I came here and got a gel pedicure with two acrylic toes, lady's were sweet however when she started applying the acrylic she couldn't get it to smooth out so she kept adding more acrylic to the point where it flooded my cuticle and she had to use the metal tool to cut it off my cuticles when it dried. Then when it came to the polish she got some on my skin and cuticle and didn't remove it just sealed it like that. She gave me only $5 off and I was super upset with the way my toes came out horrible and had to pay $50, please don't waste your time or money here read more

Not sure how there's so many good reviews, I'm completely disappointed.. I walk in and they immediately asked me to leave a review before the service even started I asked if she could cut my nails shorter and then when she only cut one shorter, I asked if she could make it even with the other one and she just chuckled and looked at me.. I picked a color on their samples and they didn't even have that color. I loved how natural my nails looked and the leg and foot massage felt amazing, also all the pedi products smelled delightful. Hoang i think had a nasty attitude over doing my service mind you that she priced me at $15 for one nail, she brought it down to $10. appliances were not fresh she dipped the acetone brush inside the bottle! I called in the morning for an acrylic full set and Tiffany was so kind and accommodating to see me within 10 minutes. Tiffany was incredibly nice and fast! I am a nightmare client because I'm so picky and very often unsatisfied but she was constantly checking in, making sure the shape was to my liking and receptive to any feedback. She also did AMAZING on my short set which for some reason is hard for other technicians or they just don't want to do it. Tracy, I wish I had you as a nail tech! (Wife's review) We called to make sure there was no room and if they could squeeze us in! Tracy said yes we could come! We arrived and checked kn and got seen right away! My lady was very nice and sweet and was very gentle with my feet (husband) ... no issue at all, but I really wished she would of had the bubbbles to the machine on and that she would of scrubbed a little harder for the callouses removal... I got the special pedicure for $35.00... she was good, but it just was satisfying for me! My wife's tech! She was amazing, dug deep into my cuticles and got all the dead nails. I felt like she could of scrubbed harder too for my callouses removal. I mean we do pay for that! I got the mani and pedi for $50. It was a good deal... she did an awesome job on my pedicure but on my mani, I didn't even get a real massage. I know someone else showed up, and it just felt rushed! I wanted to get color, but I just didn't get the vibe of a good time! Again my nail lady was sweet- and she did a good job! It's just the little details to me that matter most! One thing which is out of their control is that is smells like smoke. There is a smoke shop next door and the smell is horrific! I was feeling in need of some rejuvenation and have been seeing a lot about Head Spas recently and decided to look one up on a whim. I was able to make a same day appointment with Kim Chi. She was sweet and very friendly. I did the VIP 3 package which is a 90-minute service. A basic facial with shampoo and keratin steam. The chair is a reclining massage chair so that going the whole time during the service. Oh my goodness! What an incredibly relaxing experience. The scalp exfoliation and shampooing was amazing. She paid attention to detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. My hair is soooo soft after the keratin steam. I was very happy and will definitely be coming back soon. I went in for a gel mani and a pedicure, I was greeted by the front desk lady, I think her name is Tracey, but then was not spoke too at all. Seems like the girls doing the actual nails don't have great customer service skills. Also, I don't think they are very experienced as they did a horrible job on my nails. :( I paid a total of $57 dollars. $45 for a maní and pedí and $12 extra for a gel maní, which I felt was pricey. Gel x nails broke the next day I got them. Wasted $90. To top it off, they're very pushy and not about customer service at all. They really only see you as walking bags of cash. Located in an older area but the boutique itself seemed newly renovated from top to bottom. New equipment and furniture, everything seemed fresh and relaxed. Went here for the first time, ended with a gel manicure and pedicure. It took a little longer than I normally get it done.. an hour and 15 minutes on regular pedicure ... 45 minutes on cuticles .. I appreciate the time and detail and didn't mind it much... Toes ended up okay, nothing special. Gel manicure took another hour that I began to get sleepy. Not due to the comfort but since it was taking so long. I looked over to my left and i think Tracy finished a client who sat after me pedicure in 20 minutes... while I'm still on one hand.. I did realize that she did not buff my nails ... she only trimmed my nails , and went in with the gel polish... maybe this explained why the next day my middle finger started peeling and everything came off so easily. You definitely want to call and make an appointment especially if you're going during peak times like right after work and weekends. They do take walk ins, but you may have to wait as sometimes there's not a lot of techs. Tracy is an absolutely amazing goddess at acrylic nails. They are all straight and aren't weird or clumpy. If you give her artistic creativity, she'll run with if and your nails will look great. She's also very thorough and detailed. The other nail tech is pretty good too from what I saw from my friend.
