Whimsical theming makes this a good spot for the 'gram. They also have a good flare for the dramatic with their dishes (see the BT Mocha pic). A bit of a Sunday brunch rush, but the wait was only 20 minutes. The service was friendly, but distracted. We had to remind twice to get a high chair and ask as many times for silverware and napkins. The chia seed bowl was tasty but lacking what First Watch offers. Maybe add some vanilla to the chia to sweeten without adding sugar or some compote on the bottom of the bowl as a nice surprise. But at $9.99, it's a good option. The BT Mocha was over the top in the best ways but also the stack coma inducing sweetness left little room for the actual coffee stuff. Biggest drawback with such a popular and tasty spot is the single stall bathrooms. With mimosas and a full bar, and coffee to push things along, there of course is a multi-person line. Being a new and independent venue, they can't do much to expand the options. But maybe consider automating the bathrooms to speed things along: self-flushing toilet, automatic soap, sink and towel dispensers. We loved our experience on a busy Sunday brunch!! Three hungry patrons loved every bite. Two companions voted 4 stars, and I voted 5 stars so that would be just over 4 stars for this visit. We had no wait at 10:15am so lucky! And it was hopping. And then a line formed behind us so you know ppl live this place. So many delicious food and beverage options and we tried it all. My chilequilas were to die for!! The pancakes are the best ever and so thicke. The service is good, the ambiance is so fun and unique. I searched for the perfect mother daughter brunch location. Brunch Time popped up. So we headed there and I drove around the building and parked around the back. There was access in the back of the restaurant from the back parking lot. From the time we walked in, we were in a whimsical Alice in Wonderland rabbit hole so adorable with the clocks ticking in the books on the shelf. Picture perfect.! It definitely is brunch time. Oh did I mention how tentative the staff was? We didn't have to wait longer than 60 seconds before we were seated. Ok and what we came here for... the food! Goodness gracious... it was so delicious. Came for brunch recently and only have great things to say about this spot! Had a 20 min wait but it flew by. The staff were all super nice and our waiter took our orders and brought everything out quickly. The ambiance was super busy, lively, whimsical and a fun spot to check out! As for food, I got the brunch time traditional with hashbrowns (which are huge!) which was a classic and tasted great. Also I got the morning enchiladas which was perfection. It came with a side of beans and chorizo gravy. I've never had this combination before but it all was perfect together. The freshly squeezed orange juice was also one of the best juices I've had at a restaurant. I also ordered the banana strawberry Nutella pancakes- so good! You know why I have to give this place 5 stars? Because I usually hate paying for breakfast/brunch anywhere (I always do it homemade) but my mom and I came here twice a month for the last year (year and a half?) and everything I've had is so good I don't mind! Y'all know Dallas folks love a good brunch spot and Brunch Time is now one of my faves! For starters, it has the cutest Alice in Wonderland theme with paintings of the white rabbit and pocket watches all around. Be sure to snag some photos at the obligatory grass wall/neon sign area in the back of the restaurant. The food is generous and tasty. Thick slices of bacon, fluffy omelettes, and yummy benedicts. A brunch place who has a storybook presence - count me in! The storybook theme for Brunch time is Alice in Wonderland, and they capture it perfectly. There's a wall of old books neatly displayed close to the kitchen, a wall of unusual (in both looks and size) of clocks - and none of them have the right time. And pictures though out the restaurant of Alice and characters hanging on the walls. They're not of the Disney Alice, but ones that you appreciate and relate to older times. Older stories. You feel what they were going for with their decor and it's whimsical. I appreciate all the effort they out into their storybook decor. Truly I do! The food is really good. And there's always a line to eat here. That's a good sign. We were lucky today, the couple we were meeting there came early so when we arrived in time, we sat right down. I have had many breakfast items with them, and have enjoyed each one. Today it was breakfast tacos and hash browns. I have to say the hash browns were the winner this morning. I like my hash browns crispy and they were. The tacos were good, but not anything super special. We went at 10am on a Sunday. No wait. We ordered chilaquiles, migas, berry French toast, and chicken and waffles. Chilaquiles - 5 stars! Lots of great flavor, chips are thick and not soggy. While the ambiance of this restaurant is undeniably beautiful, I was highly disappointed by the food quality. I'm genuinely surprised by the positive reviews, as our experience did not reflect them. The steak we ordered was excessively fatty, and the brisket skillet was so tough that it was nearly impossible to chew, the over-easy eggs were completely overcooked and dry. Additionally, the biscuits were stale and burnt. Based on this experience, I would not return and cannot recommend this restaurant. Stopped by for brunch/lunch on our way into town from the airport. We were seated fairly quickly and started perusing the large menu. Lots of good breakfast and lunch options. I had the Bacado omelette, without tomatoes, of course, because tomatoes are gross. When my omelette came out, it was clear the tomatoes had been left in, so the waiter took it back to be remade. It was several minutes before the replacement arrived, so I started on the biscuits, which were pretty good. The omelette was fluffy and had decent flavor. Biscuits were good as well. Others in our group got the Tuscan panini, the strawberry banana waffle, and the salmon bagel. Everything was impressive looking and tasted great as well. Service was good for the most part.
