Regina (owner) was smart and got a liqueur license allowing for the salon to now serve wine, campaign and mimosas. It makes your beauty day that much better. I love taking sometime for myself and coming in to get my nails done. All of her staff is hilarious and love to laugh. If I have ever a issue or don't feel 100% satisfied even a couple days after my service, I am sure to go back and in and explain my concerns. They always are quick to fix any issues and happy to do so. To many people go into nail salons and walk out unhappy, well if you don't say anything how is it ever going to be fix. What an awesome experience after I had a bad one at a different salon. Went in on my hour lunch and alex was the first one to greet me. No wait at all. I told him I wanted to try something new with my nails (something I liked on pintrest, flat black coffin nails) showed him a picture and he got to work. So. All I had to do to give this place a one star is walk in. There were 2 people at the front. I know they noticed when the door opened and I stood right in front of the counter. No one acknowledged me. No one said Hello! They kept looking down at the desk like they were AFRAID that a customer walked in. There was a clipboard there. But it was for people who had appointments ..I think? I didnt put my name down because I was waiting to ask them questions. The man there possibly the owner after 4 min of standing there. Yes!! I was pleasantly surprised coming here. It not only looks nice but it feels nice to be a customer there. I paid $55 for my gel manicure and pedicure (normal). They give you a little menu of the upgrades you may want as they begin their service,NOT during their service like at other salons. They have many colors to choose from for gel. Probably like 100 different colors. I actually didn't realize they closed at 5pm on Sunday and we were half way done w my manicure at 510pm. I felt really bad and thought she was gonna have to rush which would result in a sloppier job, but she actually was even more careful after I apologize for her having to stay longer and did an excellent job. I have been to this nail salon a few times since it is right by my house. When it first opened I really liked it because it was pretty inside and everything was new. They also serve free drinks (tea,coffee,wine,champagne). Every time I come in the prices go up. Yesterday I went in for a pedicure and the basic pedicure now costs $20. I decided on that and asked for white gel. The pedicure was fine but a little painful. She lady doing my nails was really rough. After I finished I went up and they charged me for my friend's services. I will say I should have asked what she was charging me before she swiped my card but I was mad when it came out to $50. After lots of confusion they figured out how to void the sale and charged me for my pedicure. Which was $36. They said gel is an extra $15 and they charge $1 if you don't pay in cash. I thought this was insane. $36 for a pedicure is way too much. I went to another place in Anaheim that put on a full set of acrylic nails with gel for $30. I think they need to tell customers that gel is $15 extra before they put it on. Waking up this morning I'm pretty sure one of my toes is infected or really irritated from her harsh pedicure. I'm super disappointed with this place and I will not be returning. read more

I have been here a few times and the work they do is usually good. However, my experience today was terrible!! To start off with the ladies doing my manicure and pedicure made fun of me for driving 20 minutes to get here. I don't mind driving if it's worth it- but I guess they don't need my business. The lady who did my manicure (it was a fill) was the worst!! She jammed a tool into my nail bed immediately causing me to bleed. I had to ask for her to put something on it to stop the bleeding. Then when she put my gel polish on (French tip) she shoved my hand into the dryer messing up the polish. She takes it out of the dryer: what happened here? (Laughing) Me: you shoved my hand in. My pedicure is fine and the price is average. My daughter, however, was charged $38 for a gel pedicure. She called before she came and was told it would be $28. While we were there, the lady who did mine said my daughter's would be $8 more than mine because she was getting gel. When we brought this up when it was time to pay, they asked who told us these prices and said we must have misunderstood. They said she must have asked about a manicure when she called because gel manicure is $28, but gel pedicure is $38. I asked why the lady who did mine said it was $8 more than my $23, but they said I just misunderstood. I felt so bad because my teenage daughter was treating me this time! I don't like to blame things on someone's accent being difficult to understand (the masks don't help), but why don't they have the gel pedicure on the menu so I can SEE the price? read more

Lots to say about this place ! I had good and bad experiences. I first came in on a Saturday morning right when they opened and requested a gel manicure , salon is very pretty and very clean I love all the amenities that they offer such as snacks wine coffee etc. But it won't matter how much you drink they service still isn't that great. My manicurist did my nails in such a hurry because she said she didn't have breakfast, yes she was sweet and tried her best to accommodate me and what I wanted but my manicure was so fast that my nails clearly showed a poor manicure. 3 days later Tuesday my nails had lifted and started to peel, which had never happened to me at my usual place so I called and the owner was very nice on the phone and said he would assist me anyway he can but when u arrived it wasn't all good because he waa very upset I didn't remember who did my nails and was pretty much telling me that it was my fault my nails messed up. The nail tech didny say anything she just did my nails and was very nice , she did an ok job but was upset that she had to redo my nails. Once my nails were done they got happy because I was paying for another service. (Pedicure) and my toes actually came out nice. The only thing I have to complain about was the entire time all the staff were screaming across the room in their language and made my head hurt and made me feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! This update is long over due.... I have been coming to this nail salon for some time now and it seems to be losing points every time I come in. The experience before use to be relaxing and enjoyable, now it's almost stressful. Here are a few things I have noticed (not the end of the world, but something to make note of. 1. If you make an appointment & show up on time you somehow end up still waiting about 15-20 minutes. (What's the purpose of an appointment then?). 2. When they get busy you can tell everyone gets flustered and the work becomes sloppy so they can get to the next customer. It's happened to me multiple times. 3. Prices have increased about 2-7$, not a deal breaker but it all adds up. Especially when you tip on top of service (Luckily they offer mimosas) Overall, I wish I could say the quality of work has drastically improved, but it hasn't. The reason I come back is because they are clean & personally that is most important to me. read more

This is by far the most GARBAGE nail salon I have ever been too. The girl Tracy who did my pedicure is a complete and utter idiot. I asked for GEL and she did regular polish then put gel on top then regular polish again then tried to put gel and it started peeling off. Instead of taking it off she tried to cut off the peeling parts wtf. I made her take it off and start over and she ended up putting regular polish on my toes. Are you fucking dumb? And the lady who did my full set (had no name tag) couldn't even make my nails even they are all different lengths and the nail polish is all bumpy and gross looking. The manager who is a male and spoke zero english didn't even care about his shitty employees doing a trash job and trying to charge for it. My favorite place! I ALWAYS get my mani dip with gel done by Lani and deluxe pedi done by Lai. Both ladies are very sweet, nice and very patient. Lani takes her time perfecting my nails and does all requests that I ask. She dips my nails in powder, makes them as natural looking as possible and prefects them very time. I definitely would recommend Lani for a mani. (Lani's days off at Sunday and Monday). Lai is super friendly and can definitely hold a conversation. She works every gently and also takes her time. My first impression was, "Convenient location, no wait." I came on a Sunday afternoon and wanted to try out this nail salon since the location was convenient and they have a large space with little wait on a weekend. The lady who did my nails took over an hour for a standard manicure and disappeared for awhile only for me to found out she took her lunch in the middle of the services. She rushed through the rest of it and made me bleed on one finger, then when trying to stop the bleeding she dropped her tools on my other hand and messed up the nail polish. Instead of re-doing it, she covered it up with more polish and left bubbles and dents. During the filing, she got really close to my skin and although I complained it was hurting and burning my skin, she did it again on my other hand. I can't believe that they would let such inexperienced people work on customers and not even try to remediate the situation. She also skimped on the hand massage during the manicure (probably because she was rushing). The lasting impression? "Won't be coming back and there are plenty other nail salons in the area that can offer better services." read more
