The salon was dirty and I saw several roaches behind the pedicure chair. Maria tried to use unsanitized tools and gave me attitude when I asked her to use fresh tools with me. I let her know the water was too hot and rather than adjusting it, she told me it would eventually cool down. There were several customers waiting way past their appointment times and Maria was very rude when two of them asked how much longer they'd have to wait. She has zero customer service skills and I will never again return. I had planned on getting a full set too, but decided not to after my experience was so terrible. She takes her time and uses an assortment of products to make sure the gel polish sticks. My plain gel, non-acrylic manicures last three weeks plus. But she can do any kind of design on acrylics Rosie is as intelligent as she is warm and friendly. I never enjoyed mani-pedis until I found Rosie, but now I look forward to our sessions. Went there about a week ago. Read reviews and thought I would try Rosie. That was a mistake. Told her the shape I wanted and to make them thin. She said she totally understood what I wanted. My nails are thick, some more than others and I had to shape myself cause she could not fiqure out what round nails mean. Every nail is different from the other nail and she is over priced on her lousy manicure job. and she kept looking at her text messages and made a comment , checking time I have other clients. She just slopped on the powder and rushed through the whole thing and kept gettin agitated cause I didnt want the square shape of nails she kept doing. so I eventually just reshaped ALL my nails myself...Waste of time and money with her. read more

I had an appointment with Stacy to do Shellac at 10AM. (This was confirmed on the phone.) When I arrived, I was told to have a seat and was not spoken to again until 10:20AM. At that time I was asked what I wanted and said Shellac. Stacy then proceeded to tell me she doesn't do Shellac and that she told me that on the phone. This was NOT the case. She blatantly lied! Had my appointment the day I traveled with Stephanie . I am new to the area so I hoped on yelp and saw great reviews and stuck with that. Samantha did an excellent free hand gel french manicure and pedicure. She is social enough but not so chatty that it wastes time. I had a 9 am appointment and a 130 flight at lax and she was very quick and even told me the parts she was skipping for the sake of time. Two weeks to the day and my pedi is like new.. the gel never chipped but my nails are growing so Ill be taking them down. Feels good to go to a salon where the person is speaking english and polite and timely. This is an appointment only salon, so you can really schedule your day around it!!! I got married a year and a half ago and they were fantastic for me. First off, they fit in 5 of us the morning before my wedding. They brought in extra people and came in at 8:00 to accommodate. Our manicure & pedicure's were fabulous and I loved the atmosphere.. It was very clean and all of the professionals were just that as well as extremely friendly and happy.
