    Margherita slice and veggie slice

My first experience was with my nana, she took me up on a bus to get pizza at 6 years old. It's above average pizza, nostalgic and a great place to go for people watching. We frequently went for a slice as skateboarding teenagers and now in our 40's we come here when we're both in town visiting family. One bite of that thin crust will take you back home. It's the best around and worth every penny.

Was looking for a quick bite to eat before a show at the Ardmore Music Hall across the street. Loved the beer cooler. Glad they had cheesesteaks since I'd been in Philly for three days and not gotten one yet. I know it's not traditional but I thought the mix of hot and sweet peppers worked well.

Balle Italia keeps making my tummy happy! This is the best Sicilian pizza hands down! Te sauce is delicious and great quality cheese. The crust is so light and airy. Don't wast your time and money with subpar pizza- love this place

A slice of white pizza and pepperoni

I don't often crave pizza, but when I do I hope it brings me back to what I grew up with in Brooklyn. This isn't quite it. The white pizza was dry and tasteless. Pepperoni, was better. Slices are big, crust thinner than my preference and not as cheesy as I'd like. My opinion is clearly not shared, as plenty of people came in during lunchtime. And I'm glad, as the owners seem very nice and have great rapport with their customers.

Bella Italia Pizza in Ardmore is a disgrace to the Italian cuisine. I recently ordered a pizza from them. It turns out that they deliver through DoorDash. This was never disclosed to me and when my pizza arrived, it arrived as a heaping, messy pile of pizza. The cheese was all over the place, and the toppings were sliding off the crust. It was like they had just thrown it in a box and sent it on its way. When I tried to explain the problem to the driver, he literally ran from my house and took off in his car. When I called Bella Italia Pizza, they said that it was not their problem and that I needed to contact Door Dash. So, I was forced to jump through all sorts of hoops to get a refund. In the meantime, I didn't have a pizza, or anything to feed my kids. And Bella Italia, could not make it right because they don't do their own delivery and couldn't deliver new pizzas. Check out my posted photos of my delivered pizzas. I was so disappointed, because I had heard good things about Bella Italia Pizza in the past. But this experience has completely changed my mind. I will never order from them again. I would advise anyone else considering ordering from Bella Italia Pizza to think twice. There are many other great pizza places in Ardmore that will actually deliver a pizza that looks and tastes good.

Best NY style pizza we've found in the area so far. Easy online ordering, easy pickup (they have a few parking spots off Lancaster specifically designated for carry out parking that are super easy to pull into), and most importantly, great pizza! Thin, crispy crust, and just the right amount of sauce and cheese. It's great, give them a try.

    Baked ziti dinner, $16

I'm learning this is a great place for pizza. I was in the area and ordered a baked ziti dinner to go. I arrived to learn they're now charging $16 for a small portion. Most pizza places provide a much larger container for a lower price. The meal was ok. Kind of bland, a little cold but I ate the whole thing!

By far the absolute best pizza in the world. Live over an hour away and so worth the drive. Never in my 48 years tasted pizza so delicious

There is no indoor or outdoor seating - strictly takeout. I stopped by on a beautiful day. Orders a cheesesteak, provolone, no onions from the order window. My order was made pretty promptly, it's a shorter steak bun but it is thiiiick. As in unhinge your jaw thick. The beef was plentiful and juicy. Cheese was well blended. Roll held up well. So, why 4 stars? There's something missing in the flavors. I can't quite identify, it was just very ... bland. That's not easy to do with a cheesesteak. When I got home I grabbed some seasoning, which helped. Not perfect, but better. I hope it was a fluke, and I'll likely go again.

Gazzo's opened July 23rd, 2025 and I can tell this is going to be a fantastic addition with another top cheesesteak shop in the area. The renovations are great they definitely put money into this venture paving the parking lot, and painting the shop to match their brand, it looks fantastic. Order and pickup at the window, this is a to go only shop, although they do have a couple picnic tables outside. I placed my order and it was ready in roughly 5 minutes. Took it on a 20 minute drive and it held up well, the rolls were still intact and the steak piping hot. I got 2 steaks with cooper sharp, and fried onions on one of them. The cheese was worked into the entire sandwich and the onions were caramelized, soft and sweet. They were out is non-seeded rolls, which is a disappointment to me, however the rolls were not overly seeded. Stop in and check them out, love having another top steak shop in the area.

Nanu's is open until 3:00 am seven days a week, making it hands down the best option for when you need some late-night eats. While I mostly do takeout, they do have a chill seating area with awesome artwork, and the customer service is pretty spot on. My go-to order is the #6 with three chicken tenders, waffle bread, pickles, and the fries upgraded to cheesy waffle fries for the win. While the reaper wasn't spicy enough to sign a waiver, it packs a good wallop, and the extra-hot with hot honey gives the perfect kick. I've also enjoyed the Nashville hot jumbo shrimp and appreciate that vegetarians can get their heat cauliflower style. Toss in some decadent smoothies and good desserts like banana pudding and cookie butter cake, and they also have enough to satisfy your sweet tooth.

There are a number of these hot chicken places in the area now, they are coming up like Starbucks and Wawas, about time we got one the main line. We ordered 2 number 2's which is 2 hot chicken sandwiches and fries. I went with hot and my friend medium. I have a high tolerance for hot food and would definitely try the next level heat next time. My friend loved the medium and won't go higher. Like the other hot chicken places it appears they dry season, which is nice because the sandwich stays crispy on the outside while the interior was juicy and delicious. The cole slaw was crunchy and a nice addition to the sandwich. Fries were hot and tasty, the entire meal travelled well, but it didn't have far to go. They have smoothies on the menu, will try one in the future. And banana pudding for dessert which is a staple at the hot chicken places. Nice addition to the lineup in Ardmore, I hope they will consider staying open later on weekends as an option after a concert at the Music hall.

We picked up an assortment of different pastries with the highlights being a curry croquette and a mushroom, onion, and Gruyère danish or something of the sort. We also grabbed a strawberry cream tart for our older daughter which looked very sweet and not at all up my alley whatsoever, but did still look good. The selection of pastries is self-serve and you grab a tray to choose what you would like, selecting your desired treats with golden tongs. Then bring your things to the counter to pay.
