My friends and family that I referred love them as well. My most recent great experience came when I need some major engine work done to my 2008 Infinity G37S coupe with 102k. It was significant enough that I was considering just getting a new engine. Everyone on a FB G37 User Group said to get a new engine, that the repairs wouldn't work, I'd need a new engine afterwards anyway. Mario explained everything that was wrong and gave me a better solution and estimate less costly than a new engine. It was against what the user group "experts" were saying. But Mario knows his stuff and I trusted him. Smart move. Everything worked out perfectly with the car now being "right as rain." I hope to keep it to 200K! My personal opinion is that Mario is just that much smarter/better and A&E is better than any car repair shop I've dealt with or heard of. On top of that, they're reasonably priced, very friendly and have the highest integrity and honesty. I see customers there from 18-80 years old with normal everyday cars as well as custom and exotic cars. In my experience, A&E stands for Always Excellent!

I went to one repair shop and they couldn't get me in for a few days. It would not be safe to leave my vehicle open so I needed it fixed right away. I searched for someplace close by and came across Affordable Automotive Repair. I gave them a call and they said they could get me in right away. Tim was fantastic and friendly. Gave me a quote before the work was done. It was reasonable. My window works great now! However the reason for my top notch review is the customer service I received. I received a text message thanking me for my visit and that they appreciate my business. I received a follow up text a month or so later asking how my vehicle was running and to make sure everything was still good. This blew me away! I've never had a business follow up like that before. It is refreshing to know that a business values its customers this way. I will be taking my vehicle back for any needs it may have.

I was very leary of purchasing pre-owned as I have heard so many horror car buying stories of shady salesman, selling faulty vehicles and lacking clarity about the true vehicle condition, so I started my research. It took me close to a month of research, before I found a preowned dealership that still honored integrity. I knew the cars I was interested in and found my way to Goldie's. I was working with another dealership, as I had been pre-approved, but let me tell you what made the difference.. the service at Goldie's ! Through text and email, John, my sales-friend, (I call him) was so relatable and communicative. Walking in I have to admit is pretty cool, in the show room they had a old school IMMACULATE Corvette, a skew ball machine, and arcade games it felt unlike any other dealership I had walked in. The owners son greeted me and asked if I needed anything and to let him know if I did! He was the sweetest teenager. When they say Goldie's is a family business they really mean it ! I was working with John and let me tell you he was so transparent and honest it was like a breath of fresh air. I had considered other vehicles they had but he talked me through the maintenance cost, resale value and common mechanical issues each of the cars I had considered. Once I settled on a vehicle he was able to check for me the maintenance records as well as reviewed the carfax report with me. When I took the car for a test drive he told me to take my time get to know the car and make sure it was right for me. I never felt pressured to purchase. I was having a horrible time in dealing with the insurance payout of my previous vehicle and John was very empathetic in understanding my situation. He had set expectations before I came that with the insurance payout being delayed I may not be able to take the vehicle the vehicle home. I was thrilled with the no pressure atmosphere, and just came to take a look at the vehicle in person, with zero expectation to buy. John and his manager worked magic. I did in fact decide to purchase my vehicle and was able to take it home, there is a small cosmetic issue that I requested to have repaired and he called immediately and got the approval to get it taken care of. I'll be returning later this week to have that completed. I'll keep you guys posted after the service appointment. I had a great experience and I feel I got a good deal on my vehicle and, I felt like my business was valued, my concerns were heard and they've made a lifelong customer out of me ! Took it to my mechanic and after having it for two days couldn't figure it out but he recommend Village Auto Electric. Told me that when his crew couldn't figure out an electrical issue he told his customers to come here and their vehicles were fixed. After leaving my truck there for a few days (cause they are that busy) they fixed it. They do great work and fix what others can't.

While waiting for my oil change I got to meet "Fluffy" (75 lb monitor) who works there as the "complaint department". His sidekick is a boa constrictor named "Briggs". The staff there was hilarious, great conversation and I have never had such a good time at a service shop while waiting for my car. In addition to changing my oil they topped off all fluids, pumped up my tires a bit and recommended front brake pads in the future. I will definitely come back to this shop, they are great!!!
