Marcus - who we got to today on the phone was able to finally get the new plate and my husband is going to pick it up today. So Marcus did a nice job. He offered support, listened, and seemed genuinely willing to help me figure out the ongoing issues with my vehicle. However, when I returned today, his attitude toward me was completely different. I purchased a used 2024 Ram Promaster Van with an odometer reading of 26,139 on March 30, 2026. When purchasing this van I was presented with the car facts:3/23/25 Accident reported: minor to moderate damage (involving front or side impact with another motor vehicle. It hit a median. Airbags did not deploy). When test driving this van, no sound or movement issue was detected. After driving this van home approximately 90 miles, the movement issue became much more definitive. I called Mitsubishi on March 31, 2026 and spoke to the sales consultant (Said Chaara) and I was directed to bring the van back to assess the issue. I brought the van back to the dealership on April 2, 2026 and they determined, "Drivers Front Inner Tie Rod Worn; Non-Serviceable." They installed 2 new tires and declined repairs on the Rack and Pinion. They said this would be covered under the warranty of the manufacturer. I drove back 90 miles home and scheduled an appointment with the local Dodge dealership (York Dodge-Prescott, Arizona) Dropped off the van on April 10, 2026. York Dodge-Prescott declined service under warranty due to the prior accident. York Dodge-Prescott estimate for repair is $4,884.00. I was sold a vehicle under false pretenses. This information should have been provided to me at the purchase of this vehicle. It was presented as a minor accident. I am asking for compensation for the repair of the Rack and Pinion steering that should be covered under a warranty. read more

CAUTION - VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALER AND EMPLOYEES VIN 1FBAX2C83PKB36185 This 2023 Ford Transit appears to have been purchased at an auto auction by Bell Road Mitsubishi after being deemed a total loss from Enterprise. I have learned that Carfax will not negatively report a car that has been deemed a total loss by Enterprise and the Carfax report will still show "clean". Bell Road Mitsubishi did not disclose significant roof damage to me when I explicitly asked. I purchased the car after sunset, tried to view the roof as best I could (it's over 8' tall), and verified with multiple employees (Marco Ramirez and Osman Mondragon) the vehicle had no roof damage. Marco explained to me the "minor damage" on the Carfax report was due to some damage on the rear bumper. Both Marco and Osman also explained that "minor damage" on a Carfax report is $1000 or less in damages to the vehicle. What did I discover after getting the vehicle home and climbing a ladder to see the roof? Significant roof damage! I took the vehicle to a reputable repair shop and the total to repair the roof is over $13,000. This is blatant misrepresentation by Bell Road Mitsubishi, Marco Ramirez, and Osman Mondragon. I have been in contact with General Manger, Scott Stapley, and they deny any wrongdoing. I have proof they had to repair the roof antenna after purchasing at auction due to it being ripped off from previous damage. They cannot claim to not have known the condition of the auto. Now that the warranty repair is finally done, they are refusing to hand over our keys and are holding our personal property hostage. They are trying to extort us using a fake 'garage keeper's fee' over an unrelated loaner car insurance dispute in which they say we caused damages that they have no proof of and did not contact us until a month after we dropped off the loaner. The police had to be dispatched to the lot today Matt is rude abrasive to even the police and a liar. I was trying to explain the issue I was having with my vehicle, and he walked away in the middle of our conversation before I was even finished speaking. This was unprofessional and disrespectful. Unfortunately, this is not the first negative interaction I've had with him. Every time I've dealt with Rick, he has been rude and dismissive. I have also experienced poor customer service from other employees at this location. I remained respectful throughout the interaction and did nothing to warrant this treatment. Just took my Outlander in for a recall for the rear hatchback struts. I first spoke to Mike in the Service Dept. At the end of our conversation he asked me if I was there for just the recall and I said Yes nothing else. I then said to him I was told it will take a 1/2 hour. He said well more like an hour. I should have questioned that right then but I thought maybe they were finishing up on someone else or something. Mike told me to go have a seat in the waiting room and a Rick would be right out to talk to me. I went to the waiting room and sat down to wait for Rick. 3 other customers came in and also sat down in the waiting room. Between Mike and another gentleman which now I know was Rick came to the waiting room and took the 3 people one by one to retrieve their vehicles that were completed before mine. I waited a few more minutes and went to inquire about my vehicle. Mike told me Rick would be right out to talk to me. Rick came out, Introduced himself to me, and told me he sent me a text with a link of everything that is needed on my vehicle and asked if I got it. I said I don't know didn't look. He then asked me to come to his office and he could show me what they found. At his office he shows me a print out with over $2,600.00 in repairs needed...... Lol I told him I was only here for the recall work and was not interested in any of what was on the inspection and that my husband does all the maintenance on all of our vehicles. Now to almost every man reading this and to a lot of woman what does this sound like? Yep trying to scam a woman hoping she doesn't know any better. And what part of I am only here for the recall work do you not understand and who gave you permission to even do this inspection?? We are on vacation and thought while we were here we would get the recall done before returning home because our dealership at home is not a reputable one and pulls this crap all the time. My mother in-law owned this car up to 2 months ago and the dealership tag on the cable never got updated at the dealership at home when she had the battery replaced by them when she owned the car. If they would have looked at the actual sticker on the battery they would have clearly seen it was not as old as the tag on the cable. So I feel there's a flat out lie on their part. My husband just called me out to look at a few things, the battery first. He showed me the red cap on top of the battery. (I am going to post a Pic) and said funny not one speck of dust disturbed on it. I would have thought to put a load tester on it they had to pull that Red Cap up to do that and you know they would have had gloves on probably dirty. Would have had to pull that cap up and put a tester right on there under neath the cap but not on speck of dirt is disturbed ? Maybe they do just plug them in but it makes me wonder. I also find it funny i'm not getting any warning lights for my oil change needing changed or warning lights that my battery voltage is low Etc. My God if one of the tires is a quarter of a pound low it screams at you. The main reason I am so upset and writing this is because I never gave them permission to do anything else besides replace the struts under recall. I sat there for over double the time I needed or had to when I told them I had other appts. at the very beginning. Then they assumed I was a dumb female and could pull one over on me. Next time you need to ask people if it is OK to do your quote quote 27 point inspection and tell people how it adds an hour to their wait time. When Mike walked away I cautioned her on it and told her to get ahold of her husband before she agrees to anything. Thankfully she did. I want to warn others about my experience at Bell Road Mitsubishi. I put down a $3,000 down payment on a vehicle in good faith, believing the deal and financing had been approved. Shortly afterward, the financing apparently "fell through," and the dealership took the vehicle back. Instead of simply unwinding the deal and returning my money, they have refused to refund my $3,000 down payment. The situation became extremely uncomfortable and intimidating. When the car was taken back, I felt pressured and trapped at the dealership while they demanded the keys and pushed for me to sign new paperwork. I did not agree to a new contract, and I have repeatedly asked for my deposit to be returned. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this directly with management, including trying to reach Scott Stapley, I have not received my money back. If financing falls through, the normal and fair practice is to unwind the deal and refund the customer's down payment. Instead, I have been left without a car and without the $3,000 I paid. This experience has caused me significant financial stress and anxiety. I am now pursuing formal complaints and dispute options because I believe customers should not be treated this way. Sent my wife in yesterday to do recall work. She specifically told Mike in service she wanted nothing else done. Service Mgr Rick was supposed to talk to her about it before doing anything. He did not. Instead 3 people that came in after her got serviced and left. Rick then came out after she went to inquire why and he informed her that they had done a 27 point inspection and it would be over 2,600.00 in repairs. Most recently I did buy a vehicle from here and i did not want to buy it without a roof rack, but they said they wpuld put one on it so i agreed. I was told 7 to 10 days originally it's been 6 weeks now and then over a week ago I was told the next day i would get a phone call to schedule an appointment for my roof rack and it's been over a week now and I still haven't heard from anyone. If I could give this place a 0 star review... I WOULD. They had a car listed on their website that I was interested in. I went in that same day for a test drive. The sales guy informed me all about the car and added how it had recently gotten new tires. I drove the car and ended up loving it. I made an appointment for a few days later so I was able to come in with a male and have them give me their opinion on the car. Prior to my appointment, I sent in my information to see how much I was approved for. The sales guy I had been working with sent me a screenshot of the paperwork. The sticker price went from 14k to 18k. They add fees for reconditioning, recover, and TINT. I had the guy explain to me what all the extra fees were, he explained that the recover was a gps added to locate the car if stolen ($900 and something I didn't need). Tint was $700 and again I didn't need it (mind you the car didn't have tint on it yet, so I was planning on going somewhere else where I could get it for a much better price). THEN THE RECONDITIONING FEE, he told me is basically when the car goes through the auto shop and gets maintenance so the car can go out on the lot and sell (this includes the tires) WHICH I NEVER ASKED FOR. When I called again he said word for word "someone has to pay it" This place is a scam... DONT FALL FOR THE PRICE LISTED ONLINE BECAUSE THEY ADD AN EXTRA $4k. When I asked if these fees could be removed since I never asked/wanted these, the sales guy said he would speak to his manager and let me know first thing in the morning. Finally it's this morning and I haven't heard anything from him. I give him a text and he says "we can't discount anything and I sold the car last night". DISCOUNTS ?!?!? When we arrived at the Bell Road Mitsubishi, we were pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention we received. Our sales representative, Scott, was a pleasure to work with. He listened to our needs and respected our budget, which was greatly appreciated. He showed us the vehicle we were interested in and was able to answer all of our questions about the features. The vehicle had a small cosmetic defect and while it was not a deal breaker, Scott took the vehicle to the service department to see about a replacement part; before we left the issue was resolved. The truck came with an incorrect ECM, missing OnStar system, and a damaged injector. To make matters worse, I was charged for features the truck physically doesn't support due to missing or incompatible parts. When my trusted dealer discovered these issues, I immediately contacted Bell Road's service department. They claimed the missing components had already been ordered and would arrive within a week. Weeks have now passed no parts, no updates, no communication. The service department is Scammy. I've been without a vehicle for over a week, and I'm still facing additional repairs. Despite multiple messages left for the General manager, I've received no response. The dealership has failed to provide my plates, and I've had to take the vehicle to another dealer just to get it fixed properly. If I hadn't purchased the extended warranty, I would have been out an additional $6,000 for repairs on a truck that should have been road-ready from day one. Bell Road Mitsubishi has shown a complete lack of accountability and customer care. Based on my experience and similar ones voiced by other customers I strongly urge shoppers to look elsewhere. Horrible place. Sold me a truck that is turning out to be a real lemon. Less then a week after I bought it, the front brakes needed to be replaced. They were metal to metal. After contacting Rafi, he said they would help me out. Here we are over a month later and cant get this resolved. They fail to call back or respond to emails. Scott told me brakes were at 8 or 9 mm when they did safety inspection. No way possible. Just had truck inspected at another place and said oil needs to be changed, codes on read out were deleted. Unfortunately, I do not have a good review to post. Last weekend a friend and I went to this dealer to look at an internet special they posted for a 2022 Mustang GT-H. A relatively rare vehicle that they listed for what was a premium price tag. The details provided for the car from the salesman were that the car was a recent acquisition and that the vehicle had no accidents but was listed with undercarriage damage which was repaired (not by them). We did a fairly extensive evaluation and found that on initial review the front bumper had been replaced (resprayed as there was a fair amount of overspray grit) and the passenger headlight was damaged (scuffed and broken tabs). All this was a surprise to the salesman. Additionally, we noticed that the hood vents didn't sit flush as was normal and the hood was steel and not the normal fiberglass from Shelby. All that said we still initiated on a trade deal but after further review we decided to pass. Then came the semi-hard sale, which we still passed. That was a good thing. As afterward we found the co-part sale of the car with the photos for that sale, including all the damage and the fact that the airbags deployed on the driver seat and passenger head rail. clearly this was WAY MORE than undercarriage damage. BUYER BEWARE here as they did NOT disclose that the airbags deployed which should be standard information. read more

The guy asked me my VIN number, which I didn't have at the time I called. The next morning, I sent a message through their website with the question, "How much is a new key" and added my vin number to the message. I left my work number, as we are not allowed to have our personal phones out during work. I clock out for lunch and see that David has sent multiple messages and made calls to my personal phone (which had been on silent in my desk all morning). Ugh. I blocked his number and decided that this is no longer my dealership. I had been waiting all morning for a call back on my work number to figure out if I can budget for it. He called a number I DIDN'T EVEN PROVIDE on the messaging form. I realize I was probably in the system from previous work, but what if I changed my number? What if I was on an ex's phone plan and am no longer with him? 1. I felt it was rude of him not to reply the same way I sent the original message. I, personally, reply by email if someone sends me an email. If they call, I will call back. If a friend messages on social media despite them having my number, I will message back on social media. I feel that is a courtesy. and 2. Why would you call a number I didn't even put on the message? Again, that number could've changed or belong to someone else now. read more

I also recently started to experience issues with the key not unlocking the door from the fab itself, so I'll have to head back and see what they may be able to do for me. I'm not looking forward to it, admittedly I worry they may tell me I have to buy a new on and I'm just not willing at this point. Don't go here unless you want to make your life a living hell, every one of these people are liars. They have texted and called me using Ben's name and I knew it wasn't him. He was on vacation in Ohio ( I am from there also and we talked before he left ) They are feeding you with pure BS. I just noticed all of the new pretty pictures and smiles with 5 star ratings on dealrater to cover over the tons of 1 star ratings with passed off customers. Sept-14 Funny how they are all so polite, friendly and written the same style. I'm surprised that they didn't use the same name on all of them. (I didn't say they were GOOD at trying to cover themselves) Before it was all 1 star and miserable customers and a few over that, BUT THEY FIXED THAT! Pretty soon they will "fix" this also I'm sure. It's perfectly fine to put signs on my car as long as they say THE MITSUBISHI DEALER ON E BELL ROAD and not their actual name, I checked. (actually either way is ok) At least I'm giving them way more respect than you will ever get from them. You're not a person to them, you are a just a box of numbers and $ and that's all. Once they GOTCHA! you mean nothing to them. You want to hear something funny? I was just on their website and it says they meticulously check the used cars. THAT made me laugh until tears came out of my eyes, I've been to a real mechanic twice to have work done and have to wait until I can afford getting the other problem fixed. I would not wish a Mitsubishi on my worst enemy. I've had problems with the 2023 Outlander SE since the first day I drove the thing. They don't know how to repair it so they are trying to avoid the issue now. Their rep named Eddie witnessed the issue and the dealer put in writing they would replace the vehicle at no cost to me, which was a lie. After almost 2 months of waiting and delays they pulled the replacement offer after trying to sell (not replace) me the new vehicle. Some of the attorneys I've spoken to have said Mitsubishi is one of the absolute worst. They are one of the few Mitsubishi dealers left because their market share has eroded due to their poor reliability. If you insist on buying a car from here, I truly hope you have a better experience, otherwise, you were warned. Read the other reviews & you will spot a pattern. read more
