My hubby and I went last week... terrible service, the water was undrinkable tap unfiltered tasted, service was awful, I order the steak fajitas they were grease onions with tree pieces of stake, on top of that the "waitress" put right as close to me the hot splattering plate and ruined with grease my new blouse, hubby orders the chicken salad the salad tasted chemical and the chicken was tuff and tasteless, the waitresses only walk around with either very short cheeky shorts or thigh pants and they do no care for the real food service. I am a former server and I tend to be more understanding than the average customer...I try to like this place because the food is always tasty but the service is so slow (you need to have a lot of time on your hands if you want to eat here), the restaurant is not clean (floors and tables are sticky EVERY time I visit) and the restrooms are the most disgusting I have EVER witnessed. (Smelly, broken soap dispensers and usually not properly stocked with essentials) I don't think I will give it another shot...sad because it is one of the few sit down restaurants in my small town. read more

Beer was good but that was about it. We had a party of 7 so we figured we may have to wait for a table and we did for about 30 minutes. This would have been fine except as we waited we noticed plenty of seating is a side room that was completely empty. Guess that area is only for the VIPs. When are table was ready, they crammed 7 of at a table for 6. Talk about being cozy with your neighbor and the booth next to use about a foot away. As we begin to order I asked about how their food was prepared as my wife has food allergies. Unfortunately, they cross contaminate all of their food by using the same grill and frier for all their food. They did offer to cook her food in a pan but still, the pan was not dedicated for this purpose and runs the same risk of contamination. So the wife eneded up with an over priced salad and I got the Swiss burger with fries. The salad was nothing special. The burger on the other hand looked good but fell way short in flavor. By "short" I mean it had no flavor at all. All the condiments in the world would not have helped this burger. Plenty of grease, but sadly no flavor. The French fries on the other hand had tones of flavor, about a pound of salt that is. Of course it was hard to tell that I was eating fries since they were basically just a bunch of broken up peices of what use to be a fry. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for food. Beer ok, but food is a resounding NO. Went for dinners, we were met at the door by the hostess, a nice and pleasant young lady. After being led to our seats we were waited on very quickly and promptly. Our drink order came out very quickly and correctly. Dinner order was placed and before you know it our appetizer was served. We had amble time to finish our appetizer and then our meal was served. Everything was cooked as ordered and the great service continued on, even after the check was presented and paid. I was really apprehensive about going to a "Family" style restaurant but we requested to be seated in an area with no children and we were accommodated. Over all a very enjoyable meal. This is a happy and family friendly place eat. The wings are excellent! They used to have pizza that was the bomb, but unfortunately they no longer carry this item. One thing that absolutely needs to be addressed asap is that I've seen the Servers using a push-top trash can near the beverage station & I'm sure there's bacteria on their hands!! Excellent private party experience, from the time we walked in the door by being greeted by employees to the team helping us pull off a flawless party for my dad's 80th birthday lunch. The staff was so helpful and went out of their way to help set up our video on one of their big TVs. The catering was hot, and on time. Got here 30 minutes before it closed, hangry, defensive & a Gator fan in Bulldog territory. Danielle took care of us like if her shift had just started. She was super sweet & attentive. We were the last costumers left & she didn't rush us or make us feel any kind of uncomfortable. The food was delicious, from soup to salad to entre. Visiting family and went for lunch, overall a decent quick fix and would return. There were three of us, each ordered a different type of burger. The fried and onion rings are good, need some flavor though. I have the spices jalapeño burger, very good! Just enough spice to set you up for another bite, but not enough to make you sweat. The chips appetizer is good, with bacon and cheddar cheese - served with sour cream and ranch. Will check out the bar for drinks at a later time. read more

My family has been going to beefs in Jefferson since they opened. Always enjoyed going there never had any problems. A few months ago they sold to corporate . Now it's problems with running out of some items, food comes cold or food wait times. Last night we waited an hour and twenty minutes after ordering for the food to come. Excellent jumbo wings! I figured out that if you want them crispy, you need to request them to be cooked for 18 minutes. That way they are crispy, but not too overdone. Their service is great and very friendly. They have curly and straight fries for you to choose from (both are good). Lots of TV's if you like to watch sports. What a terrible experience. I normally try to give folks the benefit of the doubt, but this was ridiculous. My wife and mother-in-law ordered wings to share. After eating her first wing, my wife picked up another one, only to realize it had a huge feather on it. About that time, my MIL showed us a wing she bit into that was super bloody. We brought it to our waitress's attention, to which she replied "I'm going to go talk to my manager." When she returned, she stated "the kitchen said it's normal for wings to have peach fuzz." I should have taken a picture, but this bird could have taken flight the wings was so big. My wife told her she wasn't going to eat anymore and asked to just have them taken off. The waitress refused and said she was going to speak with her manager again. This time, she responded "we can take 10% off." My MIL stated they had only ate a total of 3 wings between the two of them and that she didn't think it was a compromise for us to pay for a meal we didn't eat due to the food not being prepared correctly. Again, let me talk to my manager. The final straw was when she came back and asked us to physically count the wings on the plate left so they could charge us for the wings that had been ate. WHAT A JOKE. We counted off 9, plus the 3 still on their perspective plates not touched for a total of 3 wings are. They charged us for 3 wings....... My wife ordered the bang bang shrimp after to just have something to eat, only to have about half an order of shrimp and half an order of fried pickles with bang bang sauce. This place's food, staff, and management is terrible. Don't waste your time. You'd be better off expecting a mime to win American Idol than you are expecting anything good from this place. read more
