I'll make this short and simple. Phil, the service manager, was very professional from the beginning. My motorhome had a couple of major issues. He brought Jerry over and he explained to me in simple terms what needed to be done to correct the problems. They gave me an estimate and I felt it was very fair and knew Jerry would was very capable of correcting the problems. They ran into a few unknown problems but stuck very close to their estimate and did a great job repairing my motorhome well below the other estimate I received for LDLP. Now you get a kid that is unresponsive and won't even take the time to make sure the part you asked for is the correct one. Forget manners. Brought my damaged RV in before Labor Day for a quote. 4 weeks later, no quote after multiple follow ups. Never once contacted by BRRV except to respond to my inquiries. This was the first time I used Bell Road RV for service, and firmly believe they have too much work to provide quality service. I had four service requests for my toy hauler, and it took approximately 2 weeks and multiple phone calls to get a quote back. Two of the four items were selected to complete: replace the spare tire carrier which had failed and replace the fender skirt on one side of the trailer that was damaged in a tire blowout. There was no communication from Bell Road RV over the next six weeks, except for when I called them - commitments to call me back were never followed through with. The end result: after two months and a $1200 bill the wrong fender skirt was used that dips down about two inches below the trailer, as they could not locate the right part. I was notified of this issue the day before I scheduled the pickup. Additionally the spare tire carrier was installed but has three different rods to operate the crank as no single rod works well. It didn't feel good to pay the bill but I wanted the trailer back. Getting it back was a problem. Pickup was scheduled for Saturday, when I arrived if saw that the master power switch was left on and the batteries were dead so I manually cranked the trailer tongue lift with a hand crank. Other trailers in the area were on shore power maintaining their batteries, apparently my trailer didn't rate high enough for that service. Next I found the tongue jack was set directly on the ground, not the block of wood I left with the trailer when it was dropped off. The trailer wasn't high enough to get on the hitch without the block, so a service rep had to lift the trailer with a forklift, add a new block of wood (mine was 'lost') so I could hitch up the trailer. It was only 108 degrees outside that day, no problem. To add a final issue, when the trailer was home I attempted to charge the 18 month old batteries only to find they had a dead short and have to be replaced. Add another $250 to the bill for new batteries. The search for good RV service continues, and I'll definitely be sharing this story.... read more

. 1/1/2020 WOW!, was I ever WRONG about this shop!!! Three months and $13,000 later, we finally got out RV back yesterday. And the list of problems is SERIOUSLY ALARMING. All we wanted was a new awning (removed by us after tree damage). Phillip, the Service Manager, insisted that the roof and some siding also had to be replaced or they would not replace the awning. The roof and siding had some cosmetic damage but ABSOLUTELY no functional issues. Well, Phillip, who seems like such a nice guy, but is clearly too busy glad handing customers instead of doing his job, because he "checked everything out himself", gave us our RV back with: 1) windows that were removed and replaced WITHOUT being sealed AT ALL 2) a door that was removed and replaced WITHOUT being sealed AT ALL 3) a new awning that is IMPROPERLY wired, with wires going through a NEW hole in the side of our RV, a hole with RAGGED EDGES that is NOT sealed AT ALL 4) one MISSING gutter spout 5) THREE UPSIDE DOWN gutter spouts 6) a battery MISSING its BOX COVER security straps 7) a new roof that WAS NOT PROPERLY SEALED (my boyfriend has now done that) 8) Wiring for the antenna that was not properly tightened and tied down 9) And, OMG, I can't go on because this is giving me a migraine Bell Rd RV did caulk the doors and windows when we returned to the shop yesterday with the RV (after having pulled out from the shop earlier in the day and then realizing that the door and windows weren't sealed) and they did tighten the wiring on the antenna (before we left the shop the first time, after my boyfriend noticed the issue). Because of this initial delay, we didn't get to our campground until well after dark. This morning, when my boyfriend did a thorough once over, he found the rest of these issues. I am more than unhappy. I am disgusted. This RV is our home. We trusted Bell Rd RV to properly repair it. We waited a long time to get it back. We paid a lot of money for these repairs. And our RV is in worse shape than when we brought it in. Oh wait, it does have a pretty new awning. It just doesn't work right!!! And, if not for my boyfriend, we would have a LEAKING RV right now. Possibly without windows since, hey, they could have fallen out in our travels! My boyfriend is a long haul trucker. He's only with me for this week. We've been apart for most of the three months Bell Rd RV had our RV. This was supposed to be a homecoming celebration and an enjoyable holiday together, but Phillip and Bell Rd RV made sure that didn't happen. We've left messages (the only thing we could do since they are closed for New Year's Day). We hope to get a phone call first thing tomorrow AM -- from James, the OWNER, NOT Phillip and see a COMPETENT technician at our campground shortly thereafter. We also expect financial restitution. I will update this review again when I have more news. But meanwhile, BEWARE of BELL RD RV and their "really nice" service manager, Phillip. PS: ok, so my boyfriend, Paul, just told me the windows wouldn't have fallen out. They would have just LEAKED BADLY. So, "my bad" on that. I'm incredibly upset so, forgive me. But he's verified that everything else I've said is accurate and he's also REALLY MAD and trust me, he's the most easy going guy in the world so, for him to be mad you have to really F*** UP and this place has!!!!!! 1/2 Paul spoke to James, the owner, this morning. Paul and Phillip and James were on conference call but Phillip was silent the entire time. Probably for the best. James seems to know his stuff and was shocked that our RV was given back to us in such a poor condition. He said to "bring it back at our convenience and it will be in and out the same day." Well, there is no convenient time to do this, but we will leave Cornville early tomorrow morning and take our RV back to the shop. And I hope that James is as good as his word. We will find out. Both my boyfriend (a former mechanic) and I will be keeping tabs on the shop throughout the day. As ANNOYING and INCONVENIENT as this is, it has to be done. Our home has to be done right and it has to be done now, before we have damage done to it because of Bell Rd RV's negligence. I will post another update when I have it! read more

Well, sorry to say I have to take some stars away because of the very poor service today. Looking at the other reviews, it seems good service is a hit or miss things. We got it one visit, got ok a couple others, and got poor service this visit. Bell Road RV is not close to us but we were very pleased with the first visit so we had driven back a few times when we needed RV parts/supplies. We went 2 weeks ago to buy something else and I saw I had never written a review and I wanted to give them credit for the good service so I wrote the first review. However today we got a lot of grief from them over something that should not have been an issue. We returned an unused part (in perfect condition) today and were just hassled about it. The sales person just had a very poor attitude, trying to pick a fight about everything I guess (I guess he was cranky and needed a nap). First he claimed the board had been bought the night before, ranting about that customer (until he looked up the charge and realized it was a different customer). He did apologize but he should not be talking to or about customers that way. Then he was going on and on about well I don't know why it took you so long to bring the board back. Just a lot of grief. We have very busy lives and things come up we have to take care of - we can't just drop everything else to do a repair and then immediately drive across town to return an unused part and it is very unreasonable to expect someone to do that. Every other store I shop at gives at least a month to return an unused item and is polite the times I do need to return something. This leaves a very bad taste in my mind, while I am very tempted to give them 1 star for this last experience, because they did give good service on our first visit (and normal service other times), I am only lowering my review to 3 stars. However, I will no longer go out of my way to shop at their store, the time and effort is not worth it. read more

I had a lot of things going wrong with my camper. Everyone was doing their best to get me taken care of and did a wonderful job especially Phillip. When the camper was on the road and had issues I could bring it in and they took care of it in a reasonable amount of time. They were always very helpful and I appreciated knowing I would be taken care of even when they were really busy. read more

I will never go back!!! The parts department is helpful but the service department is horrible. They didn't write down both of my service needs when I made the appointment so they were unable to check out both of my concerns. Dane in service was rude to my wife on the phone and and he didn't even write down the problem correctly on the repair order so not only did they charge me to not diagnose the problem but they didn't even fully investigate the issue. I am an ASE Master Automotive Technician and I know when a service department is bad ant this one is bad! read more

We are restoring a 1962 Shasta Travel Trailer, and I took it here to have the bearings in the axle repacked and sealed, for long excursions, and just because it's so old. Extremely friendly & knowledgeable service people, very trustworthy and thorough. My bearing have an older type seal, and rather than putting the old one back on they searched around town for the new, old style, to do the job correctly. I popped into this place one Monday morning without being on the schedule. They happily took me in, despite my failure to plan. Gold Star! I was truly grateful. I own a pop-up, but know nothing about what it takes to maintain them. Probably not the best idea I've ever had...but definitely feel more at east with Bell Road RV on my side. They fixed it right up at a pretty good price and I was on my way up north by the weekend. Four stars only because when I picked it up, the three parts guys sitting at the counter didn't offer to come out and assist in backing me up or hooking up my trailer. I was in heels and a dress too, guess they figured it was too hot outside to move. I don't blame them. Will definitely be back if I need any other repairs, which I hope isn't too soon. Last August we decided to add a towed vehicle to our motorhome (a toad) and after reading articles and advice on the Internet was completely confused. I looked online for a local source of information and found Bell Road RV. Mike spent an enormous amount of time with me explaining the different options in hitches and especially explaining the choices of suitable vehicles to tow. Once we settled on the hitch and vehicle, and made the vehicle purchase, they had us on the road in two days. We found the staff to be friendly and a gold mine of information. Parts department are a bunch of creeps who will ruin your day every time you have to deal with them. The service employees are mostly decent guys who try to help you with your problem. I got a sense each department hated the other as a service employee came out onto the sales floor to scold a parts employee because he was refusing to help a customer. read more

We've been happy customers of Bell Road RV for the past seven years. During that time they've provided parts and service for three different coaches beginning with a 90's model class C and progressing up to our current late model class A. They've always provided first class service in a timely manner. Timely is a priority since we full time and try to schedule service around having to not vacate the house/coach overnight. They understand this and have always been up front about how long the repairs should take. This is appreciated when one travels with two dogs and a cat. During a recent visit to Phoenix we had a hydraulic line fail on a leveler which thankfully was covered under an extended warranty. When we called to schedule an appt. the service manager Phillip assured us he would do his best to complete the work in a day. With fingers crossed we dropped the coach off and he suggested we call after lunch to check on progress. We called later that afternoon and left a message. He promptly returned our call and advised us that he was waiting for an approval from the warranty company and to call back in a half hour. We did so only to be informed he was still waiting and would let us know as soon as he received an approval. As the clock moved closer to closing time we had pretty much resigned ourselves to finding a place to stay when he called and advised us it was finished. Did I mention they were also able to correct a problem with the entry step which was an after thought when making the appt. Not to be out done the parts dept. also delivered a part we ordered that morning which was not in stock at the time saving us the time and expense of a return trip. Needless to say if you reside in the Phoenix area or are traveling this way we highly recommend the crew at Bell Road RV for service and parts. This is probably the most rude and obnoxious place I have dealt with in a long time. Our rv wouldn't start on a Saturday and AAA suggested we call these guys to have it towed there. Bad idea. When I called I got some jerk whose on comment was call back Monday and service would give me an appointment to be towed in. Really. Run from these guys as fast and far as possible. East Mesa Auto Coral was very accommodating about having it towed there to get it out of someone's parking lot. read more

Just picked up my fifth wheel from Bell RV and couldn't be happier! I strolled in on Monday to use the dump and heard a horrible noise! I have delt with the parts and front desk for years and have really been happy with them. I recently took my camper into be fixed told them I was in a big hurry and told them, it works on cables and one has been cut do you know how to work on those he assured me he did.. I have spent a lot of money over the years there because I buy and sell campers. They said they would get right on it. I called back in three days they said "our main guy could not figure it out so we are going to have to have our expert person look at it an now that is going to take a week. I call 8 days later and asked do we have any idea yet? They said "you need to come down". Basicly it ends up 10 days later they call me and say they can't do it or figure it out. I tell them thanks for waisting my time you can take 5 minutes and see everythig that you need to see by looking under the camper. It is all right there?? He stated I'm lucky they do not charge me for looking at it(lol) and charging me for having it on there lot(lol). All i can say is WOW!!!!!
