I have been platinum blonde before in the past for years and understood that it is a process and won't happen over night. I came in with a blonde balayage and asked her to just move the blonde up and eventually I would like to be completely blonde again. She said you do understand it's a process right? And I said, yes I understand just try your best to maintain the integrity of my hair. I have always had long hair and only get trims so my goal was to keep it as long as possible. Any way...6 hours later she takes my hair out of foils and it is BRIGHT ORANGE AND YELLOW with random PURPLE pieces from when some of my porous hair took up the toner. She did a "base break" at my roots and there were very harsh stripes (like brush lines) all around my face and it was embarrassing. She insisted on cutting it to my shoulders when I asked for just two inches off. I decided to tell her to cut it where she felt best....she cut off ALL my hair! She knew I was starting a brand new job next week and she said for me not to wash my hair, not to brush it, and to just wear my hair up for a few weeks until she can do it again. She had to go because her mother in law was in town and she was running late. She charged me....wait for it.... 600$ for this!!!!! She said it would be considered a "color correction" and she charged 100$/hour (at first she tried to charge 150$/hour but when she saw my jaw drop she said she could do 100$). I was in tears at this point. I thought she was kidding. She NEVER discussed the price with me beforehand. I didn't think it would be over 200-300$ max. I have never paid that much for my hair before....ever. AND she cut it all off :( I tried to talk with her about the price because if I had known it would be that much to begin with, I wouldn't have went through with it. I never asked to be jumped to blonde in one day- I told her I would like to start the process...this was not what I wanted. Now I have to walk around with horrendous hair, it's so embarrassing. When I called her and spoke with the manager at Salon Botanical- they refused to refund me. They said my hair wasn't finished and that I needed to come back in again in a few weeks....now I can't afford another 100$/hour service and I don't trust her touching my hair again. I am so so so upset. My hair is also falling out. No wonder she told me not to brush it because she knew it was start breaking. :( I really wish they could've at least refunded me so I could get it fixed somewhere else. Long story short: stay FAR FAR AWAY from SHARLINA. She doesn't care about her clients. I was in tears pulling my credit card out and when she handed me the devise to swipe my card, she put 20% gratuity on it (total $720) and good thing I saw instead of just signing- so I removed it. I am still so astounded that she has no empathy for me and the way it turned out. I talked to her manager/owner and she backed Sharlina up and said she rents her own booth so it was up to her whether she wanted to amend things.

I've been a first time client at many salons as I move around quite a bit and I even worked as a receptionist at a hair salon for a while, so I'd say that for the average person I have a good understanding of how they operate and how to act as a client. I needed my hair highlighted before going out of town since I couldn't get in with my normal stylist in time. I specifically picked this place based on the stylist's Instagram portfolio (Catherine Keller), who had availability at 9am, so I booked with her two days before. The appointment was booked but needed to be confirmed and since I'm no stranger to online scheduling I'm sure all she had to do in those two days was hit a button to confirm or decline. The day of rolled around and at 8:30 I called, texted, and Instagram messaged Catherine since my appointment had not been confirmed. I didn't hear back so out of respect for her time, I drove 30 mins for my appointment. I walked in and there was music playing in the back and I could hear someone talking but the place was otherwise completely empty. I wasn't about to wander around since I honestly felt like I was intruding so I called, texted, and DMed again. I sent one last message around 9:30 saying that I was still here and that I'd be leaving soon unless I heard otherwise from her. At 9:35 I got an email that they had declined my 9:00 appointment. Screenshot included. Honestly I'm just super frustrated as I really needed this confidence boost and went out of my way (1 hour round trip) to be a respectful client only to be completely ignored. This is super unprofessional and I have never seen something like this since stylists/salons usually value their time and have strict policies to protect them. If a client is able to book an appointment with you, the least you can do is confirm or deny BEFORE their appointment time! Then I might have been able to find somewhere else to go at the very least, but now my only time window for this has been wasted. Needless to say I won't try again. Do better

I never received my order and Salon Entro has stopped responding to my inquiries and all phone calls go directly to voicemail almost as if this company is a scam or fraudulent. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and urge any other customers who have been charged but never received orders to do the same within 60 days of placing the order.

I was really impressed with the work they did and decided then that I needed one of them to bless my hair with their hands, lol. I was also able to purchase hair from them as well and that was super convenient. Not knowing where I was going, I arrived at the salon a little late but Jade was understanding and still was polite and professional. The salon itself is nicely decorated. One thing that really stood out to me was that a hair wash was still included in the service. Like that's so unheard of now which I don't understand why. Jade did an amazing job on my hair. My hair was laid OK?! I felt like a new woman and received several compliments as soon as I walked out of the salon door. I highly recommend them both. The beads are metal and should be changed out every cpl of move ups. I would even personally bring in my own beads for her to change out. This wasn't being done either!!! I had numerous beads that were showing metal, which will ruin your natural hair. I called the salon and they offered for Stacy to "move" my beads up for free. Why would I want to come in for that when I already paid her $230 for obviously absolutely nothing. I called the salon back again and left a message and never heard a response. Her reviews are turned off on her salon page on FB (which should be a red flag). If you comment under a post on her hair page that is not favorable she deletes it and blocks you. I have made 2 attempts to have her resolve the issue and she has completely ignored me. I had a new hair extension stylist consult and the stylist that does my color look at what she did and both told me that she did not do the maintenance required. My hair was shoulder length and because she left worn out metal beads in my hair it was severely damaged. My hair had to be cut to my jaw line from her negligence. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!
