My order was made pretty promptly, it's a shorter steak bun but it is thiiiick. As in unhinge your jaw thick. The beef was plentiful and juicy. Cheese was well blended. Roll held up well. So, why 4 stars? There's something missing in the flavors. I can't quite identify, it was just very ... bland. That's not easy to do with a cheesesteak. When I got home I grabbed some seasoning, which helped. Not perfect, but better. I hope it was a fluke, and I'll likely go again.

Took it on a 20 minute drive and it held up well, the rolls were still intact and the steak piping hot. I got 2 steaks with cooper sharp, and fried onions on one of them. The cheese was worked into the entire sandwich and the onions were caramelized, soft and sweet.
