My nieces wanted their nails done..saw this place and decided to give them a try. The both got manicures, $10 which was not bad. I didnt catch the names of the 2 ladies that worked on there nails. One of them did such a great job and took her time, while the other lady didnt put nail polish on the whole nail. The only reason a 3 star is because one of them did a really good job. Eh? Maybe getting your nails done at 11 in the morning isn't the greatest ideas. I'll probably give this place a chance again because of their prices, but my visit was ehhhh. I got the spa pedi and mani deal. $22? Why not give it a chance. I walked in and they set me up right away. I don't think I'll go back for the pedi. The water was cold and they cut the crap out of my toes. I was told when you wait a long time in between mani and pedi, your skin is sensitive. No. I have actual cuts and now scabs from where they cut me. And they did a callus treatment on my feet? Hey that's cool with me, generally after I get my toes done from anywhere else though, my feet feel so nice and smooth. This "treatment" and even the pumice scrub did nothing for my feet. I don't have anything "amazing" to say about my mani though. I don't know much about nails, but what's with all the cold water? I'm used to nice relaxing warm water. But I wasn't disappointed in my nails. Besides the color, but I had no choice for the color because of a wedding I'm in. I was warned if I didn't get gel polish my color would chip but my polish still looks pretty good. But I think I will pay the extra money next time for gel polish Staff wise. Pretty nice but, I mean I know people don't like to be upsold and with the language barrier I was too shy to ask for anything extra, but I wasn't offered anything. Your a growing business, could have asked if I wanted a design! I don't want this first visit to ruin this place for me since it's literally down the street from my house. I've been coming here for almost 4 years never had a problem. All the ladies were do nice and earlier this year the sold the location to some guy. The prices got higher and the nails job got horrible. I didn't mind since I've been coming here for years but the most recent time that I went the nail job was really bad and they started lifting 2 days after I got them done. I didn't have a chance to go and get them fixed to I went on my next day off which was Saturday. I got them done Monday and they started lifting Wednesday. I came in nicely asking for them to just fix my nail and I told them that i didn't like how NACY did them because it made it look like I needed a fill the day I left with them. But before NACY even saw them the OWNER was fixing them just fine I told him exactly what happened before he even started but when I got to NACY after 20 mins of waiting waiting for her to finish which was okay. She said she was going to charge me for each lifting nails and for a fresh fill. I would have mind to Pay for the fill but she started yelling and say stuff in her language. I FIND THAT SUPER RUDE. If she's going to talk bad about me at least let me understand what you're saying. I told her straight up and she didn't react ok. Then the OWNER change his policy and said only 2-4 days after getting them done. But I told him what was happening before and he never mentioned that policy when I was with him. I got pretty upset due to the fact that I've been coming for so many years and never complaining about any of there bad jobs. But the one time that I come and ask them to fix them they give me attitude and calling me crazy. I was with my little sisters. She was scared of them. Anyways I told them that they either fix them or they give me my money back, and that I wasn't leaving till I got something done. I was not be nice anymore. So the owner made me wait I little longer when he said he was going to fix them for me. It made me feel a little better and I wasn't being rude or anything after that. But literally the next morning my new nail started lifting all over again. That just pisses me off. HORRIBLE SERVICES AND HORRIBLE JOB! They need to learn how to learn do the job the right way. They were once so full now they are uneven , separated and THIN it's been a month and they are barely growing back out , one faster then the other ugh . I LOVE coming here. Never have any problems. Jenny the owner is amazing and always makes sure I leave happy. Very clean and friendly. I never feel uncomfortable or like they are talking about me in their language like I feel at other nail salons. Long story short you get what you pay for it. I came in for a manicure and pedicure, was sat for a pedicure after 20 minutes of waiting which is OK since I was a walk in. Once I was seated I had to wait another 15 minutes before a tech saw me.. once the tech started she was not focused on her work and was looking all over the place not watching what she was doing. She rushed through every step (i did not feel relaxed) then when it came around to painting my toenails she completely painted over my skin I had to tell her if she could fix it which she did not repaint. And then decided to leave before she could mess up on my manicure and waste more of my money/time. read more

So today I decide to go in I got there's little bit after 9am which is the time they open and right away got seated and the lady started to do my nails.. Which she was amazing and quick as well. And let me say I love my nails short and cute with a little bling! And I got to choose the diamonds I wanted which is great. So my wife has been going to this nail place for a few months now. She walked in and wanted her previous nails removed and get a new full set. The nail tech (owner) refused to remove and stated getting a fill was much better.l(like she knows what she wanted). She finished and this was the result after 1 week. FYI this is supposed to be a gel polish meaning it should last longer with no chipping correct? I have always been to Bellas. I love Jenny and Nancys work! They are truly the best nail techs there. My Review is not to rave about the above mentioned. The last time that i went to Bellas, to my surprise Jenny was not there anymore, i asked for her and they said she was busy with a new venture and that she wont be coming back today and that they didnt know til when. Thats fine, i stayed and had my acrylics removed by a gentlemen in the front. He told me that i should do dip powder on my real nails as they are thin and that the dip will help them not to break. Thats fine, he did a good job and i was happy with my nails. Yesterday 7/9/19 i went in to get my nails done again, remove my dip powder and get another dip nail color. I was helped by another lady there, sitting in the front, not where Jenny sits but the first booth to the left. Anyways, she starts to prep me to remove the dip powder, she puts cotton balls with acetone and leaves me there for 10 mins or so. Comes back and tries to remove it and she cant, the dip powder is very messy to remove if done incorrectly. She asks if i want the same shape, i say yes i do but that i wanted them cut a little bit these are my real nails so just remove the dip powder and put the new one on, mind you my real nails are really long now and i want them cut a LITTLE bit and shaped coffin shape. She comes back and attempts to take off the dip powder again, no luck, she puts the acetone and the aluminum back on my finger tips and tells me to go choose a color. i pick my color, come back and sit down and she is still trying to remove the dip powder from my nails. No luck. She starts on my left hand and she cuts a little bit off my pinky. I tell her thats fine because its long enough but its not too too short. Then she continues with my ring finger, i was already sort of annoyed because its been about 30 mins already and still nothing on my nails. So she comes back and she cuts my pinky nail a little and she proceeds to cut my ring finger nail, and SHE CUT IT ALL OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT THE F%^&!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i kept calm. I didnt blow but i was very much upset. She leaves once again and starts talking to this man in her language. i know shes telling him about the nail and the whole dip thing, whatever. I stayed and she starts to do my dip with the color that i chose. The color was a very beautiful color and i wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt that she knew what she was doing. She starts the process on my left hand, after telling me that she has to put a tip on my nail that she cut. Whatever, do what you need to do. The dip that she was putting on was not sticking and it was very bubbly, very patchy and it would not dry to the way it was supposed to. My right hand is still a mess. by this time it was 540pm and i asked her that i wanted to leave and go elsewhere, she said no i will fix it for you, some man comes up and he tells me that he will fix it for me, but at this point i dont want my nails fixed, i told them that i would pay whatever i needed to pay and that i would go elsewhere. This place used to be good, please bring back that staff. i dont think i will be going back to be honest, the lady clearly did not know what she was doing even though she told me she owns a salon elsewhere and she was just helping her brother out. read more

The lady in the front said "well go sit there at the front table and wait for her" That already threw me off because they don't know how to speak to customers whatsoever. I waited about 15 minutes before the nail tech (she sits in the very front on the left side) came and had a major attitude! I came here because it's close to where I'm staying and I was in desperate need of a mani/ pedi. I should've read the reviews! My nails look worse than before I came in, just polished. I was repeatedly cut and the girl doing my pedicure scraped up my ankle bad. Here's the best part... a girl that was also having her nails done complained that she was being cut and one of her nails was messed up. The tech yelled at her saying she looks like she didn't even have money to pay (she was Hispanic). Long story short, after about 10 mins of arguing, she put her fist up like she was gonna hit the client. Cops were called and everything. Very unprofessional. Sadly had to find a new nail place. The last time couple times I went I as not happy. I really like Nancy's work here. Probably the best. However, last time I made an appointment with her, she was Gone when I arrived. I asked when she'd be back but she said she was gone for the day and someone else took me. The previous time before that j got a lady who cut me repeatedly. Not exaggerating almost on every finger. She would get frustrated with me for stiffening my hands up. Not my fault I'm in pain the whole time I'm sitting at her table. She is more towards the back. So the last time I went my nails were lifted bad and I get Jenny and she asked why? Uhmmmm...? Idk ask that lady that you hired that cut me repeatedly. But what got me mad was that she made it seem like it was my fault that they lifted. Never going back here. Customer service is not that great. Yes I raved about it before but only because of Nancy. If you're in the area I recommend Nancy here. I came in for a gel mani and a pedi. I didn't get the name of the person doing my pedicure but I believe he is the only male there. He gave me a great massage after my pedicure and when he polished my toes he took his time. Same for the manicure.
