls were also tasty and he ate them first. My green bowl was also sounded like, with lots of greens, cucumbers, chickpeas, olives, tomatoes, and hummus. I opted to have the grains heated, and then the rest of the ingredients placed on top. It was so delicious! We look forward to returning and trying other wonderful items listed on the menu like their wraps and soups.
