Nice selection of beer on tap. Nice bar too! We will definitely be back to try the wings next time and we hope Marissa is working! My wife and I visited Copper Chimney this past Sunday the 23rd of August. We sat ourselves as instructed waited little over 5 minutes before even being greeted which we were not in a rush so not a big deal. Got some drinks and made our food order. Came out what I would say is on time didn't wait that long maybe 10 to 12 minutes. We go there for simple food. Now I have eaten her before and we do ask for medium on burgers they maybe once it actually came out medium most of the time it's well done. But for me that is not a deal breaker since this is not a fine dining establishment so I do give grace. The server check on us once the entire time. Now we didn't need much but a refill would have been nice since they charge a high amount for a fountain drink but again it's a pub. She did come back at the end cleared out plates and did bring us Togo sodas which was nice to have. We payed and left. The real issue I have is two days later we get a notice that the normal amount we tipped was almost double added to our card. So instead of a little over 20% it was closer to a little over 35% charge. Now if the server was a little more attentive I may have let it slide and if the food was actually cooked to what we ordered. But it is not so I have now called the restaurant twice over a 36 hour period they seem like their mistake is just to much for them to handle because there is no manager apparently on duty to help me. Talk to staff they have no clue and cannot give a direct answer which seems odd. I have spent over 30 years in restaurants. When I was younger I knew when my manager was in and whom was on duty and when I was older and a manager my staff knew when I was in and who was covering when not in. Because a manager should always be on to assist with customer. That also has me wonder who opened and who counted drawers for opening. So after I got tired of waiting on an establishment to not take this mater seriously, I got my credit card company involved and now got the entire tip credited after explaining what I have dealt with or really lack of. Now that was not my plan I just wanted the extra back that we were charged but no one wants to take ownership of this problem at Copper Chimney. So now that is one less place we will visit. Man the food service has really gone down hill. I was trained there are two calls that should be returned in less than 24 hours one if they call saying they may have gotten food poisoning and second is a credit card dispute. Not that any others are not as important but those are the most important one to call back to but they didn't so just beware when eating her folks. My dad offered to take me out to a restaurant as a gift for my birthday and since I never been to the Copper Chimney Grill & Bar and always wanted to go, it chose it. For starters, the restaurant can be easy to miss because it is located out of sight behind a gas station. The only reason I knew about its location was its moniker also being on the gas station sign. Copper Chimney Grill & Bar looks just like many other stereotypical bars any patron may go to. Complete with pool tables and dart boards, high bar stools, and beer on tap. I was there only for the food so that is what I ordered. My dad and I got the Tavern Sampler, habenero mango chicken wings, blackened mahi sandwich with sausage and rice soup. I have to admit the food was delicious but unfortunately, what was a strike is how long it took for service. To be fair, it was midday and the restaurant just opened. It also seemed there was only one waitress and there were actually a lot of people for a midday rush. Ergo, I will give some grace on that being it was my first time. This restaurant is a neighborhood gem tucked away in Palm Bay. I had no idea this place existed. The food was solid. The burgers are AMAZING! The wings were ok. I wish they were marinated before being cooked. My friend ordered a salad which she said was ok. We also ordered the loaded fries and ahi tuna for appetizers....both of which I thought were pretty tasty for a bar and grill. They also have live music playing here nightly. However to give you fair warning, if you are looking for a place that has strict Covid requirements, this isn't it. I walked in wearing a mask and felt like everyone was looking at me like I was from another planet. No one wears a mask in this establishment, not even the staff. This is a place that I've driven pass many times, and decided to stop and give it a try on a Thursday afternoon. Parking was ample, and at first appearance this restaurant gave me the impression of being a local watering hole, with a big bar right when you walk in. Sit where you like was the instructions from the server and they were prompt with a menu. I ordered a Buzz Catcher (fish and chips) and my friend ordered a pepperoni pizza. While waiting I observed the ambience and clientele. There were a few pool tables, a little stage for a band, happy people, men and women enjoying their favorite spirits. The social scientists in me began to take a closer look at the people, very laid back, and then it hit me. Everyone was here having a good time, Hispanic, white, black, etc... all enjoying themselves. Some were shooting pool, others were shooting the sh**, civilians and veterans telling stories. Even the music on the jukebox was pretty good, you couldn't help just getting in a good mood. It didn't take long for our food to come out, and right away I knew that this place was different, I was expecting a big puffy battered piece of fish, but the haddock I received had more of a corn meal style batter, the kind you often found used to fry catfish in. It tasted really good, the whitefish had a good flake, and the batter has a slight sweet flavor. The fries were good as well, but because I was dealing with fried food, I had to eat it quickly. I ate most of it, leaving only some coleslaw. I asked my friend how his pizza was and he replied that it was ok. I did notice he ate it all, and he could sometimes be a picky eater, so good job! The best part of the experience was the wait staff, my server was amazing, she did an excellent job, and she was familiar with everything on the menu. Copper Chimney Grill- Palm Bay- 4-Stars Glancing down at my random restaurant name generator I couldn't help but think back to a Ren and Stimpy episode titled "Happy, happy, joy, joy" ran sarcastically through my mind due to the fact that another Bar & Grill was staring up at me. Actually, it's a good thing this did happen and that there are a lot of these around to be reviewed. As, generally speaking, their menus are all practically the same, it really does come down to what we value most here at BBDO and that is execution. And so, with an excited, looking forward to it feeling and a tingling in my stomach, I headed towards Palm Bay to check out Copper Chimney Grill & Bar. Tucked into a tough location, Copper Chimney sits behind a gas station off of San Filippo and Wyoming. Upon entering I immediately noticed the place was empty. Chalking it up to being early for the lunch crowd, we were shown a table and handed menus with the perfunctory, "Your server will be right with you." Glancing around the place, I liked what I saw. It was open, with plenty of TVs around to catch "the game" and a large, inviting bar. It wasn't too long before a lovely lady by the moniker of Nikki approached and introduced herself as our server. I found Nikki to be nice, charming and professional in appearance, demeanor and execution of her duties (she brought extra napkins without having to be asked). As the iced tea was out of a fountain, I skipped my usual unsweetened tea (honestly, it's only good if it's freshly brewed) and asked Nikki for their Chimney Classic Bacon Cheeseburger with a side of Fries. I would be remiss here if I didn't mention the table I was at. It was so sticky that my arm literally stuck to it. It was so bad that even after Nikki cleaned it thoroughly, my arm still stuck. I don't know what it was, but it wasn't cool. Hoping the cleanliness of the table was not an indication of the kitchen, I dug into the meal soon brought by Nikki. The bun was grilled! I mean come on, how hard is that? Hint: Not at all. Outstanding!! I can't tell you how many places do not grill/toast the bun and it really does make all the difference between a great burger and a good burger. The bacon looked good and fresh and was the perfect crispiness while the burger was grilled to a perfect medium rare, just how the Big Boy likes 'em. The fries were obviously of the frozen variety, but were cooked properly and so were passable. The burger was a complete joy to eat. Comprising a large beef patty, freshly cut tomato and onion with some green leaf lettuce it was miles above the crap slung at places like CJ Cannons. A small neighborhood style bar in Palm Bay. There is a juke box, pool table, tables, booths, and a bar. I stopped by for lunch after some work in the area. There was one server and one or two kitchen staff working. I stood at the entrance for about 5 minutes before the server popped out and saw me -- kind of disappointing. I tried the garlic parm and sweet chili flavor and I must say the chili were my favorite that night. If you ask for them to good the wings or crispy, they come out perfect! Hot and crispy, just how I like them! Heads up, they also do 2-4-1 all day and only serve wine/beer no liquor. For my meal I went with the Buzz Catcher and it was just ok. You can tell it was frozen fish and I opted for the baked potato which could have cooked a little longer. But I will say that my left over fish heated up well the next day :) Half of the building looks like a game area. I saw skeet ball and a group playing poker. So I've had wings here before and decided to show my buddy this copper chimney we got there eminently met with the state of get out from the little lady in the bar I explained that all I wanted was wings and got attitude from her as she reluctantly she said she would have to check with kitchen staff before taking the order because it was already 10 till the hour and she came back a few mins later and said they just started cleaning so she took the order not the friendly staff I've ran into in the day time there so if your not looking to get your head bit off for ordering food from this establishment I'd suggest staying clear from copper chimney the bar tender there was too rude for my taste not like the day staff but I do suggest if you don't like your job change jobs then I was only trying to impress my buddy and ended with disappointment instead plus the wings where pretty burnt I ended up throwing them away they where not edible I'd ask for a refund but I don't even want to bother I'm never going there again the staff can use a retraining for customer service read more

For the longest time I have considered this place as a pretty cool hangout. However, I'm afraid my mind has changed permanently. I ordered what I thought would be dinner through Door Dash on Friday night. I had a fairly large order, it was over $60.00. I waited for over an hour after the arrival time I was given. I tried to call Door Dash and there was no answer. I tried to call the restaurant and I was hung up on. I finally got in touch with Door Dash to ensure my refund. So, neither Door Dash or the Copper Chimney Bar and Grill will have the benefit of anymore business from me. Walked in recently. The inside is nice and clean, staff is friendly. They are still new and getting things dialed in. We meet the owner, he was friendly and explained everything about this new business. I like that they have a game room which is great and seems to be dying trend. I highly suggest getting a pinball and adding yourself to pinballmap. The food: now I got the bacon melt and was pretty happy! Also got the boneless wings. Still happy with these two choices. They have a full bar dude!! I can walk there, plow down a few drinks and walk home. I can see the bar becoming popular with us locals pretty quick. I mean, we can play some pool and darts while drinking long islands and Apple tinnies! I hope this place gets all the local support to keep a new watering hole open. What a great local surprise!! I have to tell you, I pass this place almost every day. It's located in a small plaza right behind the Chevron at Wyoming and San Fillipo in SE Palm Bay and for some reason we had never stopped in before. There was a Groupon offered, so I decided we should give it a try and I am really impressed. It was not at all what I was expecting. The interior of the restaurant is open and inviting with plenty of seating and pleasant, friendly employees. There is a game room off to the side with pool tables, but as this was the dinner hour, there wasn't anyone in there, but I imagine later in the evening it would be well used. There are tons of TV's showing sports and news, as well. My daughter though they could use a little more "stuff" on the walls, but she is 11 and not a restaurant decorator! :) So I know you're wondering about the food. I have to say the menu was a complete surprise. I was expecting more along the lines of "sports bar" menu selections, but this was a full on, creative and appealing menu. I wanted to try the Chines Bao buns, but unfortunately they were out, so I opted for the Dragonfly flatbread: a fresh (and rather large) flatbread covered with cheese and topped with shredded cabbage, green onions, fried panko breaded shrimp and drizzled with their Dragonfly aioli sauce...which although I can't place the exact seasonings was an Asian inspired mixture of what reminded me of a cross between a subtle peanut satay sauce and a citrusy, sesame sauce. It was delicious!!! My husband had the Dynamite burger which came topped with fresh jalapeno slices, pineapple chunks and the Dragonfly sauce. Just as a heads up, the menu says they cook burgers to medium well, but they will cook to order if you prefer something more rare. My husband's medium rare burger was cooked correctly and was very juicy. He thought the flavors combined well, but as a suggestion, he thinks that pineapple slices would make the burger easier to eat, as opposed to the chunks. Putting that aside, he ate the whole thing! :) The accompanying fries were standard issue restaurant fries. My daughter, who considers herself a hamburger connoisseur, ordered the Chimney Burger which comes with bacon and cheddar cheese on a brioche bun. She ordered onion rings in place of the fries, for a small upcharge, and she loved her burger. It, too, was cooked to order at medium rare. I sampled the onion rings (I'm a sucker of beer battered onion rings) and they were great. She enjoyed her burger, almost eating the whole thing and these are a good size burgers! Our server, Samantha, was friendly and attentive and made sure to provide us great service. Knowing that this is just up the street and we are supporting a local business gives us a great reason to come again! Needless to say we will definitely be going back...it will make a great stopping point on a night I don't want to cook dinner or for lunch after one of my daughter's softball games this Spring! read more

This is the little place no one knows about but definitely should. It is a sports bar in Palm Bay. The food is exceptional and the service is incredible. I was quite excited to try the Cajun Farmer Family Chicken Melt...a blackened chicken breast with Russian dressing, provolone, tomato on sundried tomato bread...well...not a lot of spice, still have not tasted the Russian dressing...and the signature bread, well...no tomato flavor...hmmm... Got the Sunset Slaw...nothing special. Ok...so it was not bad...but nothing to write home about...
