I received a $250 gift certificate in June of 2019 for my birthday. At that time I was relatively new to the area so I was still exploring my options. The gift-giver was thoughtful enough to take a trip and purchase this for me. I was pregnant at the time, but looked forward to February when I would finally be able to use the certificate. As we know, COVID shut down businesses until late May/early June. When the salon opened back up, I called to schedule an appointment knowing my certificate would expire soon. The woman on the phone asked me what I wanted. I told her I was open to suggestions since the salon has no website to view their services. I thought about microblading now that I was no longer pregnant but was informed that gift certificates definitely didn't apply to that (how was I supposed to know?) I was sympathetic to the fact that salons were looking for cash flow after being closed for almost 4 months, and even offered to pay for my first service as long as I could use the gift card at a later date. Keep in mind at this time the gift card was still a few days from actually expiring and should have been perfectly valid. The person I spoke to on the phone who assured me that I would receive a call to book an appointment within the coming days, with the caveat that they would not honor the entire amount of the certificate. Fine, I thought. We're all going through tough times. If this is something they have to do, then so be it. Three months later and that call never came. I am so disgusted that I, the customer, had to make all these concessions only for the salon to basically tell me to go scratch. So I gave my $250 donation and that's the end of it. read more

I really didn't want to write this review, but after a conversation with the business owner, I felt I had no choice. Well over a month ago, my daughter made an appointment for eyelash extensions. Her prom is tomorrow, so the service was made for a special occasion. Less than 24 hours before the appointment the owner had to cancel because her daughter was sick. Things like this happen unfortunately, and we have all been there. As you can imagine my teenage daughter was extremely upset and disappointed. Ro's reputation is so good that that finding another place (and with such short notice) was just not an option. Rather than kick and scream like most entitled people in this area do when they do not get there way, I chose to reach out directly to Ro. I have known her a long time and she is a resident of my town as well as a respected business owner. I expressed my concern for her daughter , but also asked her for a credit and/or some compensation for cancelling at the last minute for a very special occasion. She expressed her sincerest apologies and said that because of the economy she cannot find employees and her other technician was on vacation. I am very disappointed in how she rejected my request for a credit or gift card . Even a discount on a service would have been appreciated. While I am not a business owner, this is not acceptable and I believe was taken lightly by the owner because she has a huge following and large cliental. My daughter's one time lash appt did not seem to matter to her. I think that behavior and attitude is unprofessional and wrong. read more

I met Rosemarie at a wax center years ago. It was so funny how she approached me at that time. She asked me, "So, which Grandioso are you married too? I didn't know what to say, I was like is this a good question or a bad question! LOL! So, needless to say she is a wonderful person. Her work is art, from waxing, to eyebrows and makeup and now I just started getting eyelash extensions and I love them and btw she is amazing with shaping brows. I haven't been to her in years since I moved an hour away and it was just too much of a drive but now since I have to drive to get what I want done the right way, I now come here and it's less than an hour! I love her and her work! I wouldn't go anywhere else now, she makes you feel comfortable no matter what! She will make you beautiful on a bad day!
