My wish for everyone to have a fantastic Friday!
Jacqueline E.

Very nice spot to go have a drink or meet friends for dinner. They have great 2 for one drink offers. I know at least 6 folks who frequent there. I decided to check them out for a fish and chips dinner last Saturday. It was quite tasty. They also have a cool rewards program that offers double points on the weekend. They offer indoor and outdoor seating, its quite spacious inside and everyone including the patrons. I see quite a few people gathered on Thursday evenings with their gulf carts in the side parking lot. Its a very popular spot in the area. I will report back on whats happening on Thursday evenings. Highly recommended !

Sometimes I choose the boneless hot chicken wings, and the other times I order the cheeseburger wrap.

Excellent Smoked Wings and Great Happy Hour Spot…read more Stopped by Broken Barrel Tavern at Palm Bay Road and Babcock and had a great experience. Service was prompt and friendly, and the happy hour specials made it an even better value. I ordered the wing basket with 8 smoked wings and onion petals. The onion petals were crispy, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the spicy remoulade sauce. For the wings, I tried both the Carolina Vinegar and the Hot Garlic flavors. The smoked wings themselves were outstanding, and the Hot Garlic sauce was especially memorable because it featured real garlic, which added incredible flavor. These are definitely wings I will come back for and highly recommend to anyone visiting. My partner ordered the BBQ pulled pork quesadillas with seasoned fries. The fries were more like freshly cut chips, nicely seasoned and delicious, and the quesadillas were excellent as well. Overall, Broken Barrel Tavern delivered great food, quick service, and a relaxed atmosphere. If you're in the Melbourne area and looking for outstanding smoked wings, this place is absolutely worth a visit. We'll definitely be back.

Went for lunch on a Friday and they had two servers and only one working the dining area. We sat in the very dark dining area. Every surface was painted black. Lighting was pretty poor and it was hard to read the menus. Ordered a pulled pork platter and a pulled pork sandwich. They both came with "fried chips" and the platter had another side and we chose beans. Bourbon Bbq sauce was our choice. The pork was good. Good portions on both sandwich and platter. Beans had some "heat" which I don't favor but my son really liked. The chip fries or fried chips - whichever they call them were seasoned with a garlic salt it tasted like. However they could have used about another minute I the fryer. The bigger ones were raw in the middle. May have been a byproduct of a large party in their event room throwing off their timing. But if cooked a bit more they would be a unique side for the area and good. Server was stretched thin. Freshens my son's drink but not mine until he brought the check. By then meal was over. I had water. Not difficult. Rib special looked good from a distance and I heard they are known for wings. Maybe next time. Noticed there is a private room for events that most restaurants do not have. So a point to consider.

My boyfriend and I eat A LOT of wings and this is now our new favorite place to get them! We went here for the first time last week and decided to come back again tonight. When you walk in, they have an area for you to order to go and wait and then in a different room they have a dining area. We have dined in both times so far. It's pretty spacious and seemed very clean. The staff here is super nice. We have had the same girl as our waitress and she is the best. Super friendly and super attentive. Now our food - amazing! Our wings were absolutely delicious and the fries were crispy! Seriously, the wings are just so good and had so much flavor. You have to try the medium garlic lemon pepper wings. The prices are also so good and they have deals as well. Overall, we have had a great experience both times and would recommend this spot to anyone!

**INITIAL REVIEW**…read more Buffalo Wild Wings (a.k.a. B-Dubs which I will shorthand Buffalo Wild Wings to for the remainder of this review) is currently a sports bar establishment... well... pertaining to those that are "corporate." B-Dubs has been in its current location for more than a decade. Through its time, I have been to B-Dubs simply for the food, but mostly to watch football games, MMA fights, and wrestling PPVs. Yes, there is a lot of history when it comes to my time spent at B-Dubs, but unfortunately with so much time spent, I can say that over the years, B-Dubs has progressively gotten worse. Every now and then, they have a favorable spike in their quality, but overall, it is like New Found Glory: All Downhill From Here! Though an address is provided, B-Dubs has been in the same place it has always been: the northeast quadrant of Palm Bay Rd. and Norfolk Pkwy. If it helps, it is a standalone building within the Hammock Landing plaza right next to El Pollo Tropical. On the outside, B-Dubs looks like almost all other B-Dubs looks like: a sports bar with both indoor and outdoor seating. Upon entering, you get the overstylization of a local sports bar with sports paraphenelia plastered on the walls. Depending on the locale, certain teams will be highlighted more so than others. For this B-Dubs, we hafe more Florida teams such as Gators, Seminoles, Dolphins, Buccaneers, and Jaguars. We even have Magic and Heat, too. In its heyday, the seating was a-okay, but you can definitely feel that some of those booths' cushions need a recharge. After more than hour, I can tell you my tailbone was starting to hurt me. As for the food, it is... okay... too. Maybe back in the day, my taste buds were not so mature and I didn't mind food that was too salty, too hot, too bland, too covered with too much flavor to hide the bland taste. But now, I can tell. Sometimes the cooks get it right, but overall, it is just forced peddled bar food. As a matter of fact, the last thing I ate from them were street tacos. Overall, they were okay, but it should not be too hard to mess up street tacos, right? Well... I did get messed up street tacos before, but fortunately for B-Dubs, they did not mess up. Not the quality like a real Mexican restaurant makes or even Taco Dive, but okay. The wings are still poorly cooked, as in overcooked and dry, something they probably hoped I would not notice with all the sauce they use. And as for the restrooms, still a travesty whenever I step into them. At least that every single time I went, our wait staff has always been kind. Maybe at times they are stretched thin and they can't be as attentive as they want to, but they are always kind. Ultimately, I purposely avoid eating at B-Dubs as of late. However, my friends during my Bible Study might want to go there simply because it is an easy-peasy place to eat and enjoy communion with others in the group. Outside of that, there are far better options for whatever it is B-Dubs has to offer. Miller's Ale House and Hooters does a better job with the sports bar theme, Frankie's and Wing Stop have better wings, and so on and so forth.

Service: packed decently, but they need to either wait until the sauce is cooler or get better containers for the Marina sauces, because both were melted to the point the lids were misshapen and not even on top anymore. Also, took longer than said, but they were probably busy since it started to rain. Food: we ordered the following... 1. Pepperoni pizza: 3.5/5 it's was ok... but on the bland side. It needs salt or spices or something. 2. Specialty pizza: 2/5 it was a meatball, mushroom and extra cheese pizza. It doesn't look to have much more cheese than the pepperoni with normal cheese and we paid extra for the cheese. But the worst part about this pizza that just sunk my heart when we opened the box... I still took a bite to make sure, and yes... they used canned mushrooms. Yuck!!!!! Who has a wood fired traditional Pizza and puts jarred mushrooms on top??? Why not fresh mushrooms?! Ruined the whole pizza. We had to spend 15 minutes picking them off. Just sad. The meatballs tasted pretty good though. 3. Toasted ravioli- 3/5 - tasted great but such a small serving 4. Eggplant chips: 4/5 - great big serving, but had a little bit of an overdone flavor. Overall: super disappointing... would not go back again. Not sure if it was an off night, or my family member went when they first opened so maybe they changed cooks since then, or why we had such an opposite experience of them... But won't be my recommendation.

The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, but honestly... the food steals the show. And let me tell you about the meatballs. I normally don't order meatballs when I go out to restaurants, but Pizzavola's are hands down the best I've ever had. If they're not included in our entrée, we order a side every single time. They are that good. This place is truly a must-try. Once you go, you'll understand.

She was friendly, kept the drinks full, offered the appetizer specials and was really sweet. Even after we paid our tab she checked in to refill! She was wonderful. The restaurant is kinda indoor out door which i thought was kinda cool. The place was tidy, clean and had plenty of patrons for a Tuesday night. I ordered 2 appetizers and a meal to go and my friend got the ravioli. The meal started with "home made bread." I was surprised the garlic knits were replace with this loaf. The bread was served cold, greasy and not great. Our meals arrived. The cheese triangles were great! Had a nice cheese pull and served with marinara. The fried zucchini was pretty good but i probably wouldn't order them again. My friend's ravioli was season-less. Appearance it looked good. But the taste was bland. Would i try it again. Perhaps with different foods.. sometimes pizza is always the way to go.
