This salon is a LIFE SAVER. Even though it's a good 50 minutes to an hour from where I live, I will no longer go to any other nail place in NJ. Can you believe they do NextGen nails at a very decent price (only $35 for color)?! I feel SO incredibly lucky to have found such an amazing gem among some not-so-great salons around this area. First off, they are not open on Sundays. However, because they value their customers, they fit me in on a Sunday anyway. What other business would open just for you?! I highly doubt any. Jimmy, the owner of the salon, called me before my appointment to ensure that I would not get lost, as I was a new customer of Bella Nails. He is super friendly and engaged in conversation with my boyfriend so that he wasn't bored while waiting for me. We were also asked if we wanted anything to drink (coffee, water, or soda) which is always a plus in my book! Shirley is an AMAZING nail tech. She was very meticulous with my manicure and even gave me tips on how to maintain healthy nails (even if that meant me not picking the most expensive nail add-ons!). I am 100 percent positive that these nails will last for at least a month without chips. It took Shirley a little over an hour to finish, but I don't mind a perfectionist when it comes to my nails. ;) It was quite obvious to me in just the little time I was there that the owners of this place truly care to EARN their business from customers. Overall, I was very impressed with the quaint, clean, and homey feeling of this salon. Also, I was surprised to know that existing, longtime customers have their name tied to their very own set of nail tools. This way you know every time you visit that you aren't getting any other customer's germs! I HIGHLY recommend this salon, especially for those wanting NextGen. I love Bella nails. I have been going to the salon for almost a year now and have a standing appointment every two weeks. Shirley is amazing. She is friendly, kind and meticulous with her work. I really like the individualized attention she gives me each time I am there. It's like a get a spa treatment every two weeks! I get compliments on my nails all the time. The salon is also very clean and doesn't smell like other nail salons. A definite plus for me. I would highly recommend the salon. I have been coming here for over a year and I look forward to my next appointment every time. Shirley is an excellent nail technician and an extremely warm person. My nails look amazing when I leave and they actually still look amazing when I return! SNS is the only nail treatment that is gentle and still durable. I have tried other nail enhancements but they ruined my natural nail. I think how silly it was for me to suffer pain after drills and hard files wrecked my natural nails. Thursday, June 29, 2016 I bought a brow and lip wax, which was the worst I ever had. I have a big red scar on top of my lip where my skin was ripped off. I still have hairs on the corners of my mouth, and long hairs under my eyebrows. I had a feeling this young lady did not know what she was doing but didn't think the results would be so disastrous. Definitely, they shouldn't have someone who does not know this procedure do it to people. I may have this scar for months. read more

Worst customer service ever! There is only one person Shirley that does nails and her husband Jimmy who handles appointments. Jimmy is rude and nasty to customers. The salon is dingy and outdated and there are never appointments available. When you finally get in, it is definitely not worth the wait. With so many other salons in the area that are cleaner, nicer and do a better job, it is surprising that this salon is still in business. read more

Bella Nails is clean, affordable and the owners are extremely nice and accommodating! I get SNS/NextGen and my nails always come out awesome and last a month without chipping. I went to Bella's for a pedicure. I was looking for a new nail tech/salon since my previous nail tech left the business to have a family. Elaine did my pedi at Bella's. She hurt my toes when she was cutting my cuticles and didn't clean under my nails. When it came time to apply my polish, she tried to apply it without base coat. I had to ask her to go back and use it. She barely cleaned up any mistakes she made AND left a huge gap between my cuticles and the polish. My pedicure is brand new yet it looks a week old. Never going back there and I definitely do not recommend it to anyone! read more

This place is very friendly and clean. They make you feel very comfortable there. Shirley is doing great job with my nails and waxing, what I like the best that she is never in rush and she is doing the best feet massage. She always tries to squeeze me in her busy schedule if I need my wax done at the same day. I read reviews here so I tried it. I walked in for a manicure and pedicure and got the special $28 for both. I was pleasantly surprised. The pedicure is to die for especially the hot stone massage. Camila was fantastic as was Cheryl. The place is small but that just give you more of their attention. I will absolutely return. I have tried many different salons but this one is by far the best! I had a pedicure that was so relaxing. I really loved the hot stones. Also I had Nexgen on my nails. This is a great place. I had gels and LCN for about 8 years. My nails were destroyed. I went off all gels for 3 years but I am sorry to say my nails never recovered. The best I could do was use VINYLUX and they would grow, but I had to maintain it. These nex/gen SNS are amazing. The owners are fantastic and really sweet. I went for the first time last week to get a fill - figured I'd try a new place. They told me they didn't do acrylic fills, so I decided to try the new material they used (NexGen). I have honestly never seen such terrible work on my nails before. The finished product looked like it was completed by a young child. My nails looked lumpy, thick, uneven, and just overall a mess. I will say that the employees were very nice and polite, and the place was clean. I first heard about this place through Groupon and so I purchased one to try it out. The place is small, clean, and the people working there are very friendly. Camile did my mani/pedi and spent so much time on me. She was extremely gentle which is very important since I have been injured at many other places in the area. She takes her time with you and shapes your nails so perfectly that they grow out so much healthier. I also got my eyebrows waxed by Shirley. She was very careful the entire time and they turned out amazing! I had such a great experience here that I would recommend this place to everyone in the area. I find it odd that anyone would ever have a bad experience since I saw nothing, but professionalism. These people care about you from the minute you walk in until the minute you walk out.
