Wow, the corner Sicilian slice I had today was one of the best ever, certainly top three ever for me. Light dough on the top half with a light and crusty bottom. The edges of the corner piece I had was not tough like it can sometimes be. It was everything you want in a Sicilian slice. I will be thinking about it for a while. read more

This place is great! My parents used to order from here back in 2010. I forgot about this place. Food Is super good and the prices are the best! Most of their food is on point. The penny à la vodka is just as good as when me and my parents used to order back in the day. Their slices are good, bruschetta is amazing, Philly cheesesteak wrap was, soo good. The pasta fagioli wasn't authentic though. They gave me a cup full of red beans in a sauce lol and barely and noddles. Still give them 5 starts because I've ordered a few times recently, and that pasta fagioli is my only complaint. Def give them a try read more

I have been coming to this pizzeria for years. The owner is Lenny and he couldn't be a nicer man! Their food is top notch, abundant and tasty. I usually roll with their chicken Parm dinner, chicken marsala, or their chicken scarparello- all aces. I usually get dinner with the side of a linguini with garlic and oil - the best! Their homemade desserts are out of this world especially the tiramisu! For local Italian that delivers you can't do better in the area and reasonable too! read more

The house special Chicken Bella Napoli is a francese sauce-variant, with the chicken breaded with Parmesan cheese and some spices, and is truly excellent. Their eggplant parmigiana is another standout. Entrees are huge--alone they could easily make two meals--and come with a large side of pasta and generous amount of bread to boot, so you really get your money's worth of excellent food. The pizza is your standard, greasy, cheesy, foldable New York City slice--understand that coming from me, this is high praise--as really, is there any other acceptable kind of pizza? I'd recommend for take out/delivery. Staff is friendly (in a brusque, cool, efficient NYC way), but it's a small, cramped place--ate in when in a rush once, and wasn't the most comfortable. I'm a regular patron at Bella Napoli. Their chicken parm sandwich (and plates) are GREAT. It's becoming harder and harder to find a good quality parm sandwich nowadays. It's also worth ordering their Shrimp parm as well. I don't get to order it enough, but I do recommend it. I order a pie at least once a week, and their pepperoni is where it's at. Combine that with bacon or mushroom and u'll be sold. I've definitely turned some mushroom haters into believers with the Pepperoni\Shroom combo. Also, the garlic bread w\ cheese and pepperoni is a good pick up for a Sunday afternoon munch. Many of the pizzerias in my area have changed ownership over the past few years due to sub par food, but these guys have been going strong, and even expanded to another location. Their customer service has been great as well over the years. Just recently heading home from picking up a pie during a rain storm, the wind\rain took our pie as a victim. We called them and explained what happened....with even offering to pay for a new pie they sent us one free of charge. It was a very stand-up gesture, and very appreciated. The delivery can vary depending on how busy they get. This should be expected with any establishment that delivers, so be prepared to order a little early on football Sundays, or big TV sporting events. I recommend ordering about 30 minutes (give or take) before game time if your within a 2 mile radius. read more

This place is down the street from me, and I'm glad for that. Although I've never had their pizza, everything I've tried has been awesome: Chicken parmesan hero: Great crispy chicken tenders with gooey mozzerella cheese and tomato sauce on a lightly toasted roll. My only complaint is that there's way too much cheese--makes it sloppy and difficult to eat. Meatball parmesan hero: I'm so happy that they slice the meatballs in half, because it just works better when I don't have to worry about gigantic meatballs sliding out of the roll. This was surprisingly tasty, and they season the meatballs wonderfully. Chicken parmesan dinner: My favorite thing to order. They load up the sauce and cheese to make it rich, good Italian cooking. The bread that they give with it serves as a nice dipping agent, and I order linguine on the side--cooked perfectly al dente everytime. They lose a half-star from me because although their sandwich and pizza prices are cheap, I feel that some of the dinner prices are a little high. It has actually prevented me from trying other, more expensive dinners. In short, I'm not paying $19 for a take-out meal of something I've never tried before. Another half-star is lost because they're incredibly inaccurate with their timing. The other night when I ordered take-out from here, they told me the wait would be ten to fifteen minutes. I got there about twenty five minutes later, and waited still another ten minutes before getting my food. That's an additional twenty minutes, and that's a big deal when you're in a pinch. read more

I was about a 10 year regular here before I moved. I have never been disappointed. If you haven't tried their Philly cheese steak pie it's a must. I don't think i've ever seen slices in house but the pie is scrumptious The chicken scarpariello is yummy and was absolute favorite of mine. There were a few oddly priced items on the menu but nothing I ever desired anyway. The calzones were always fresh and the pies were just my style and never disappointed. It REALLY depends who is making the food that night. I once ordered a chicken parm hero and what I got was breaded chicken, the sub, hardly any cheese and no sauce. Then another time I ordered fried calamari and it was so over cooked they were practically fossilized. So you are probably asking me why I am giving them 4 stars. Well aside from the times they messed up my orders there were more gems then upsets. If you call and tell them your order was not up to par, messed up, or wrong they are always willing to make it right. As any restaurant should. I LOVE their Caesar salad with fried calamari. I just had my 1st home delivery order from Bella Napoli And it was good, very good. They had sent me a menu in the mail so I thought what the heck, why dont we give them a try. The two area pizzerias I usually use are OK , but hit-and-miss sometimes,and one of them really makes a lot of mistakes always, so I took a chance and called them up and ordered Caprese Salad and the Pasta Fagiole. Everything was excellent. The caprese salad had real tasty authentic Italian mozarella cheese, the tomatoes were plump and tasty, like garden tomatoes, and they used a good quality Olive oil. Just like how my grandmother used to make it. The soup was equally good and still very hot. What struck me was that the food really tasted Italian and good Italian at that, and that so many Italian pizzerias these days don't have an Italian flavor at all,. but Bella Napoli certainly did. I will be calling them back, that's for sure. And, oh yeah, the delivery person was courteous, polite, and on time. Good job Bella Napoli. If I had to be pressed for making any kind of a criticism, which would be hard, it would be that they had flimsy plastic forks. Bottom line: the pizza just isn't good. I ordered cheese, mushroom, onion and olive and the pizza was somehow soggy and burnt at the same time. It also tasted like meat. The vegetables must have been sautéed on the stovetop exactly where beef was cooked and it made the whole pizza taste like a burger... not what you want when you order a vegetarian pizza. Definitely not returning. Also, delivery took an hour and 45 minutes but was estimated at 45-60 minutes.
