When we arrived at the office AT 5:00, it was closed. Not only is this super unprofessional, but it raises major concerns for this Medical Care establishment. Do you just deny patients when it's inconvenient for you? Do you just close early due to boredom? Do you not want to actually care for your patients? Genuine questions for hopefully a genuine medical professional that works at this establishment. Best of luck to anyone who actually go here cause god only knows where their certification comes from.

I've been trying to get my prescriptions renewed for five days now and nobody returns my call. Their answering service will not relay any messages because my need of medication "is not a medical emergency". I tried the patient portal but that crashed too. The doctors are excellent but the office is run unapologetically appallingly, take care of yourself and find another family medical center.

I struggled for a while to find someone who wanted to tackle some of the issues I was having. I still feel like I'm off in the weeds at times but at least I have Laporta. This country's system is the problem. What they've done to us financially, nutritionally, psychologically... I digress. LaPorta office is decent, a lot of aggravation with scripts being sent wrong or not at all, but at least she's there for me; it's tough to get appointments at times and I just have to call a few too many times for my liking, but maybe she's just that popular

First I will start by saying his staff is very pleasant, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. It has been a pleasure getting to know them. Everyone of them work together as a team and are an asset to this practice. When I first met DR Kochar I felt extremely comfortable. As of right now I have no medication on a medicaion i cant just discontinue because they failed to tell me when i called 3 times that I needed to make a new apt in order to get the medication.
