He spent 10 minutes on the phone with me troubleshooting, offered a game plan that I could execute on my own, and then told me how long I should wait before calling him back to help if what we did didn't work. He said he could come out today if I was really worried but that he didn't want me to waste money if I could solve it on my own. Such a great, patient, knowledgeable guy.
