I was in heaven! I also had a manicure (natural nails) and a repair of one nail that was broken too low to cut, and my nails looked great! I also got a massage with the manicure and a lot of attention to detail. The whole experience was nothing but positive. They prefer tips to be paid in cash, which i will definitely be prepared for next time. (they also have an atm if you too don't carry enough cash for a tip.)

I brought a reference photo and requested a French pedicure with clear/silver rhinestones. The technician acknowledged the design and said it would not be a problem. The massage portion of the service was enjoyable. Issues During Service Problems began when the nail design process started. I was then told that rhinestones were not available, despite my prior request and the photo I had provided. I explained that I would not have chosen this design without them. Then Colored stones were offered, but I declined since I specifically wanted clear/silver rhinestones. Eventually, different stones were found, but the process felt disorganized. My mom's pedicure was completed well before mine, while mine took significantly longer. The technician had difficulty placing the stones, and several were repeatedly misaligned. Another technician who had worked on my mom's pedicure stepped in to assist, which helped somewhat, but multiple adjustments were still needed. After the topcoat was applied on one foot but not the other several stones came off and had to be redone. Outcome After Leaving Even after leaving the salon, issues continued. My left foot was not fully sealed with topcoat over the stones, and I had to request disposable sandals since I came in tennis shoes. A stone came off immediately after he put them on them on and he did not say a word, more stones have fallen off, and the placement was uneven from the beginning. Overall Experience Overall, I am disappointed with the service and final result. I will likely need to have my nails corrected while i am here from Arizona for a family reunion, as they are not wearable in their current condition. somebody even came over and said oh they look good she go, she go.
