Bella Mia Pasta is a great food truck based in the parking lot of a Chervon station off the 91 and Van Buren. I recently came by with two friends for one friend's birthday after an evening of drinking. One friend had eaten at the food truck before and raved about it so we took her word and came by. I ordered the Fettuccine N Cheese and added broccoli. It came with one slice of garlic bread. The pasta was slightly undercooked / al dente. The sauce was fantastic. Nice and thick. Flavorful. The breadcrumbs and smoked bacon were nice complements. I wish there was more broccoli. The serving size is much larger than expected. I was able to eat leftovers for almost two additional meals. It warmed up nicely. One friend got the shrimp fettuccine while the birthday guy got the chicken alfredo with smoked bacon. They both enjoyed their dishes. I didn't get the chance to try either of them. Everything is made to order so we had to wait around 25 minutes. Unfortunately, there isn't anywhere to sit so you can cop a squat along the curb and eat in your car. My friend was celebrating his birthday so I got a discount on his entree and a sweet birthday message on his to go box. We were helped by Jackie. She was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. Can't wait to try other entrees.

Hot honey crispy Alfredo with added broccoli! I've been following Bella Mia's instagram page for a while and I finally got to try their pasta! The woman taking my order was extremely helpful, she gave me a detailed overview of the menu and ultimately helped me choose which pasta to try first! The noodles were cooked to perfection. The Alfredo sauce was smooth and creamy. The chicken was so soft, crispy and juicy all at the same time. The hot honey on the chicken really added an immense flavor I can't describe. The chicken came apart easily as I cut into each piece. Definitely had a spicy kick to it which you can make it spicier if you'd prefer. The portion size is shareable! I can't say enough good things about this pasta truck. I'm in shock these kind of flavors come out such a small space! Thank you Bella Mia's crew, I will be back!

I kept hearing about this truck, had to try it! It didn't disappoint, I had the crispy chicken Alfredo with broccoli- delicious. I also had the Dubai strawberry treat- nailed it! Prices are a little high, but you pay for the convenience & the portions!

I've been to this place only twice so far but the pasta is absolutely delicious!!! When I got my food and drove home it was still super hot and tasted amazing. I didn't get the name of the woman who took my order but she was very sweet and patient with me while I was ordering. Her service was excellent and I was very happy with it and it's because of her I'll be going back. The ambiance of the food truck is perfect I think, it's right by the freeway in a chevron parking lot. The place is always packed with people and they sell out really fast cause that's how good the pasta is. read more

Best Pasta in the IE. I highly recommend this spot. The Roasted Poblano Alfredo is my go-to. The location is perfect because you could just go grab snacks & drinks at the Extra Mile & put gas all in the same place. They always greet me with a smile & make me feel welcomed. I hope they open up a restaurant one day. That would be epic! read more

Ok so this place is totally my new favorite place for pasta. It was not o far from my house and it was worth every second waiting for the yummy yummy. It was so delicious..!!!! They Wer very nice and told us an accurate time to wait. No fibbing. The menu looks so good I wasn't sure wich plate to pick. The prices are fair, and I am a cheap skate, but totally worth it every cent. Chicken, Shrimp, Bacon, Broccoli, Hot Cheeto topping, so hard to pick I picked it all so freaking fire.!!!! Very clean parking lot. Walk next door to arco get a drink with it. You got yourself a perfect meal. I bought 4 plates and took them home. I loved it for my first time. I crave this pasta and it's literally the best. So creamy and full of flavor. It's always freshly made with quality ingredients. My favorite is the Poblano with chicken. This is a food truck located in the parking lot of chevron. Hands down the best pasta I've tried in the IE so far. Their portions are great, you get exactly what you pay for. I recommend following them on instagram because thats where you'll find their specials and also stay updated on their opening and closing times. I wish they were open every day! read more

I came with my boyfriend a few days ago, they post on Instagram that they will be open from 4:30- they run out. We got there around 4:40ish so we came at a right time. We got the spicy alfredo and man was it spicy! It was a kind of spicy that is good and keeps you wanting more. We also got the tres leches with strawberry crumble and all I can say is WOW! That tres leches was a great dessert after the spicy alfredo. It was all super delicious food! The service was great and the food came out pretty quickly. They're parked at the gas station across the street from In-n-Out so it wasn't hard to find. Overall it was a great spot and my boyfriend and I are definitely coming back for more soon! read more

For the amount we spent, I expected much better quality and portion sizes. We were excited to finally try this place but it didn't live up to the hype. Sadly, this was a one-time visit for us.

I would have enjoyed a saucier pizza, the cheese was very overwhelming. The service was very fast and friendly. Checked in on us multiple times and made us feel comfortable. It was a good dinner!

Their coffee, tea, and baked goods are fantastic, but the main reason I love this place is because it's very cozy and the perfect place to read, study, catch up with a friend, or go on a date. They have a special, themed menu that changes every month. There is almost always seating available. They have a small book exchange, often sell local art, have cute merch, and just opened up a bakery right next door with extra seating. I'm kind of a snobbish third-wave coffee person and although this place isn't trying to be that way, it still is my favorite spot because of the overall vibe, how genuinely kind and down to earth the baristas are, and how comfortable it is. A lot of coffee shops are so brightly lit and trying to be hipster still in 2026, but this place is just kind of homey and the classic cozy coffee shop we all want to go to. One thing about this sandwhich is that the chicken will never cover the entire bread and it will never be distributed evenly. So you will always have one half that has less chicken and ends up being part veggie pesto sandwhich, which is still worth it. The other favorite is a turkey club sandwhich on a croissant. It's basic, but also very tasty. They also carry a variety of pastries and serve Klatch coffee (brewed coffee) if you need a sweet treat afterward.
