My strategy for finding any new third party is to read the reviews and try and synthesize the truth, speak to a decision maker and assess and finally ask for some quotes for the parts and labor. I spoke to four shops and of course everyone needs to see the job before finally committing and that scope can obviously change. Sam freely and patiently gave me some quotes for both (others couldn't get past - we need to see it), the quotes and the final pricing were both very fair and competitive. Mo communicated freely during the fix and heres the kicker and why we'll trust these guys moving forward. They easily could have turned the minor job into a relatively major fix and they didn't, the problem and solution was less in every sense than what I assumed it would be including their cost - great job the both of you!

I had to call this man SEVERAL TIMES on several occasions and had to finally threaten him with an attorney before he fixed the damages and returned the car to me. He had the car for about a month. When I called, it was outside of business hours, so I left a message and Chris got back to me the next day! On a whim, I asked if they had any appointments for Saturday and Chris was kind enough to add me in! When I got there, he was able to complete the inspection in such a timely manner and the service was so friendly. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend this company…read more A couple of years ago I took my car to the dealer who sold me my car for inspection. They told me I needed new brakes and new tires. Since dealers usually upcharge for this stuff I searched online for deals on new tires and Casullo's came up. I took my car in and asked them to look at the brakes as well. Alex called back and said, "I'd love to sell you new brakes, but these are fine. Come back in six months and we'll check them again." He then installed the new tires. Six months later I called to have them check the brakes again. Alex said EXACTLY the same thing. "Bring it back in six months." Half a year later he says, "Yeah, your back brakes should be swapped out, but your front is fine for now. Bring it back in another six months." Finally this September (during inspection) Alex replaced the front brakes, and installed new windshield wipers. He didn't try to upsell me on every component in my car. Well, today (December 2025) one of my windshield wipers fell off when I was scraping the windshield. I've installed them before: any new blades for the past ten years or more are a major pain in the butt to install - - bad design, counterintuitive - - you have to spend at least a half hour on YouTube to figure it out, and I didn't have any inclination to go through it again. Without a lot of hope on the walk-in front, I drove straight to Casullo's, explained the situation, and Alex came right out, drove it into the garage and re-installed the offending blade. He even topped off my tire, which was low!!! You don't find this kind of honesty and attention to customer service much any more. Casullo's is my garage from now on!

But they have one of those vestibule entrances where there are 2 doors. In between that space was someone without their mask worn properly. You'de think by now people know better. The inspection went well. The employees are super pleasant here. It's an easy place to come to, they are right near Delaware and Hertle. 3 stars for this large chain. Second visit was for tires today, had an appointment for 3 pm, was there at 2:45 said it would be 1 and a half hours. Well 2 and a half hour later we finely got the truck off the rack. Worst part is they had CNN on the TV and boy does it burn me up to have to listen to CNN's bias BS. Harris spewing garbage on a loop for 2 and a half hours will make anyone with a brain hostile.
