This is perhaps THE WORST pizza experience I've ever had. This includes the cardboard pizzas you can get with Dominoes. Why? Because at least with Dominoes I know what I'm getting. I call at 5PM to order a pizza ahead so that its ready for pick up so I can make my football party. They take my order and say 20~25 minutes it will be ready for pick up. GREAT! I think. I get there at 5:25 on the dot. They take my money and he says "Its not quite ready it'll be just a few more minutes." As I'm sitting there watching the going ons I see that at least there are 4 people who are also waiting for pizzas. I then observe that they are MAKING my pizza now. So as if the previous 30 minutes didn't happen nor the 5 minutes that they just used to take my money. 5:46...pizza is ready and its "have a nice evening". No apologies. No sorries. Just "Have a nice evening." THIS would have ALL be somewhat redeemable IF the pizza was any good. But it wasn't. I've had Bellagios from another location and it has always been good. This pizza dough was under done. THe cheese was not fully melted. As a result I will never buy from Bellagios again. read more

Don't go to this Bellagio's, it's not representative of this pizza chain. The one on Nimbus Ave. in Beaverton is so much better. The service is not great. They take way too much time to make the pizzas, which is just inexcusable because the special oven takes 5 minutes to cook a whole pizza! We've gone to this location multiple times and had this same experience, but when we go to Nimbus it doesn't happen. The last time I told my husband I don't care what side of town we're on, we're not going to this Cornell location ever again. They've also screwed up our orders multiple times. This happens so much that the guy has a rolodex in the front with all of the cards of the people he owes free pizzas to. I know this because he gave us a free replacement of one that they messed up. This happens even when they're not busy!! Unbelievable. And for some reason the pizzas just don't taste the same from this location. Maybe the ingredients aren't as fresh, I'm really not sure why they would be that different. read more

UGH! I've been there twice and will never be going back again. The first time our order was taken and the people working there had to ask us at least 3 more times what we wanted before they could serve us (lunch special, single slices.) Then it took almost 25 minutes to get our salad. The second time we kept it simple so we could get our food faster. We were served cold pizza. To make it worse the girl working there started LOUDLY complaining about a coworker. She didn't stop the entire time we were there, and we heard the whole thing. She even cursed and we had kids with us. It was really frustrating, and we will not be going back. I do need to say that other Bellagios are great and I do love their pizza, just not from this one! read more

If you are willing to pay a more for your pizza (more then pizza hut, domino...) then this is worth your $$. i love their crust-- flavorful and crunchy. The quality of their meats is noticeable; they have a great little deal when you buy two pies. they have a couple of other locations but this is the one i go to. yummy! read more

For a small pizza chain, it serves a good pizza. Located off cornell near bethany rd. I went here for lunch today because i heard it was the best pizza in this area. Going in with that thought in mind may have ruined it for me. Just maybe! When i walked in, i was greeted by some very customer friendly types that really made me feel like i wanted to order 10 pizzas. Well, i had to settle for one large which cost me 14.99 with a coupon. This maybe a lot for lunch, but i luckily had my trusty side kick along that agreed to slip it with me. So, i ordered the chicken pesto! It arrived in 10 minutes (not bad!). The crust was somwhat thin but not crisp. No bad after taste either. The toppings included artichokes (yum) and onions. They do give you a very adequate amount of toppings too. I was impressed with the pizza i got and will definitely go back. As far as it being the best pizza in this area (defined by 185th to murray), i'd have to say it is for me - so far! read more

I only discovered Bellagio's Pizza last year, when my company ordered for a work event. And since then, it's been a back-up to my trusty Pizzicato and Papa Johns. Bellagio's Pizza is spendier than Papa Johns, by far. However, the ingredients are great and you can just tell more care was taken in making and preparing the pizza. I recently ordered the basil chicken pizza and I was reminded just how much I like the pizzas here! I'm so happy they deliver ($2 charge) to my house. It's a tad far so the pizza isn't super hot when it arrives, but it's still delicious. read more

Picked up a BBQ Chicken Pizza tonight from the Beaverton Store at the Bethany/Cornell Triangle. This Pizza was outstanding, made with Mozzarella, Chicken Breast, Red Onion, Bacon on BBQ Base. Really great service by General Manager Dan Harris and another employee. If you haven't been to Bellagios, you should try them out. read more

For what it's worth, Bellagio's is pretty darn good for the price. Just finished eating a couple of pieces of their pizza and i'm struck by how non-greasy it is...plenty of cheese, but not too greasy. Most of my experience with these guys is through delivery, but the couple of times i've walked in they have been very nice. In fact, one time i was stuck out in the area for an hour due to a trimet schedule inaccuracy, i ordered a pizza and the guy working the counter was friendly, talkative, and even gave me a free soda with purchase of pizza, since i was stuck there for a while waiting for a ride. I'm not currently eating meat, but if you are of the carnivorous ilk then the Butcher's Block pizza is TO DIE FOR. In fact, thinking about it makes me miss meat. For those of a more vegetarian oriented persuasion the Mother Earth pizza is amazing, though i always substitute pesto sauce (i'm not a fan of creamy garlic sauce at all, but as far as creamy sauces go i guess theirs is pretty ok). The crust is really good...springy and flavorful. They charge a delivery fee of $2, but compared to all the other pizza places in the area that deliver they still have the best quality and size for the price. read more

We LOVE the pizza. However, when the delivery driver smokes a bowl in the delivery car after dropping off our pizza in our driveway, then drives away (illegal), I have serious concerns about who is making and handling the food. Also, DUI is not cool. Shame on you Bellagios. read more

Mixed review. Her pizza (chicken, mushroom, artichoke, and garlic) didn't have much flavor - just the artichoke and garlic. My pizza on the other hand was A+. I've come up with a combination that I highly recommend for vegetarians and VEGANS. Pesto sauce, bell pepper, onion, extra garlic, NO CHEESE and NO TOMATO SAUCE. The flavors explode in your mouth. I've had this combo at several different pizza places and Bellagios came in tied for second. The crust was golden brown - just enough crunch yet soft enough. read more

Walked in late on a Wednesday evening just as they were getting ready to close, but my boy Luke told me they'd still throw something in for me. I asked him what his favorite pie was, he told me he always builds his own...pineapple and salami with feta cheese over bbq sauce. I hadn't heard anything that crazy in a month of Sunday's, but he had a good vibe about him so I took him up on it...keep Portland weird, right? I took the pizza to go so Luke and the gang could close up shop. I arrived home to one of the most unlikely, yet tasty treats. Pizza is good, but I ordered and came after 30 min... and waiting more 25 min next time would ordering with delivery

The first problem was the plates. My daughter is very finicky about clean plates and these were not very clean. We ordered one gluten free and one other veggie pizza. While these were not horrible, it wasn't anything special either. The normal pizza was OK. My husband said "Not something I'll come back to". My gluten free pizza was very bland. There was no flavor at all. For the price we paid, I was expecting much better. read more

Portland has among the worst pizza in America. Moved here from Chicago many years ago. This place is pretty good. By Portland standards they are very good. We routinely buy from them since you could do a lot worse. Would love to see a Lou Malnati's open here or a Giordano's or a Pizzeria Uno. In the mean time, we have Bellagio's. Ordered online today. The pizza had a $3 off special, but NOT for online orders. WTF??? Pizza was on time, but they screwed up the order in that they wanted cash, although my credit card info was provided in the original order. I was informed that I would have to show my credit card when the delivery person arrived. I did so, but was told it was a cash order. I made no mistakes, that is totally on them - if I had made a credit card error, it should have SAID SO, instead of trying to get me to pay cash. The pizza was also cold. The tomatoes were only on 1/2 the pizza although I had clicked the whole pizza for tomatoes and extra garlic. Although they offered to 'make it right', I paid (credit card over delivery person's phone) tipped the driver, and told them I would never order from them again. I vote with my feet, and this cold pizza that was improperly made, and unexpected demand for cash simply tells me to find another supplier. Stress is not to be delivered with pizza. read more

I've repeatedly had poor service from this location. I call an hour ahead to order grinders for pickup, they advise 25 minutes, I tell them I'll be there in an hour. No problem they'll be ready. I arrive in an hour to find they've not even started making them. It took another half hour to get our food because the staff was too worried about each other instead of making food. On another occasion, I ordered pizza for delivery. I get a call when it was supposed to arrive telling me my card doesn't work, they read it back and it wasn't entered correctly. Meanwhile, my pizza was sitting out an getting cold. The same thing happened again last week, someone claiming to be the general manager called after the pizza was due and I had to repeat myself twice to tell him the card expiration date was wrong that they had entered. My pizza arrived cold. I understand I'm a few blocks outside the delivery area and I accept that, but this pizza sat out while they tried to figure out how to enter a credit card number and then got someone to call me about it. I've contacted them about the issues twice, no one cares. I never get a response on my issues to even apologize for the poor service. read more

Moved here from Seattle and was looking for a good pizza place, Bellagio's was suggested by a friend. Not a good choice....sauce tasted like extra salty tomato paste, hardly any chicken on it, the chicken was dry and tasteless, the crust was way overcooked. While we were ordering, a very large man was behind the counter screaming in to his cell phone at what sounded like an employee. We were told his name was "Joel" and that he owned "most of the Bellagio's locations." He seemed pretty unaware of his behavior....won't go back, especially if it puts money in Joel's pocket. I love Bellagios pizza.. The dough, toppings and sauces are all on point. Some of the best pizza I've had on the West side... they're generous with the toppings and something about the dough is amazing. Chewy and soft with a nice roasted exterior. Their Pesto bread is amazing! A word of warning, the large order is very large, could easily feed 10 people as an appetizer. Prices are higher than your average chain, but worth it. read more

Truly great pizza, and I'm not easy to please. I grew up in N.J., enjoying "New York style" pizza for more than 20 years. Bellagios pizza taste as close to New York style pizza as you're likely to find here in Hillsboro. Delivery can be a bit unpredictable though. One time I called at 6pm on a Friday and was told they had 3 hour wait! How crazy! Keep up the great pizza Bellagio. Maybe work on improving your delivery times a bit. read more

Gluten-Free Greatness! I tried Bellagio's (Beaverton location, delivery) gluten-free pizza for the first time on Mother's Day, based on another review I read on Yelp. It certainly lived up to the "best gluten-free pizza I've eaten" claim. It really is! Not that there might not be a better gluten-free pizza out there, but I haven't found it yet, and I've had some really BAD gluten-free pizza (like Mellow Mushroom's). I got the Very Veggie and Mother Earth and both were really, really good. I'm getting the veggie again tonight, too. It's a bit pricey for pizza, but if you're GF and really in the mood for pizza, Bellagio's is a great option. read more

Pretty good pizza delivered hot, fresh and relatively fast, we especially liked the butcher block, the Italian Chicken and the Mother Earth (veggie). The pies are a little pricey, compared to others in the area, and moreover, either they are borrowing liberally from Pizza Schmizza's corporate playbook, or vice-versa, but I swear the crusts at these two chains is virtually identical. We went in 45 minutes before close to get take out pizza. The one employee that acknowledged us stated they were closing in less than 15 minutes and they could try and rush our order in time. For take out and delivery this has to be my favorite pizza. We like to stick with cheese! Small is large enough for two! The cinnamon sticks are my favorite, doughy and sticky!!! I gave it one star for prompt delivery. They simply do not know how to make pizza dough. It is white bread. We ordered chicken Alfredo pizza and it was tasteless. Pizza dough is supposed to have a golden color and firmness but not chewy or hard. This is the first time ordering. Brookside pizza is very close by and blows this pizza-disaster away. I would ask for my dough back but would probably send me a loaf of white bread. read more
