Rita was a pleasure to work with on my wedding dress. She is very straightforward on what she can and can't do for your dress and what she thinks would look good. I had come in with some requested changes but we only ended up doing a hem on the bottom with multiple layers. The only thing was that she was not able to bustle my dress because it was a little more complicated so I did end up having to take it to another seamstress to bustle. Even though it was a drive for me coming from the San Gabriel Valley, i'm so glad i went. it didnt make sense to order this type of garment on-line, or getting it from a "pharmacy." Here, she has you try on the garment, and if it needs a little tucking in, she does it right there while you wait. It's all done in her home. I was looking for a stage one compression garment for my wife. I ran across BellaDeena online. The webpage says the business is open on Saturday from 9a-9p. I made several attempts to contact them during the business hours to no avail. I drove to the address listed online to discover it is their house. I knocked on the door but no one was there. As I was preparing to leave, a man pulled up to the house and walked to the entrance. I called out to him and he came over to my car. He informed me that the sales person was not available today until after 6p. He was completely unable to provide any assistance so we decided to depart. My wife called and left a message asking for a call back. We never received a return call. We decided to order a garment online from another provider. So I drove from San Diego to get a garment before heading to dinner in the area. Her service was quick and speedy. I tried on a medium and it was tight. I thought this must be how it should. But later after wearing it, it was too tight where it was uncomfortable to walk, sit and sleep. Not sure if I wasted almost $200 for something that's wayy too tight. Walking away, I felt kind of uncomfortable not receiving a receipt. So I'm not quite sure how she will remember all her clients and abide by her statement that she will do a free alteration. So I called and asked about their return policy and she said 2 weeks for full refund. Mind you I bought this two days ago and yes I wore it leaving her house but it took it off after dinner because it hurt so bad. Now she's refusing to give me back my money because I left with it on. Her yelps dont lie... Ms. Rita is the best! I called yesterday and she made a couple reccomendations over the phone- but I thought since I only live 20 minutes away why not go pick up my order... Im so glad I did! Off the bat she made me feel super comfortable. She was a sweetheart... welcoming and very knowledgable. She had me try on a few different sizes and after determining that my breasts needed a larger size than my waist she altered it for me, right then and there!!! There is not a website or company around that will give you that treatment... and at no charge! She definitley knows her stuff and has very high quality products. And another bonus is the garments that she has dont have zippers... I HATE the zippers! They bunch up and leave imprints in your already swollen and bruised skin. They're very soft and she goes over care instructions. She even said I can come back when the swelling is down and she'll take in my garment again- so I dont have to buy another one.... I ordered a girdle 119.00 plus 12 for shipping total 132. When it came I couldn't get it past my hips and had to return ASAP since return policy was 10 from invoice date. I paid 41 to ship over night to Belladeena. I requested to exchange for a different item that cost 79.00 and I figured 12 to ship. Had to contact the owner about exchange. Got the replacement. Had to contact owner again about refund of the difference. She said I owe her 29.00. Maybe I don't understand simple math but since I exchanged for a cheaper item I should get a refund for the difference. ****Update***Rita the owner has reached out to me numerous times because she finally realised she made a mistake and has refunded the difference.
