I drive an hour to get my wax. I can't tell you how many wax places I pass and I don't care! Sylvana is my go to for often painless and easier (when I'm not drinking enough water as she's directed me too) waxes. I can't usually get a walk in with her but I call and can get in within a few days. When I walk in, the wait for an appointment (or walk in when I was lucky enough to get the few I've had) is never anything unacceptable (nothing over ten minutes usually before my appointment time). The staff is always professional and pleasant. The place is clean... I *hate* using public restrooms but this one makes my anxiety about them almost nonexistent. So clean, wipes, and well stocked. Go here. You won't regret it. If you're nervous... drink plenty of water, ask for Sylvana or the manager and you will be in good hands. Literally was falling asleep during my full body wax tonight. I went to this location for the first time a few weeks ago and obtained Brazilian wax service from Diva. Although i was hopeful it would eventually stop, i have experienced excessive itching, bumps/rashes and discomfort. This has never happened to me in the past. I arrived and signed in and she took me right away to the back. I told her it was my first time and she was so kind and explained what to do. This is probably one of the best bang for your buck Brazilian waxing establishment. I also had been a while since I had returned due to me living up north. Anyway, this place had definitely gotten a face lift while I was gone. The decor was girly and tasteful. I came in as a walk in and was taken care of right away. I encountered this place while staying close by while I was on a road trip heading down to florida. This is the cheapest Brazilian wax I have ever had. I called them shortly after the opened and they agreed to see my right away. I was told to go down a hallway and enter the last door on the left. It looked kind of seedy, but I entered the room. Instantly I notice the dim lighting and the fact that what appeared to be old wax was warming in a crockpot. I looked like it had been in there for several days as it was crusting towards the top. And Hey! I have that same crockpot! A lady walks in and tells me to lay down, without leaving for me to undress I just went ahead and dropped my shorts, she was gonna see everything anyway so why bother being modest. She went ahead and put the wax on...OVER MY ENTIRE RIGHT SIDE OF MY VAG! Normally with soft wax its put on in small parts. You know, to be less painful, and to prevent ingrown hairs..ect ect. But apparently here they're more concerned with finishing quickly. She ripped off the entire thing in one pass without any regard to the serious amount of pain she was causing. Whatever, she got the job done. She does the next side and she has wax going all over parts it should not be going. Not to be too vulgar but my clit was burning from it. Anyways its finally over and she goes over the entire area with tweezers to get all the stray hairs. Finally its all over and its definitely the most flawless wax I've had. for $35. I'm pleased. I was in and out in like 5 minutes and I'm completely bare. Unfortunately the next day I was covered in ingrown hairs (probably with how brutal she was being with me) I am not new to brazilian waxes and I have never gotten bumps from one. The whole reason I started waxing instead of shaving is because I was tired of ingrowns! By the time the ingrown hairs healed, the hair was growing back so that was a disappointment. read more

Having just moved here from DC it was important that I locate my new waxer. One big difference between the north and the south is hard wax verses strips. I was super nervous about having my delicate parts waxed with hard wax as my last experience took over an hour and damn near killed me. I decided this chain gets pretty good reviews on yelp as well as other places so I will give them a try. I must say I am so glad I did. Not only was I able to get in and out on my lunch break but I learned that I can do my whole body for only $65! That price is unheard of where I come from. Seeing how I was not prepared for the whole body I just went in for what they specialize in and let me tell you they have the amazing reviews they have a for a reason. The lady was very professional and polite. She got in did what she needed to and and it was all over before I knew it. I have to admit the hard wax hurts a little less than the strips but let's be honest here that is a pretty sensitive area and it is going to hurt no matter what I always take 3-4 liquid Advil 20 mins prior to my apt and that seems to help a lot. I wanted to escape from the office without anyone noticing and it worked - I was in and out in 20 minutes. No appointment, as they'd told me on the phone that they accept walk-ins. The usual place that I usually do a walk in were fully book...I knew I should had waited but I was heading down to Florida to the warmer weather and was desparate. I Yelped search and found this place. I WILL NOT COME HERE AGAIN! The price for a first visit is $25 and future visits are $35, which is awesome but the pain that I went through and for not having all hair removed is definitely NOT worth it. It is a small room and it is very hot due to a crock pot keeping the wax melted, they scoop out the wax in little paper cups which is very sanitary thus the 1 star. Edna was super fast but that was probably the reason why she missed some spots...my other place would examine to make sure everything was clean. And as like the other reviewer and not to be vulguar either but I felt like my clit was ripped right off as well. It was extremely uncomfortable and just not appropriate. She was quick and very cold. She didn't even clean up, tweeze or powder my diamond when she was done with it. WTF.
