I've gone to Jolly a few times to have my nails done for special occasions. The last time was for an extended trip. Lucy has done my nails every time, and I have to say they turn out perfectly! She did tips and dip for me, because of course I broke most of my nails before the trip, and they lasted an entire three weeks and still looked perfectly good when I had them removed, only because they were growing out. I always come here and May and Lucy do a fantastic job; however, this time I had someone completely different. First of all, my nails took over 2 hours to complete. I've gotten dip nails for years now, so I know the steps of how to do dip nails. He did my nails in the complete opposite order and did not drill my nails at all. The topcoat was so bubbly and matte so I asked for him to fix them and they somehow got worse. My nails are so thick they look like bricks! I will be coming back but do not recommend anyone other than the three regular girls that are always there! read more

I am from miami and needed my nails done today. I was driving from the gym and decided to stop in. I am so glad I did! The girl who did my nails did an amazing job! I usually spend at least $150 -200 on just a French tip in miami but it was SO affordable! She was also so gentle with my hands. From now on I will tell all my michigan friends to come here and I will come here every time I visit from Florida! They do seem like a very popular since it was busy. I love this place. It is family owned. I have become a regular. They are very clean which is rare for most places even in this pandemic they have taken more precautions. It does not smell like some of the nail salons as they have some fancy system that takes the smell out which I appreciated when I was pregnant. I LOVE the deluxe pedicure, my feet and legs have never felt so good. I'm so happy i finally found a place I felt comfortable going to and knew they weren't talking about me behind my back. Ok, only two complaints-- when doing my pedicure she did not scrub much dead skin off, and the "massage" for the pedicure was weak as well as when I did the manicure-- I told them my daughter only wanted her nails painted, and they did the toes anyway which cost more, so I wasn't a fan of that but ..overall the nails they did turned out perfect, like really perfect so I am not that mad abt the other stuff! read more

My husband took my 12 year old son to get a pedicure yesterday and my son had the fastest pedicure. My husband timed it- only 8 minutes including soaking in the water. We've had pedicures there before and normally it's a 30 minute experience. My husband said the technician was in a rush for the next client. He was still charged the same price as a regular pedicure-$25. If she was going to do a child rate then that would be different. Obviously my son does not get polish so it should be a little faster but the quality should be there. I've gone there for years and never had a problem. My son should get the same experience as the next person just not rushed. He should be treated the same as everyone else. I will not be back! read more

I would not recommend I called for a price on a pedicure was told 31.00. When I went to pay I was charged 35.00 when I asked why the lady stated it was more for working on my heels. Well she only spent 18 minutes on me didn't have to remove or install any polish. My wife was going to go there tomorrow if I was satisfied well she is not and either will I again. Walked right in and was helped. Was given the shellac for $30. She told me it would last about 2 weeks. She did a very nice job (was given May). We did nice small talk it felt nice to be pampered. The staff is prejudice! My daughter came home crying because the all Asian staff embarrassed her in front of several white customers. Actually, a full house. My daughter and daughter-in-law were the only 2 black customers in the place. Several staff gathered around laughing at my daughter's feet. The technician said loudly, your feet are bad and your big toes have hair on them. She was so embarrassed. I went back to address the issue with the staff because my daughter was humiliated. I believe if an issue is not addressed immediately, people will keep doing it! Also, at this location, black people are denied the same services as white people. White people are fully pampered, but black people are rushed out the door. In addition, black people are charged more. They provided a quote over the phone for a pedicure to my daughter-in-law, but charged a different price at checkout. When addressing this matter with the staff, the main culprit sat in her chair and laughed. Another lady said it was a misunderstanding. I know we cannot change the world, but we should not patronize businesses like this. read more

Large color selection, but the nails were awful. I got dip and they didn't use a uv light and just air dried them. Also when the woman was removing my previous nails she didn't soak them. She scrapped them off with a nail tip!! Then proceeded to file them down until they were paper thin. The nails started to break 3 days later. I would say it may have been a one time thing but the owner has done my nails both times. read more

DO NOT GET DIP NAILS HERE!!!!! I have been getting dip nails for about 2 years now. Typically they last me 2 and a half to three weeks. This was my first time trying this nail salon. After 5 days my middle finger nail cracked, I went in to have it fixed free of charge which was nice. THEN 2 DAYS LATER MY THUMB NAIL BROKE. I go in to get it fixed. THE NEXT MORNING THE FIXED NAIL CHIPS!!!!! In addition I look at my index fingers and theres a large crack between the two nails. Never in my life have dip nails ever lasted me such a short amount of time. This place is a waste of money do not go. read more

I wanted to like this place. There was a wait due to Easter the next day, I didn't mind. I've always felt odd about this place, but decided to try it since its close and would be convenient. I came in for an overlay, if not, my nails will break. Once seated, she began to put my nails in a new dipping system, which was super fast and no smell. this nail salon is very unorganized and super unprofessional. to start, one of the nail techs burped while doing my nails twice. i said i wanted a manicure when i first made my apt and also three other times while i was getting my nails done. she kept saying i will in the end and barely gave me a manicure. all she did was dry cut my cuticles and that was it. i said i needed a fill and instead she just took off all my nails and put a new set on, without asking me if that was ok. she didn't even ask me if the length of my acrylics were to my liking before she cut them with scissors. super disappointed and will not be going back :( read more

This used to be my favorite place to get my nails done until the other day. I went in to get my acrylics taken off and during the service, the tech took off almost a quarter of my nail and cut into the bed under the nail with the power nail drill. My nail is now infected, bloody, painful, and mangled, and I even had to get antibiotics from my doctor because of the cut. Will not be returning. read more
