We have been going to this location since it opened. For the past 2 years the service has definitely gone down. We always call in the order. My husband orders hamburger medium and I order either shrimp or fish soft taco and always ask for fries or coleslaw since salsa gives me heartburn. Tonight, we went in and place the order. When we picked up, once again my husband got his burger well done and I got salsa and chips. This has happened at least 10 times. We talked to both managers, and the assistants who are there when we pick up. Nothing has been done. We are very disappointed at the service. read more

Ordered TOGO online, said pick up was at 1. Then get an email 40 mins later saying the order was never received. So I call the place and they confirm that they never received it but still said they would have it ready by 1. They said they would have 8 plates ready by 1... weird. Any who, got there at about 1:05 and no, not everything was ready which is ok but they also messed up one of the orders and so after getting back home, I drove back to get that order re-made because it was an atrocity of a sandwich. California turkey melt with only meat, cheese and bread... where's the rest of the stuff! They did take care of it and even gave me a $5 off coupon for next time. P.S their plates lack in fries read more

I dislike giving sub-par reviews but I really feel as if this one is necessary. I arrived with my boyfriend and his parents shortly after 6pm. This location wasn't busy just yet, and we were seated right away. Our server came and we all ordered drinks and an appetizer to share . The appetizer came out quickly but it was another 5 minutes before we saw our server again and were able to order dinner. Our dinner was delivered in a timely fashion by another server (no complaints about that), but it was another few minutes before our server checked in with us. Each time we needed a drink refill we got a drink other than what we ordered initially. For example: I ordered a Coke Zero and my boyfriend ordered a cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper. The whole table got regular Dr. Peppers. The food. I believe everyone else was OK with their meals, but I did not care for the Garlic Parmesan wings. They were way to saucy and just tasted really strange to me. There was no real Parmesan flavor and the garlic was bland. I finished dinner because I was really hungry but I would not order those wings again. At least not with the Garlic Parmesan sauce. I normally order a burger or sandwich and I probably should have stuck to that. I will give this location another shot, eventually, but on this particular day I was very disappointed. read more

...So this is going to be my first review after moving to florida. So from a server to server look...when I person enters your establishment and sits at the table..your first words SHOULD OF BEEN "Welcome to beef o bradys ... have you been here before"??? Instead I was rushed by a waitress named Christie . I didn't know what I wanted at all at first . I told her to give me a FEW minutes . . It ended up being 5... ( WAY more then enough time to have already asked was I ready or did I need help...or MAYBE A SUGGESTION). None of the above happened. I asked how the sangria was she said it was REALLY GOOD. Come to find out maybe some people won't complain about this....but I'm not trying to be drunk off of my first sip. It was to much of whatever they put in and it tasted absolutely horrible . They took it off the bill ... next thing..you can't have substitutes ?!? Sorry some people don't want just one or the other and sometimes we don't want EVERYTHING. LET ME GUESS this reasturant propably PREPREPS everything . Oh and to top I ordered chips and queso...sorry sports bar or not you should NEVER SERVE HOT CHEESE IN STYROFOAM!! IT MELTS. AT THE END...she didn't have her head together at all service was absolutely the worst and I will never recommend this place anywhere . read more

Food quality is always bad. The Service has just gotta SO much worse! The last time we walked in, we waited 10 min for drinks. Then our server never came back. After 15min we walked out. And while we were leaving they actually said Thank you for coming today. HA! What a joke we didnt buy anything! read more

I went to this restaurant with my fiancée. Upon entering the atmosphere is great. Great sports bar environment. There is a flat screen at each booth, which might be a plus or minus to some. The service was prompt and attentive. I got the angus sliders and she got the buffalo chicken wrap. I thought my sliders were great! I really enjoyed them. However, the reason I gave the restaurant 4 stars instead of 5 was because the buffalo wrap my fiancée order had a whole sliced tomato in her wrap when they were supposed to be diced. I would definitely encourage anyone who loves a chill bar environment to hit this place up. read more

Absolutely the worst service I've ever received. Cold food, waitress with an attitude. We were a bigger party but still should have been better service. Haven't been back since and don't plan on it. read more

Been here a few times over the past couple of months... service seems to be steadily getting worse. Food is always good, although a little pricey for what you get, in my opinion. Today's service has me doubting if I will go back any time in the near future... read more

I'd been wanting to try this location after being severely disappointed by the Beef O Bradys in Melbourne. This one in Bayside is way better by far. It's a very nice neighborhood sports bar with plenty of big screen TVs around the bar and booths with TVs at the table which I loved. They have a wide selection of food with lots of choices at a very reasonable price. My friends and I decided to come here on a Monday night when they have their $4.99 burger and fries special. We all enjoyed our burgers immensely. They were a good size and perfectly cooked. We also decided to order a chocolate shake, honey bbq chicken wings, and beignets for dessert. Everything was delicious. Would definitely come back....especially to watch a good game. read more

Great family place also if you want to watch any kind of sports they have it on. We were here for St. Patty's Day. Awesome food corned beef and cabbage. Someone in our party had one of the pizza was very very good. They have all kinds of different appetizers they have hamburgers wrap dinner steak and dessert. read more

Mom just moved to the area and a friend had brought her here before. She told me I HAD to go here mainly for the dessert, so we searched for it. The waitress was patient with me when I asked about beer (I'm not good at picking). We were able to order quickly, but were not rushed. I was nervous about my meal being too spicy and was assured it was not. When it came, it wasn't which was exciting! Dessert was fantastic. Our waitress was working two areas, but I never felt neglected or forgotten. Our visit was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a good time and a good night. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area. read more

I like beefs in general but man it gets hot in there when they get busy. The A/C never seems to work right. They have the NFL package, well placed TVs, and cold beer so I tolerate it sometimes but I usually go home a little sweaty. read more

I ordered online at 6:30pm. I went at 7:30ish. Knowing I was a little early. Well there was nowhere to park, my order was curbside. So I parked and went in. Asked if my order was ready, I was told no and they didn't know how long it would be because they were busy. I said fine and took my ticket and went back home. Thinking I would get an email saying my order was done. Well another hour passed without an email, so we went up there again. Went inside, so our food miraculously was done after 2 hours. We asked to see the food, to see if it was fresh. It wasn't, we asked for fresh food. The owner's wife argued and said fine wait 30min. So we did. Then she came back with our food and another bag. We thought it was fresh so we didn't ask to look. For our troubles she gave us food that was 3 hours old, we just said thanks and went home. We got home, our food was the same as when we asked to look at it. The cheese was melted and caked on hard like. Like when you cook a burger and put it in the fridge to eat it later and the cheese is no longer fresh. Our potatoes were over cooked and not fresh, our buns were hard. I email 3x, no answer. I called the location March 18, 2021 in the afternoon and spoke to the manager; they took my name and number and said the owner was to call me back. I waited till March 19, 2021 to call them again. The owner Dave answered, I told him what happened, he said, "the food was in fact fresh", I said no sir it was not. He then said, "I won't argue because I was the cook, I can refund you." I said ok that's fine. He asked for my address, I said what do you need that for, he said,"well you want a refund right.?" I said oh yes, then he cut me off saying can I have your phone number or I can look at the ticket," I said no I have been waiting almost two days, he said, "well we are short so I." Then I cut him off and tried to give my number and said you are rude. He said, "well since you said that I am being rude you won't be getting a refund." He continued to say "and you can email corporate because you did that didn't you and you can tell them the owner said." I hung up. I was not going to be treated that way. read more

Friendly environment, the owners are good people. Has a Cheers like atmosphere. Food is good overall.

We came at around 8:45pm on a Friday night and most of the restaurant was empty so this experience couldn't be attributed to a backlog of patrons. We were seated right away but it took at least 15-20 minutes before our server came to the table. She was pleasant, took our orders and then apologized "if we had to wait". Our drinks came out fairly quickly and the food pretty quickly after... appropriate timing... not too fast. The food was dropped by a runner and while we were waiting for our food, my boyfriend noticed that his glass was cracked... he almost cut his lip. We told the runner and I told her that the drink needed to be replaced. She asked who our server was... it's not my job to know that and our server didn't introduce herself and I said as much. She took the glass and said she'd take care of it. I still had no silverware. The server came by a few minutes afterward and asked if everything was ok and I told her no... informed her about the glass and no silverware. By the time she left the table, someone had come by to drop off a new drink with a clean, unbroken glass. The food was good. The service was not. The server was pleasant but inattentive. We waited far too long for our orders to be taken. The kitchen was on point, service was not. read more

You have to know what you're getting with this place. And that is, food that's barely better than a TV Dinner. The atmosphere is decent. A typical sports bar, yet also with a family twist during the day. I have mixed reviews on the service. Have had a couple great girls, a couple terrible ones. That's to be expected any time you have entry level servers. All in all, I'd give this place 2.5 stars out of 5. Not the best, not the worst. read more

And you wonder why the parking lot is empty and no one bothers reviewing this place anymore. Unless you sit at the bar and drink a lot, don't bother with the prefab food and mediocre service. The best thing for this place is a "under new management" sign. read more

I am obsessed with Beefs. As my kids would call it "beef o babies". The food is your typically bar food, but it's good! I order for lunch a lot because I like how fast it's made and how good it is. The fajitas are AMAZING! I wouldn't recommend the shrimp, I personally do not like how they Have shrimp on the skewers. We go a lot when my husband is at work because it's such a kid friendly place! I meet up with my girlfriend there sometimes and we love how kids eat free on Tuesdays and get the two for one beer! Perfect place to go and let the kids have a good time playing board games while we can enjoy some adult conversation! The waitstaff is wonderful too! read more

Neighborhood sports bar, really laid back the couple times I've been here. Always games or racing on. Food is good, don't waltz in asking for duck with plum sauce but it's pretty good pub food. Bar staff is friendly and not smothering. Serving 2 for 1's majority if the time, they'll even pour you a shot of you ask nicely and mind your manners. Just don't go crazy, I like to sip whiskey straight up with my PBR so they let me slide. ;0) read more

Local hometown feel. Great food. Great weekly specials. Broad drink spectrum of great drinks. Our waitress Emily was amazing!

Best place for breakfast on Saturday and Sunday in south Palm Bay. Good service, good food and VERY reasonable price.

This was our first time at Beef O'Bradys..slow service, cold food except for baked potato..asked for butter and took a while. Although the steak tasted very good it was cold. Hopefully if we ever go back it might be a different experience. Very few people in the place. read more

Poor quality, poor service

I hate to give a restaurant one star as I can usually find at least one reason for a second star... Not so for this establishment. I have been here several times for lunch and have ordered a few different items. I will start with the positive by saying that I have had one good meal here, the mango habanero wings with fries. The wings were cooked perfectly and the sauce was amazing, the fries were warm and the meal was served very promptly. This unfortunately was the only positive experience as the rest of the meals I ordered were subpar at best. The burgers are dry and forget about ordering one that isn't well done. The service is a joke although I'm sure they try. They seem in a hurry to push you out the door and not once I have been offered a dessert or an appetizer or a drink suggestion or usually even a hello. Specials are only special when the food is good and this place is below average at best. I will post a pick of one their" signature dishes" fish basket. This meal was edible but definitely not worth the $10.69...maybe a $6.99 special. Do yourself a favor and let this location just die out, don't go! read more

I eat and get takeout here fairly regularly and I can honestly say I've never had a bad meal or customer service experience. I'm particular where I get takeout from because let's face it, it is never as good as it would be in the restaurant and their takeout is just as consistently good as dining in. The staff is always courteous and friendly. I truly don't believe I've ever had a bad meal or experience here. read more

Awful, Awful, Awful. I have served and I hate writing reviews but this was completely necessary. 1. The servers were horrid, none of them smiled, they didn't come to check on us, messed up drinks and it took longer to pour a beer then it did to make a mudslide. 2. They don't know how to cook a burger, my grandmother ordered one that was med-well and hers was the pinkest out of all of them and the queso tastes like the stuff you buy at the store, repulsive. 3. I look over and there are ANTS ALL OVER THE WINDOWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How repulsive is that, I couldn't find a manager to tell them without making a huge scene. 4. I just went yesterday and the only thing I hate was the food from there and it has made me so sick to the point I believe it may be food poisoning, happy last day of vacation! read more

Excellent wings and drink specials. I always ask for my wings well done/crispy and this place listened. We got them hot and traditional buffalo. I would recommend hot. they were a little dry but I got an extra side of the hot sauce so no big deal. Good quality blue cheese dressing. Good service. Cheap 2for 1 beers. Very satisfied. read more

We've ordered take out from here twice in the last 2 years and each time they have messed up at least one item. Whatever we seem to order they put a different meat or no meat than we asked for. It's like they don't even write it down and just try to remember everything. Close enough isn't good when it comes to food. Also the food itself is not nearly good enough to keep going back hence why we've only eaten here twice in 2 years. read more

We have been going to Beef O'Brady's since 1986 in Brandon, FL. When we retired to Ooltewah, TN in 2006, we were so happy when a Beef O'Brady's opened there. We recently bought a winter residence in Palm Bay, FL and were thrilled to see there was one just a little over a mile away. We went there tonight. It was BY FAR the WORST Beef O'Brady's in our extensive experience. We complained to our waitress, and she gave us a 10% discount on my wife's entree. We will NEVER go back there and will spread the word!! If there had been a "no star" rating, I would have selected that. read more

Came in for beer and the game. Waited at the counter without acknowledgement from ANY staff which consisted of a server on her phone at the bar and another off duty server drinking at the bar, while the bartender was somewhere in the back. As a prior restaurant manager for over 5 years I am observant to customer service or lack of and I am patient when I know employees are busy and deserving. I am also impatient when service is extremely lacking so I finally called the restaurant to get someone's attention and the bartender came out. During my entire experience all I could hear were employees complaining about customers, their wages and tips, other employees, and closing times. Had I not been subjected to their annoying squawk I would have increased their tip. They were even outwardly bragging about stealing from other restaurants. Unfortunately the quaint sound of the Sunday Night game at a sports bar and restaurant wasn't enough to drown out the chatty kathys'. I won't be going back and it's no wonder each time I've been there they are dead. read more
