Managed to get a high top in the bar area where service was great. The chicken and greens are amazing here. So flavorful with just the right amount of heat. Meatballs and ricotta are also very good. What a awesome surprise! My wife had been given a GC for her birthday and we finally got around to using it. We heard fantastic things about Nicolinni's and everything was true! Great Friendly Service, Great Menu Selection and Daily Specials. We started off with the California Calamari for dinner my wife got their Chicken Marsala and it was probably the best I've had to date. I got their seasonal Chicken Apple Jack with butternut squash ravioli and it was great! To finishing off the evening we shared a pumpkin cheesecake and it was delicious. Upon being seated, we were immediately greeted by our server Ashlyn. She brought us our drinks and a basket of bread and butter, and a plate of dipping sauce. All of our dinners came with a salad and a unique house dressing. For dinner, my wife ordered the Chicken and Greens, which she loved. It came with a side of vegetables. Excellent service. Wanted something that was off menu. No problem! Starting with the bread and olive oil and herb dip. Then came a very unique delicious salad with house made dressing. Very fresh and delicious tasting. I had seared shrimp and scallop pasta with broccoli in an Alfredo sauce. The dish was plentiful and amazing. I brought half of it home. Hubby had a rib eye steak, cooked perfectly to the temperature he requested. We ordered dessert to go. We were too full to enjoy it there. My husband and I shared a romantic dinner in a beautiful wrap around booth. Service and food were both 10/10. I had the chicken and Italian greens and he had the whitefish with clam sauce. The house salad dressing was very unique and tasty, more like a French than the Italian it's described as, but all the same loved it. Bread service was plentiful with a lovely dipping oil to accompany. Definetely will be returning as I think this is my new favorite Italian dish. The greens are extremely flavorful and creamy. Add these two items over a bed of pasta and you got yourself a delicious dinner. Big disappointment. All of our side dishes arrived cold or luke warm. Italian Greens unnecessarily spicy. Not 'the best in town' as bragged on menu. My father enjoyed his filet minon, although thought seasoning overdone. My porterhouse steak was awful. Strip side tough and full of gristle and sinew. Filet side overcooked and therefore also tough. My favorite restaurant whenever I'm in town. There are a ton of great Italian restaurants locally but Nicolinni's takes it to the next level. I always get the seafood medley in red sauce and ask them to make it spicy for me. It is loaded with seafood and perfect every time. This family puts tons of love into all the food they serve and it shows. Overall, it was just okay. We had a larger group (12) on a Saturday night. The bread and salad were excellent. Some pitfalls: my mule wasn't filled to the top and tasted very watered down. I got the eggplant parm. It was good but nothing life-changing. The waitress brought us our checks and said that we could "hangout" but there was another party waiting and she would eventually need to "kick us out" (her words, not mine) in 10 minutes. Mind you, this was only 1.5 hours since our reservation started. We also were never asked if we wanted to dessert. I think that the waitress knew it would take us longer than 10 minutes to eat it so she didn't ask. Overall, I was disappointed. read more

We hosted a dinner for 8 customers and employees at Nicolinni's on June 15, 2023. We had reservations, but arrived early and sat at the bar for a bit. The service and knowledge of the bartenders were outstanding as well as the drink options available. Dinner was fantastic. The appetizers were plentiful and very tasty, the Italian greens with sausage, Calamari, and lamb chop lollipops were superb. Dinner was also wonderful. The table order an assortment of entree's and from steak, to seafood to Italian the portions were great and the taste was superb. Our waiter was a young man who is part of the family that owns the restaurant and he made sure the table never lacked in anything we needed. We went back to the bar after dinner and I had the opportunity to speak with one of the owners. She was a delight to talk to and we thanked her for the great experience. We were in town for a funeral and stayed at the Hampton Inn. This restaurant was next to the Hotel so went there for dinner. It was really nice and busy so that's a good sign. My husband ordered a ribeye which is always his choice everyone else ordered some kind of pasta which was amazing. But my husband's steak was so tough and had a lot of fat and gristle running through it. I guess the old saying is true don't order a steak at an Italian restaurant. ( the salad dressing is amazing I wish they sold that because I definitely would have bought some.) If I'm ever back there I would go back just not for the steak. read more

Loved Nicolinni's at their former location and was pleased when they reopened in this new space. Since I'm increasingly less and less tolerant of crowds and noise when I eat, my wife and I have chosen to get takeout from here a few times. It never disappoints. Like everywhere else prices are higher than the Before Times, but the portions are always more than enough to justify the cost. Our favorite dish--pasta Giada, swap out angel hair for penne, thank me later--is monstrously huge and is enough for dinner plus a full meal as leftovers the next day. Food's always good, service is not a net negative (which is a victory anymore), and it's worth the price they charge. Overall I would recommend this place. Hope they have continued success and are around for years to come. read more
