The baked goods were ok but I arrived close to closing and didn't receive good customer service. My talkative 2 1/2 year old daughter kept greeting the cashier even though we weren't greeted upon entry and barely received service while we were there inquiring about some of the baked goods that were left. My daughter continued to greet the young gal a few more times and still no acknowledgement. The young gal seemed so bothered to be there bc of the lack of interest in helping us. I was disappointed and I didn't want to buy anything for the lack of service but for my daughter sake, I bought her something. read more

Bella Bakery is such a great addition to downtown Kingsburg. I love their iced mocha and iced caramel macchiato. The staff is always friendly. The shop itself is also super cute! I love that they are bringing new businesses in and that they promote business downtown! Right now they are open for walk-in orders or curbside, but you are not allowed to sit inside the store. However, they do have tables outside that you can sit at to enjoy your coffee and treats. read more

After having a couple items from here I feel that I can write an honest review. Overall it's ok. I feel like there's too many hits and misses. Like their thumbprint cookie is great, but their oatmeal cookie is sad. I have had some other items where it meets my expectations then there's others that are underwhelming. read more

I really wanted to love this place, but I have to leave an honest review. First off, super cute and great customer service. But the cookies I got, they had a weird butter taste. I make homemade cookies with butter, with all types of different butters, and they have never tasted the way these cookies tasted. It was like a weird fake butter taste. The thumbprint cookies had like a centimeter of jam spread on the top. Maybe it just wasn't my cup a tea. read more

Whatever you decide to get you will not be disappointed. Everything is baked to perfection and so moist and fresh. Love must definitely be one of the ingredients in every item. Located in the ever growing downtown area of Kingsburg, this adorable addition is a must go to! It's a great place to catch up after a long week over a cup of coffee (Bella Butter Latte is ahmazing!) and a pastry or cookie (so yummy!). The decor is inviting and cozy as well! Items rotate throughout the day so if you're looking for something sweet don't come right at opening, usually sweets come out around 10:30 or so. They go quick so make sure you're there fast. Sometimes there's salads or sandwiches which is nice for on the go people, I like to sit down and stay awhile. The natural light really opens the place up. The hot chocolate is my favorite, especially if they have whipped cream made. To die for! read more

Easily the best bakery and coffee house in the area! When you walk into the bakery you're immediately impressed by the design and aesthetics, plus it makes you forget you're in the Central Valley for a minute. Incredible service every time! The blueberry and birthday cake scones are perfectly moist with just the right amount of sweetness. The thumbprints are another favorite of our family. Good luck eating just one. They serve Lanna coffee and also offer it in cold brew. I fill up my growler whenever I can at this location. My wife is a big fan of their iced almond milk latte. Don't miss this place! read more

My experience as a customer: The Chai Tea Latte was minimally flavored and received it right above room temperature. If this Chai Tea Latte was received hot - as it should be - perhaps then it would have classified as a three star hot beverage. The Americano that is offered at this location is not bad, I would consider it a medium roast. Next time I will ask if more options such as dark roast are available. Furthermore, the first Almond Croissant I purchased from the Bakery was a few months ago, and I am to date able to recall it being a little tough instead of flaky and buttery. There are two possibilities for this experience; one, it was an Almond Croissant from the previous day, or two, the recipe was still being perfected. I am willing to purchase a second Almond Croissant and if it is to be better than the first I will update this review. Some of my friends and their significant other agree that the cupcakes are pretty well made, and I am willing to honor and post their opinion in this review. As part of a fast-tracked society, I am left to ponder the possibility that by expecting an expedited service, in some cases I knowingly accept an undesired compromise that comes with the quality of my purchase. To begin, all teas have a suggested water temperature for flavor complexity, and in the case of Masala tea it can be as high as its waters boiling point. Also, Masala tea - must have - all if not some added spices: cardamom, cinnamon, fresh ginger, peppercorns, cloves, and very little of any preferred refined sugar, whether it be coconut palm sugar, brown sugar, or maple syrup. As far back as I able to recall, the best experience with Masala tea I have had is World Cup Coffee and Tea inside Powell's City of Books in Portland. On a different topic, if customers plan to dine-in perhaps Bella Bakery should consider offering coffee mugs to increase the Co. profits by saving on and reducing the quantity of materials, thus passing the savings on to the consumer. I hope that Bella Bakery finds a fair margin in quality where both the Co. and the consumer find themselves content. read more

A few coworkers and I were told by some Kingsburg locals to check out Bella Bakery on our way to Downtown Visalia. This place has some really awesome pastries. The bacon and cheddar quiche is delicious. I also picked up some Dutch Butter Cookies that go really great with a cold glass of milk. The arrangement of pastries and different fusions are fun and does overwhelm you at first. After glazing over the glass display we picked out various things to try and everything we chose tasted fresh and did not disappoint. The coffee they serve is Lanna Coffee which is a local coffee roaster that is starting to branch out of the Central Valley. I got the cold brew on tap and it was gone before I finished my chocolate dipped strawberry. The inside is very clean and has an East Coast/Hamptons homey feel to it. The staff is genuinely friendly and cares about your overall experience. This place is radiating with positive vibes and I'll definitely make it a point to stop in when ever I'm passing through Kingsburg. read more

I have been meaning to check out the town of Kingsburg for a while now and finally had the chance on a drive down Hwy 99. The best chocolate chip cookie this side of New York City that I've ever had. We came here Saturday to check out the new bakery in town. The decor is absolutely charming. I love the original brick that was left on the wall by the front door. Really charming and unique. We had lattes and they were delicious. Also had strawberry tart and salted caramel cupcake. Both were very very good. We will definitely be back. The owner is very sweet and welcoming. I love how there's a door that leads to the mercantile store next door. That was a great idea. You can shop and browse with your coffee and fresh baked goodies.
