Service is non existent!!! Went in to pick out bridal sets. Spent over an hour looking at different settings with Kim, one of the owners. Chose 2 different sets and requested a cost with natural stones for each one. Estimated cost to be $12K-$14K, depending on th 1Carat-1.5 carat center diamond. Kim took down my contact info and said she would get pricing together and call me back. A week went by and I did not hear back from her. I called the store, thinking she may have misplaced my contact info. Got an answering machine and left a message for her. Another week went by.......still no call. That was the first week of February. Still haven't heard anything from her. They can't even make the sell, how are they going to service my purchase going forward. He inspected my ring and was very honest about what I could expect. He had mentioned that in order to match the quality and size of the diamond needed, it might take a week at the most. You are not able to identify which of the diamonds was replaced. They cleaned it and polished it so that it shines like new- it's 16 years old! I also needed a Hawaiian shell necklace repaired, and the store gave it their best shot, but it was a very specialized repair, beyond their scope. I woke up this morning to realize that my attempts at cleaning my beautiful silver bracelet had gone horribly wrong. It went from shiny silver to a dull white with a strange coating. I immediately started freaking out because my boyfriend gave me this bracelet and I have no idea how to tell him I ruined it. I tried to clean it with silver polish, but that did nothing. In my final attempts at fixing this bracelet, my mom called Bella Jule Fine Jewelry and she told Mike about my situation. Mike immediately told us to come in and he would try his best to fix it. When we walked into his beautiful store, I thought to myself, "if he couldn't fix it, no one could". He took the bracelet in the back and we immediately heard machines working to fix my bracelet. 6 minutes later, Mike came out with my bracelet, and I've never seen it so shiny. If I could give this review 100 stars I gladly would!! After having two 45 minute meetings with two different jewelers from different shops and begging them to do what I was asking for and them both telling me no and that I needed to buy a completely different band. I came to see Mike! I had never been here before but something was telling me to get another opinion and boy am I glad that i decided to go into Bella Jule! Mike completely went above and beyond with what I was asking him to do and reassured me that I was in good hands and that what I was asking for was actually an extremely easy task! What the other jewelers refused to do and told me that even if they were to consider doing it would take three weeks, Mike had done in less then 24 hours!!!! Moral of the story.... Mike did far more then what I asked for and completely made my wedding/engagement rings EXACTLY like I had been wanting and fixed the imperfections that I thought were unfixable unless I were to buy a new head for the ring!!
