I also could not find any clearly disclosed maintenance policy presented beforehand stating that extending wear beyond a certain timeframe would automatically release the salon from responsibility for complications such as lifting or discoloration. At the end of the day, issues can happen anywhere. What ultimately defines a business is how situations are handled when they do arise, and unfortunately this experience left me with a very negative impression of both the professionalism and level of customer care provided.
