Please do not go to this Walgreens. It has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've…read morehad. The manager, Maribel, always seems to be in a bad mood, no matter what day it is. She often comes across with an attitude, slams items around, and makes customers feel like they're an inconvenience. Even simple products like Colgate toothpaste are locked up, and when you ask for assistance, she responds as if she doesn't want to help. The only positive experience I've had is with Leo, the cashier. He is always kind, patient, and respectful to customers. Another ongoing issue is that the store's machines frequently break down, and customers are made to feel like it's somehow their fault. The store also doesn't seem to have much in stock. I've noticed other customers complaining that no one comes when they ask for help, and when someone finally does, they often seem annoyed or upset about having to assist. Since many people in this neighborhood are elderly, it was especially upsetting to see them being treated this way. I hope management addresses these issues because every customer deserves to be treated with respect.

Where do I begin? This place was beautiful, I had high hopes for this place. The owner Jenny is actually not a terrible person, but I don't think she understands how to communicate softly. I'm also Asian myself, so I understand. My first time here, since I understand Vietnamese, I can tell all of the nail techs were talking poorly of me saying they don't want to do my nails, saying that I'm going to be a problem customer. So Jenny came to do my nails, she isn't bad at them. But she tried to force services on me that I did not like that I repeatedly tell her I don't like and it made me super uncomfortable. I didn't understand the attitude in trying to convince me to do something I don't want to do. I also just can't handle the rudeness here, it's a condescending tone every single person you speak to and Jenny just claims we're so busy we're so busy, yes which they are, however I feel that she will be losing a lot of good clientele because she doesn't book appointments, she doesn't write it down, none of the other staff members do either, they just take walk-ins and it's understandable, do whatever makes the most money. I absolutely LOVE this nail salon! They all do an amazing, detailed job. I come every month for a gel pedicure and always leave very happy and my feet feel sooo relieved! I loove this nail salon! I saw an inspiration photo on their Yelp and it was white with butterflies and I wanted something similar to that except I wanted it shorter and blue. Mia did such an outstanding job! I would have to say - it was by far the best pedicure I have ever had in my life. Perfection! From beginning to end everything was perfect! Everyone was very nice and Mia is the sweetest woman! The salon is very clean and beautifully decorated. They have a nice selection of nail polish colors for both gels and regular polish. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive with other salons and their quality of work surpasses the other salons I've tried over the past several years.

I'm literally sitting in my car writing this review after my service Came in at 2 o'clock, it's almost 4 and I am not complaining at all. Zen really took care of my toes and gave me extra love. She made sure I was well taken care of, dare I say this was the best pedi I've ever had: This is about my fourth time here, I was a regular elsewhere and their quality started to lack so I've been looking for a new home nail salon. The salon is clean, the staff is super friendly, and they do an excellent job. I really appreciate that they take their time and make sure everything is done right.
