Beemer Haus is not like the big, cold flashy dealerships -- and that's a good thing -- because it means they also do not need to charge you the related overhead. All car buyers have suffered through the drill of buying a car from a dealership. You get flipped from person to person to person, and by the time you are done, your head is spinning and you have a sense that somewhere along the line, you did not get a good deal. Our experience with Beemer Haus could not have been more different, or more pleasant. We called before going there, and Nick Blazek confirmed that the vehicle we saw on the website was not on the lot, but offered to call us when it arrived. We went to one of the dealerships that had a similar vehicle. That dealership had told us the vehicle was on the lot. But, of course, is wasn't. While we waited for it to arrive, Nick called to say the car was on the lot at Beemer Haus. The similar car at Beemer Haus was priced at a substantially lower price -- so much so, that we did not feel the need to negotiate the price with Nick. Nick must have thought we were inexperienced buyers because he started looking for ways to save us money, and he identified a couple of options we really did not need. He also helped us pick the best warranty plan for our life style -- unlike the big dealerships, he did not push us to buy the most expensive plan. He gave us a really good price on our trade in (and since we'd researched that before coming in, we knew the range), but he showed us online the sites he looked at to make his offer. The entire transaction was 100% transparent, with Nick showing us online each step he took to do the deal. We only had one person to deal with and he did not have to go to his manager to make the deal. The owner, Charbel Antoun, was onsite when we bought, and he was clearly excited about the vehicle. He took great delight in showing us some of the neat features on the car. He did not have to do that because we'd already committed to buy the car. I recently purchased a 2013 BMW M6 from Beemer Haus in Scottsdale, AZ and would strongly recommend them over other dealerships. During my search for the perfect car, I started by viewing potential vehicles online through car gurus and other web sites. There were two dealerships that kept coming up. Beemer Haus and Certified Benz and Beemer. For no particular reason, I went to Certified Benz and Beemer first to see their inventory. I quickly surveyed the selection at Certified Benz and Beemer and left due to the high pressure and sales tactics which have given used car lots the bad reputation people have come to know. Next, I went to Beemer Haus to look at a car that caught my eye while searching online. I was pleasantly surprised at the stark contrast in sales methods when compared to the Certified Benz and Beemer. I found Beemer Haus to have a very low pressure environment and a bending over backward approach to providing superior customer service not common in the stereotypical used car dealership business model. The staff at Beemer Haus were very helpful and took their time to make sure all my questions were ask. I was provided all the time I like to look at the car that drew me there as well as others. I do say others as I soon saw that Beemer Haus has a huge selection of very nice and gently used BMWs. A kid in a candy store for sure!!! I decided to purchase the M6 that drew me to Beemer Haus. They continued to impress me and provided that level of comfort I was looking for when we went through the financing part of the transaction. They were extremely helpful with offering options and even discussed helping me with service and parts in the future. This superior level of customer services Beemer Haus exudes has left me knowing that my next BMW purchase will definitely start with them. We recently purchased a previously owned BMW 428I convertible from Beemer Haus, and it was truly a hassle free experience. My husband found the car on-line and compared the price to Kelly Blue Book and other pricing sites. The price was below market and very competitive. My husband spoke with Brendan, our sales person, who provided more details on the car and their sales process over the phone. We test drove the car a few days later, and Brendan was very knowledgeable about the car. He shared details about functions of the car and was able to answer our many questions on safety and accessories. We asked for some time to consider the purchase, and Brendan was very respectful of our request and did not use any high pressure sales techniques. We were particularly impressed by his attention to detail when we questioned an item on the invoice, and he took the time to investigate and resolve our concern. Their financing person was thorough in explaining everything to us and very patient as we read all the documents. She never discouraged us from examining the details of the sale or loan documents by stating "oh, you don't need to read that, it's all standard verbiage" (which we have had happen many times before). Beemhaus (azbeemer.com) is probably one of the most honest dealers I've ever worked within the last 20 plus years. Venturing into an out-of-state purchasing process would have been full of disappointments and regrets without my sales person (Brendan Radoi) and the rest of the team members that assisted with patience and extra diligence. Brendan, in particular, has helped me to be educated with the out-of-state buying experience and further allowed me to be more connected with a prospective car through varying 3rd party services that can function as my eyes and ears without bias in reviewing the car with objective documentations. I purchased my car from Beemer Haus in 2009. During that time I was considering a BMW but was uncertain about affordability and what my options are. During my first visit at Beemer Haus I spoke directly with the owner and I felt no pressure to purchase the car. it was a great experience to have a normal discussion without any pressure. He helped me understand all my options and based on the figures I gave him that I can afford monthly, he provided recommendations of the type of car to consider. I ended up going back and purchasing a car from this owner because of the service I received during my initial visit. My dream car for the last three years has been a white 528i BMW. I consistently went on Auto Trader and stopped by a few dealers in Scottsdale. One day, I typed in my specifications and came across Beemer Haus. I checked out the site and found my dream car, but in Black. I decided that I would swing by the dealership after work to check out their cars. I met with Jessie and she was a sweetheart. We test drove a few of the cars, but I let her know that I was really looking for white. She told me that they get them in rarely, but would keep me in mind if she got one. Not less than a month later, she contacted me to let me know that one had just come in. I stopped by, drove it and fell in love. She got me approved with a small amount down. But, I told her that I wasn't sure if I was ready. She didn't put any pressure on me and told me that I shouldn't make the decision if I wasn't ready. None of that pushy sales kind of stuff I had been accustom to. That put me at ease. This was probably the easiest and least-pressured car purchasing experience of my life. From the moment I met Mike and Nick, their friendly disposition and their total no-nonsense, no "car salesman" antics put me right at ease as if it were friends helping other friends get into the car they want. The dealership specializes in selling returned leased BMW cars. They are not a fancy dealership in terms of the office space, but that allows them to offer the cars at a lower rate than the fancier dealerships. The staff was very friendly and Mike was very helpful during the buying process. He tried hard to make the deal a fair one. The owner's wife went well beyond to make sure the deal was fair and it met my terms. The final deal was fair and Mike even send me some paperwork and overnighted the owner's manual, which I had forgotten to get before leaving. We drove a long way to make the deal and they all made sure the process went as quickly as possible. The finance person respected our timeframe and was very efficient while explaining the paperwork necessary. I believe that if I wanted another BMW, I would surely give them a try. read more

I had a really terrible experience with the sales manager. They had a car I had decided to buy so I called him and started the process. I asked him for some simple information about the car but for some reason he didn't want to help me. I believe he just didn't want to take the time out of his day to help me. Then he got a major attitude and wanted to argue with me. He said that He would "educate" me. All this after I told him I wanted to buy a BMW. Anyway, He showed me what their dealership was like and what it would be like in the future. He didn't care about helping me, he just wanted to Burn and Turn a car. It's their loss. I will buy the BMW somewhere else. If the owner of the dealership knew what was going on, the manager would be out of a job. Terrible. read more

I am so glad i visited Beemer Haus. I almost bought a vehicle from another dealer, however when i came to beemer haus, They taught me a lot about the car, showed me how to use most of the options, and the best of all, they compared their vehicle to the one from another dealer and showed me why theirs was better. It turned out the other dealer was showing me a car with a clean carfax but did not tell me it has unibody damage.
