I entered Le Nails at approximately 5:55 PM, was greeted, and signed in on the iPad for a Gel Pedicure & Manicure Combo $55. I was then asked to select my color and sat waiting to be serviced. While I had already been waiting approximately 10-15 minutes, a Caucasian woman entered seeking a $15 acrylic soak-off. The same older Asian woman who had spoken with me approached her almost immediately, asked what service she needed, and offered her a seat. At approximately 6:15 PM, after I had been waiting more than 15-20 minutes, I was finally asked whether I could wait. When I politely asked how long, I was told another **30 minutes**. What happened next was extremely troubling. I briefly stepped away to use the restroom perhaps four minutes. When I returned, the Caucasian woman, who had arrived after me and had only been waiting approximately 5-7 minutes, had been seated in the technician's chair and her service had begun. At that point, I looked around and realized I was the **only visibly BROWN customer in the establishment**. Everyone else was Caucasian, aside from the customer who was already being serviced when I arrived. I don't know what was in anyone's heart or mind, but I can absolutely describe what happened to me. I was there first, completed the sign-in process, selected my color, waited patiently and was told I would need to wait another 30 minutes only to return from a four-minute restroom visit and find a customer who arrived after me being serviced. The experience left me feeling as though I was being deliberately placed last because of the color of my skin. It is 2026... **No customer should have to wonder whether their skin color affected the way they were treated in a place of business. ** Whether this was intentional or not, the way this situation unfolded was offensive, humiliating, and unacceptable. I smiled, thanked them for allowing me to use the restroom, and simply walked out. I would **never recommend Le Nails** based on my experience. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and examines how customers are being prioritized and treated. For me, this was not simply about waiting for a manicure and pedicure. It was about being treated differently and how that treatment made me feel.
