I had my spring replaced for my garage door and the motor installed. I called at 10:30 am and they arrived at 12 so I was very pleased of how fast they got to my house because my car was stuck. The installer had the spring replaced and the motor installed within 1 hour. Very fast service. I reached out to Bella Doors because my garage door opener wasn't working suddenly. They called me back within 10 minutes! I explained my problem & gave them the make & model of my existing opener. They argued me someone would come out the next day between 11 & 1. They were here a little after 11, looked at the door opener and immediately told me what the problem was. Mentally, I was prepared for the worst [replacement]. He explained it was something they don't work on. He gave me options & I decided to have him replace it. Fortunately, he had a unit on the truck. He didn't try to upsell anything. The price was very fair. Within 90 minutes, I had a new working opener. Before he left, he showed me how to operate it.
