I got text updates when they started and finished working on my car, as well as estimate dashboards so I knew what was being billed to the other driver's insurance. They had my car back to me in less than a week! They'd given it a full wash and interior detailing, which was kind--it's a 13-year-old family car, plenty of dog fur and debris. Frustrated with the lack of response, I went in a week later to cash out, no one asked questions or attempted to assist, they just punched a few buttons on their keyboard and said insurance would follow up.
