I wish I could be putting a 5 right now, because in some ways this is one of my favorite restaurants. However, they are falsely advertising being a health food restaurant. Thanks to the fact that they started putting their ketchup bottles out instead of putting it in little containers, we now know that the ketchup they've been serving all along (I did confirm this is what they have been serving all along) contains high fructose corn syrup. I came across this restaurant on yelp when I was looking for a healthy restaurant that offers more than just salads. And I was happy to find Bellagreen! I came here to meet a friend for dinner. Their salmon pasta was delicious! The salmon was cooked medium (cooked perfectly on the outside but still pink on the inside). It was seasoned well and with the pasta it was the perfect dinner, as it didn't make me feel too full or heavy. We had a great time enjoying dinner even though it is a casual place where everything is self-service (from ordering at the front, utensils, and drinks). But the interior is decorated classy and inviting. A great place to catch up with a friend or come to enjoy a family dinner. A great dinner option. Food order did not match menu description: We ordered the Brick Chicken. The 1/2 boneless chicken is marinated overnight in herbs, garlic, and olive oil. Interesting way to market a half chicken as boneless I might add. Most places that say "half chicken", are bone-in. Nonetheless, the pieces of chicken delivered were 2 very small OVER COOKED breasts, one small thigh, and a small piece of some other dark meat. Not sure what happened to the wing, but based on the size of the other pieces, it may have been difficult to see the wing on the plate. Granted bone-in chicken will visually appear larger, but this chicken was tiny. Even the pieces at Popeye's (notorious for serving the smallest pieces in the industry), were larger when comparing on a meat only basis equivalent to Bellagreen's boneless. When the menu indicates 1/2 chicken, I expect to see meat from a breast, leg, thigh and wing. This was not to be. Quality: As I said, the breast was overcooked. The dark meat was ok. I had a conversation with the manager. He brought a fresh serving of additional chicken. The breast was acceptable in this batch and not overbooked and had decent flavor. The dark meat was quite good. The vegetables were excellent as I prefer them roasted and still crunchy for the most part. The pumpkin side dish was very good as well. The pumpkin cheesecake was just ok for my tastes. Others may love it. For $19.99, the volume of chicken in the order we received was insufficient to justify the cost at a restaurant without table service. This is the only dish I have had from Bellagreen. My first Bellagreen experience was 5 stars. Back story is important for representation.I decided to venture out at peak brunch time for my first visit and first experience eating at a restaurant I was unfamiliar with since taking on a transition from long term veganism to a loosely paleo/pescatarian diet due to health. Specifically I wanted salmon cooked for me, I've never had it before out of my own home and am not the hugest fan. I had heard Bellagreen was great for healthy options. Going to a restaurant is super intimidating and frustrating, as I am reminded just how many yummy things I can't have and have to ask a lot of questions! The store was clean, tidy, well appointed, well stocked and full with patrons when I arrived. Sophia greeted me with the happiest and most willing to help energy, I have a LOT of dietary restrictions and she helped me personalize a (seasonal) Salmon dish taking great concern to know my restrictions and help me avoid them. She also made suggestions on how to get the Salmon prepared since I am unfamiliar with how it should be cooked. She knew the menu, understood the ingredients and was happy to help me have a great meal I can eat without the things I can't. I got the Hawaiian Salmon and made it a salad by adding mixed greens and avocado instead of having the Pineapple Rice and corn it is normally served with. Side of sweet photos fries because they are a brightly colored part of my diet, the more color in my food the better! When the POS system gave her some trouble, she got Peter (who I believe is a manager) who encouraged her, supported me and helped us tie up the sale quickly and with a very happy energy, My dish was delivered as requested and quickly even though they are packed! Peter even stopped by the table to check on me and help me download their rewards app, because I will certainly be back. Their staff is present and welcoming, full of smiles and willingness, not a bad attitude in the bunch. At least 4 different people helped me today from Sofia, to Peter, two different servers checking on my as the ran my food or removed empties from my table. I especially want to call out that this is a scratch cooked cafe, so adjustments and accommodations are welcome and I could really fine tune a meal without feeling like a jerk for asking! If you have restrictions on your diet I feel like you will find the attitude of accommodation and welcomeness here that is harder to find outside your own kitchen! The food is amazing. So many flavors and fresh options. Empanadas are sooo very good, we get them every time we go. They have a cool self serve soda bar. Bellagreen lives up to its name so well by having a beautiful mix of greens in bowls, on pizzas, in wraps, and everywhere in between. After checking them out at the Morning After Brunch I decided to check them out fully this week and I was super impressed. I ended up meeting one of the managers, Peter, that was at the brunch and not only did he remember me he genuinely thanked me for being there. I could not decide between a salad and an entree, so I decided to get both. The woman behind the counter suggested their spicy grilled fish tacos. With the tacos I got their quinoa salad. The quinoa salad was cold, but had tons of flavor as the quinoa was decorated with raisins, pecans, and red pepper. I scarfed down the quinoa so quick as I could not get enough! And the tacos omg, soooo delicious and tasted good even room temperature. The two sauces and the lemon that came on the side made everything just pop and made me want to eat more than just one. The cauliflower wings are one of our favorites go-to items when we visit. We most recently tried their brunch & we're NOT disappointed! The food was generous in portion but slightly bland...which I totally expected because it is healthy after all! Bellagreen is typically always on their game when it comes to food & service but finally had a letdown. I placed a pickup order via the app which was decent enough. They let you select the curbside pickup option on the app but when you arrive to the curbside spot you've got to call into the store. Once someone finally answered they said my food was still being finished but once it was they'd bring out to my car. I waited & waited, finally had to go inside about 20 min later. My food was just sitting there, and most of the staff were just standing and talking to one another. I got my typical order - Salmon salad & chicken tenders with sweet potato fries. I couldn't even finish, albeit that was mainly due to the salad dressing not being on the side -- it got too overpowering. Dressing should always be on the side, please! Also, maybe a bowl next time? We spoke to two different waitresses about it, and finally had to go to the counter. Needless to say, it came after we were done with our meal. How can you make chicken and waffles so bland? You order at the counter, and they bring the food out to you. I ordered the hand-pulled chicken tacos which are roasted all-natural zaatar-crusted chicken topped with sautéed red onions, yellow & red peppers, avocado, queso fresco, cilantro & spicy peach chipotle sauce on warm corn tortillas. The dish is big enough to where you don't need any sides. I like my dishes are the spicier side, but this dish was flavored really well. You can tell the ingredients are really fresh. A friend of mine ordered the veggie burger with a side of quinoa salad. The quinoa salad was a small portion, but she said it was really good. She even said the veggie burger was amazing. We had such a great experience here. Right away the vibes were so nice, lighting was soft and the vibe was casual. We had a big group and had no problem finding a table to seat us all. I ordered the fried fish tacos and the cauliflower wings. We had a hilarious experience when I sent my husband to the counter to ask if they had tartar sauce for the tacos (the sauce that came with them was good but I'm from Seattle and pregnant so the craving for fish with tartar sauce was strong ) and the girl working the counter didn't know what tartar was she asked the chef who again questioned "tar-tar?!" lol it gave us a good laugh. Anyway, the cauliflower wings were saucy and delicious and paired well with the mango ranch (although I wouldn't recommend the mango ranch for fries). Couple of suggestions Please make a salad dressing with olive oil and lemon only and please add steamed vegetables to your menu Honestly now I'm afraid to eat the cauliflower and broccoli because it's charred and I can't tell if it's moldy I've met around 16 to 20 people each day of the last month I have been here (and I'll be here another 30 to 60 days) for food and allergy testing and exposure to toxic mold who all know about Bellagreen and say pretty much the same things, they all wish you had a steamed option for vegetables, chicken and fish with the option of no seasonings and either olive oil only for dressing or olive oil with lemon only, they also asked for a wider selection of vegetables and meats including Buffalo, duck and duck eggs, since most people become allergic or develop food intolerances to common foods that they eat too often and the same meats and vegetables that every restaurant serves like broccoli, carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, beef, pork, chicken, salmon, (chicken and chicken eggs - people with a true wheat allergy sometimes have problems with chicken and chicken eggs because chickens are fed wheat). Almost all of the people I've talked with (while allergy testing all we talk about is food, where we could eat, who can eat what, what we wish we could eat and what we wish there were options to remove on menus like marinade or no marinade, yucca fries, cauliflower mash, taro chips etc.., Most of them have eaten at Bellagreen or have browsed the menu when looking for allergy friendly restaurants My advice is to add steamed options and deviate from the path of the exact same vegetables and meats every single restaurant offers Not only is variety the spice of life it's also literally life for people on a food rotation diet Y'all might want to fill this gap before I do j/k lol but not really (secretly putting together a business plan) Thanks again and the brick chicken was awesome today read more

I did go up there to ask if I could get pita bread without the seasonings and the lady seemed too interested in her phone then helping.
