I decided to go with the Basic Needs 50min facial - "This customized treatment begins with a deep cleanse, followed by manual or enzymatic exfoliation to resurface the skin and then light extractions. Custom vitamin masks based on your skin needs. Finish with red LED therapy to boost elasticity, collagen production, and product absorption." My esthetician was Valerie and she was wonderful. It was such a relaxing and comfortable experience. She was even able to remove a stubborn blackhead I've had for a while. After the 50 minutes, my skin was visibly more hydrated and smoother. The establishment is clean and it's located inside a small shopping center so parking wasn't a struggle (and it's free). Bailey was down to earth, friendly and checked in at various times throughout the appt, but was not overly chatty, which made for a nice relaxing appt. The facial itself was very different from past experiences, in a very good way. The extractions were not painful and I was a little doubtful that anything happened, but when I went hope my skin looked great and a lot of small bumps had been removed.
