Great customer service. And as I walked to have a seat was called over by next associate Mr. Terry. He ask for my information, went immediately to get the new modem and I was on my way back out all in under 5 minutes!!! I don't know if it was my lucky day but I left in amazement! This experience was awesome! Thanks Mr. Adonis and Mr Terry for great service.

The clerk checked me in and proceeded to do the necessary paperwork but I was told he couldn't give me a receipt for turning in the equipment since system was down but promised to send me an email detailing my transaction. I never received the email and when I tried to contact the store all I got was another agent somewhere else but. it wasn't an actual employee of the store that I went to. I was then switched to another dept and was hung up on. so after being a customer for over 20 years Xfinity doesn't give a damn about my loyalty to their company and still do t have the receipt that I turned in all of my equipment. The customer service is unreliable and very unprofessional in the way this was handled.

So the store is limited as to what it can do for a customer eventhough it is a corporate store. Verizon service is not up to par. I was told that I needed to purchase a new phone because my phone was not keeping service after several times on the phone and visits to this store. I purchased a new phone to have it do the same thing. Poor service and dropped calls. Verizon service has declined tremendously. I am stuck in 3 years basically or pay out $900. Its really nice folks in the corporate store but be mindful you could be sitting waiting awhile before seen. I dont know what company is better but Verizon doesnt seem like the company for me.

Global Telecom Brokers, aka GTB out of Owings Mills, and its attorney Barton J Sidle make their…read moreliving by signing long-term contracts, providing less-than acceptable services and then suing their clients when they cancel the services. As of October 2013, they have filed over 330 law suits against their clients, according to the Maryland District Court record alone. Please look up their name under "Maryland Judiciary Case Search" and you will see what I mean. In our case, we signed a contract to provide 1.5 Mbps Internet speed along with telephone services. The actual speed we were getting was between 0.08 and 0.1 Mbps at all times no matter what time of day you tested it. As for the service itself, they promise you 99.99% up time, we were getting service interruptions between internet and phone service almost on a daily basis. Every time we called, they tell us that they have "opened a ticket", whatever that means, and they will fix the problem, no one ever calls or follows up with us and the service come back hours later and sometime 2 or 3 days later. Imagine running a business under these conditions. I do not recommend Global Telecom Brokers not even to my worst enemy. Service is useless, very expensive, it comes with a ton of promises and I guarantee you none will be delivered. They have a tendency of doing everything verbally (by telephone) rather than reply to emails, and now I know why, so nothing is in writing when they go to court. Avoid Global Telecom Brokers at all cost because they are a scam. I can't wait for Maryland to shut them down for their illegal activities.

For me it's those two things that really stand out. Customer service and "it just works." In terms of customer service, it's hard to do better. The company's response time to questions is very fast. That's pretty much what you want. As for "it just works," the Alarm.Com system and equipment they are a dealer for really gives you peace of mind. It's actually secure. When I cancelled with a form that I have to fill out, there was no acknowledgement. They still debited my bank account. They argued that there was a 3 days cancellation policy; this 3 months after my 3 year contract has ended. I have to yell for them to promise a refund for only 1 month. I am holding my breath. Responded to T-mobile to resolve their mistake by not closing my account properly, leaving one line…read moreon. I was greeted by "ART" (Arthur Clark ) and he pretended to want to rectify the issue. He did half of his job, and should have called their internal office to communicate the problem, but as he observed other possible customers coming in the store, rushed my service and pretended that he had done something. He gave me my account # ( which I already had) , created a temporary pin so he could access my account, printed up old bills (as a parting gift) and gave me a phone number to call so that "the office" so they could complete the bill adjustment process. I tried to be patient with "ART" during our interaction, and came away with that he either does not know his job, or since he wasn't making a commission on me , he was rushing me out of the store without helping me. I went home and called T-mobile at the number that he gave me, and found that it was the main customer service number ! I was advised to go back to the store so that "ART" or someone could open the account and call them. I did not go back to this location as "ART" would not have become any more competent in his job position in two days. I have been with T Mobile for many decades, and do not recommend them due to their poor customer service training and their inability to service their customers. My advise find another cellular carrier.

The allied team made the switchover effortless; providing one on one training, speaking with staff and being available to assist with any questions I presented. We are about two months into the switch and it has been WONDERFUL!!!
