I don't even know where to begin. I got the best customer service hands down. When I emailed for pricing I informed the owner that I wanted a cake to take as a celebration and appreciation to my doctors and nurses - it was going to be my last day of chemo at the cancer center. When I got her respond back I was taken aback and lost for words. She said it would an an honor to make this cake for you on us. I had given up ordering anything or celebrating since I didn't hear from anyone that was available. Her one simple but profound reply made all the difference for that day. We were supposed to pick up the cake but family emergency (beside my chemo - another hospital run it) we had less people available to grab the cake since we all went to the emergency. If I request a cake and show the owner (Stella) what I want, I get exactly that. She'll be honest and tell me if somethings should or need to be changed or if something may not turn out the way I expect because of the type of cake, fondant or flavors.
