She walked over to the computer and started typing, my husband told her he had his Daniel's card that he had used, and he also had the receipt at home (we would go get it). She finally looked at us and said that there was no way for her to look up the purchase because their systems didn't talk to one another, "you'll just have to go back to the original store", an hour and 45 minutes away. My husband said he regrets purchasing the ring from them because we also found out you have to pay for the insurance in order to size up your ring and only by 2 sizes; he was told (when he called Paso location) that they would size up the ring no charge. Don't even bother shopping here, there are better jewelry stores here in town who have better customer service, and the inside of the store doesn't look completely rundown.
