Good morning everyone...I hope everyone had a Happy Thanks/Friends/Lovers/Whatever--Giving. On Wednesday night i decided that i would "stock up" on yummy pizza for the Holiday/weekend. Before i left work I logged into my Papa Murphy's account on my phone and made an order for pickup. When I got to the location, it was very brightly lit and there was good music playing, however, I was given some interesting information. Unfortunately the location had ran out of traditional crust dough...I mean I kinda get it, they were closed (Thankfully) on the holiday and pizza generally isn't picked up before hand. So I understood. The employees were very apologetic and stated that they attempted to call me to let me know...my Bluetooth doesn't work in my car so i didn't get the call. But it was ok...the mood was pretty chill at the location and the workers told me they would refund the full amount to my card. I actually just received the email a couple minutes ago and it had the amount and exact reason for the refund...I really appreciate such excellent customer service and I am bumping my rating up to because of this. By the way, I was hungry so I decided to purchase a Big New Yorker pizza for $9.99. It was delicious and it lasted two full days. That's what I call tasty value. Thank you...and thank the company for allowing its employees to be off on Thanksgiving. read more

Worth the extra 10 minute drive for quicker service, friendly staff, and good looking pizzas. .. After being turned away an hour before close at the *ALOHA Papa Murphy's* because "I have too many pizzas man, we can't make (a single pizza) it for you." We drove to THIS location. Very friendly, steadily making pizzas but had ours out in less than 10 minutes. They have the system down! Quick work and great customer service. read more

I'm going to start this review by getting straight to the point: Our pizza had a 1-1/2" long metal bolt in it. On top of the dough, but under the toppings there was an honest to God big metal screw. This is the kind of thing you hear people suing about on the news. We had ordered two family size pizzas and everything was going fine until my sister bit into a screw. Our shock and disgust quickly turned to anger. We drove the remaining pizza and the piece with the bolt in it straight back to the store and demanded a refund. "We've been expecting you," the kid says as we slide the pizza with the bolt in it across the counter. "We were cleaning the vegetable slicer and when we were done we were missing one of the bolts and couldn't find it anywhere." There is no excuse. There were three teenagers working there that night, little kids really. He refunded our money while my sister continued dry heaving in the parking lot. I can't recommend a place staffed by children so incompetent and irresponsible that they sell food with giant dirty pieces of metal in it. Go somewhere else. Unless you like the taste of sharp rusty pieces of dirty metal in your mouth, in which case Papa Murphy's is just for you. read more

For those who don't know, Papa Murphy's makes pizzas that you're supposed to take home to cook. That's why they have lower prices than other pizza restaurants. If you order a stuffed crust, your meat will be inside the pizza instead of on top. There won't be cheese inside the outer rim. Customer service at this location was excellent. The employees were full of energy, helpful, patient, and seemed to enjoy their job. They got my order right, I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for it after placing my order, and the food tasted great. read more

I have only had Papa Murphy's once because they don't have them in Southern California. I was visiting with my girlfriend in Tennessee and we swung by. I didn't even know this type of place existed. I'm not a huge pizza fan, so I'm pretty picky about them in general. I decided to stop off at this location since I was too lazy to cook that night. I was surprised that I was told that it would be a 12 minute wait. That's about how long it is as a place that has your food cooked! I know they make them to order and that's their deal...it would just be nice if they had a few of their signature pizzas ready to go (my issue, not theirs). We brought home the Chicken Bacon Artichoke and it did not disappoint! I would not recommend this for over 2 people though. The thin crust makes it light and without leftovers (I had 1 tiny piece left because I try to pretend I'm a dainty lil woman). read more

One of my worst experiences ever ordering from Papa Murphy's Pizza @ 6111 Murray Blvd. Being respectful of social distancing requirements I ordered my pizza online and was the order was confirmed that it would be ready by 3:21 pm. Got there a little early & waited in my car until 3:21 pm to enter the store. When I entered the store at 3:22 pm my order was not ready. The young man in the store acknowledged they were running behind schedule. I stood & waited while another order was completed. I stepped out of the store so that order could be placed on the rack and stepped in once the young lady was behind the counter. I then asked would it be much longer. The manager responded and told me it would be a few more minutes but by their store clock they were on time. I responded your clock is incorrect. From there all communication went south. This individual has understanding of customer service and I get the distinct impression that she's racist. I don't believe if I was one of the white privileged who resides here in Oregon she would have responded to me in the manner she did. She literally told me "to get out of her store" after I asked her what was wrong with her and does she understand what customer service is. I was so upset at with her condescending, derogatory and what I believe is racial bias I asked why is she being such a bitch. I've worked at & stayed at some of the most exclusive 5 star hotels in the world & I never encountered such discriminatory behavior in my life. I would not recommend that anyone of any race or color support this establishment. No no no. I wanted 3 take out salads. I ordered 3 cob salads and the guy handed me 3 pre-made salads. One was made the day before and the other 2 were made in the morning. I asked for 3 fresh made salads. Like a pizza. He went and got the manager. The manager said " no we don't make fresh salads to go". They were all soggy and one was half empty. I asked him why and he told me " we don't do business like that." Really!!!! You can make fresh pizzas but not salads. All the same fixings were in the case. So I got my money back and left. Coming from the East Coast where we don't have Take and Bake I was perplexed as to why this was so popular. Why spend $10 on a pizza you cook when places delivery for about that much? Health and flavor would be the reasons. Papa Murphy's makes a good pizza. The toppings are always fresh and flavorful, they have seasonal specials, and the pizza is not dripping in grease. At this location specifically they are courteous and enthusiastic. They accept all coupons, even old ones, and you can even call ahead and order so you don't have to wait for your pizza to be made. Even with a line to the door, I've never waited more than 5 minutes. I don't even use Papa Johns or Pizza Hut with this place so close read more

If I could give this Papa Murphy's less than one star I would. On multiple occasion I've experienced less than quality customer service and sub par pizza. I don't know if this woman was the manager, or just the PIC but the woman with bright orange hair was completely unprofessional and apparently unfit for her leadership position as exhibited by some of her team. This is a good fallback, a standard. A mediocre pizza at a fair price that won't delight your taste buds but won't disappoint them at the same time. You simply cannot find a better or bigger pizza for fourteen dollars anywhere. The "family sized" stuffed pizzas are really things to go for. They are full of flavor. It is not worth paying ten dollars more at any of the Pizza Hut's, or their many look alikes, for a pizza that is smaller and with a staggeringly bad quality just to avoid baking it yourself. Their service is minimal but reliable. They usually have the pizzas ready to go when you have asked them to be ready and if not, many of the employees are willing to have a friendly chat with you. If ever I throw a casual party such as a birthday or superbowl, this is the pizza place. If ever I decide I want to do a "movie and pizza night" this is the pizza place. And if you haven't tried this massive chain, you ought to. You could save yourself some money and questions about your taste. read more

As always, the pizza is delicious. Called in my order early and was there on time to pick it up. The young girl at the register was preoccupied with something else on the register and not waiting on customers who were there to pick up their orders. I waited at least 5 mins before she acknowledged me. I didn't feel like a customer, more like an annoyance. read more

I was having a little shindig at my house, we wanted pizzas. Fine, I called in an order just before 5 and i was told my order would be ready in 45 minutes. Cool, I had to pick up my friend anyway. We get there a full hour after I called the order in. I pay and the guy says it'll be a couple minutes. I'm cool with that because it's two days before Christmas and they seem busy. So, I wait... And I wait... And the crew isn't making my pizza, but I wait still. Finally, after 30 minutes of waiting, being ignored by the crew, no one asking if I needed help, I asked a worker on the line, not even the kid working the counter, who I am pretty sure was named Justin, but a random girl assembling pizzas. She looked at the rack, which hadn't had anything added in 25 minutes and there was my pizza. Seriously, did that first kid even look? Never coming back to this location. love this place because they make the pizza to order and you know exactly what to expect. it's just as good (if not better because it's not as greasy) as any delivery places around us. walked in at 7:00 to order my pizza (did a 1/2 and 1/2 two-topping pizza). minutes later the pizza was prepared and in my hands. they are in the middle of a renovation, but the area where they prep the pizza was still very clean and organized. got home, popped it in the oven, and 15 minutes later had a super yummy dinner. the pizza wasn't heavy or greasy at all. of course my husband liked the half I ordered better than his own! we'll definitely be back! read more

Good pizza for the price but I only gave it 3 stars because they always get something wrong on my order...every time....without fail. But it's decent pizza for the money. read more

Consistancy is the key to this store! 3 times I ordered from there online, and 3 times consistantly got wrong pizzas and terrible service. Once I am in the store I go to the onlne area in the store and am ignored while they help other customers. One time I waited over half an hour after waiting in line just for them to make my pizzas from ordering online and they give you a desinated time to be there! I would rather go back to eating godfathers greesy a** pizzas rather than ever ordering from papa murphys ever again! I will never come back again! read more

My friend and I called last night to order one pizza, the gentleman on the phone stated it would be 20-25 minutes until it would be ready. With that being said we took our time getting there (because when we've ordered in the past it's never ready when they say it'll be) when we arrived almost 40 minutes after calling, we went to pay and the guy at the counter looked at the "done pizzas" and ours wasn't one of them. He walked to the back to check on the progress of the pizza I assume, only to come back to tell us they are JUST now starting to make it. My friend asked why we were told 20-25 minutes and we even gave them a little extra time and it still hasn't been started, what's the point in calling ahead? Another employee snapped a little at us and said to take a free cookie container, (because that'll make up for it) then some other guy chimes in from the back rudely saying "we got all these orders at once, it's busy". So we waited another ten or so minutes and it was ready. After all of this hassle the pizza ended up tasting awful and I'm not 100% sure it was what we even ordered. We understand it's busy and customers walk in without pre ordering but at the same time, if we called before others/walk ins, then we should have priority over ours being done before theirs or give a better time frame so we don't waste time there waiting. Long story short, we will NOT be returning because this isn't the first time this drama has happened at this location. read more
