Came as a solo diner on a Saturday night. At Bellagreen, you wait in line to order at a cashier and then take a number to a table and they deliver it to you. I'd say my total time waiting to order was 5 minutes and my total time waiting for food was 10, even with how crowded it was. I ordered the White Chicken Parmesan. I've never had gluten free pasta before this and there was no strange taste or texture. The sauce was bright and very lemony. I will say the pasta was in oddly short pieces so don't expect to twirl your noodles on your fork! The chicken was well cooked and seasoned with a nice crust. The raw tomato addition didn't do too much for me but I didn't mind it overall. The soda fountain is an adorable tap that boasted drinks like cola, sparkling lemonade, cream soda, root beer and more. I'm not usually a fan of off brand cola but this one was great, if not a little watery for my taste. My pasta dish overall was $15.50, which was a great price for the amount I received. The plate was large and easily more than one portion. This is definitely one of the best "health food" places I've been to. Will definitely be back! read more

I love bellagreen! I've been visiting nearly weekly for almost 8 months now. They are one of my neighborhood staples. I love the service and environment here. It's truly one of my places of peace where I can feel grounded. I would always order the fish tacos but months back switched to the kale Caesar. It's my fav!!! I love the tacos but this kale Caesar has me in a choke hold. My bff always reminds me that many moons ago, kale was the stuff they'd decorate salad bars with. I can't ever unhear this comment and it's extremely difficult to find a kale Caesar I don't love but bellagreens is superb!!!! I've started adding a side of sweet potato fries which are also very tasty! This meal is plenty enough to share between two people but I often eat as much as I can of the two since a majority of the time I'm here solo. I've tried other menu items and can say they are quite solid across the board. I got the falafel wrap and reminded myself why it's a bad idea to order falafel at a non-Mediterranean restaurant. The falafel were basically dense flat patties that weren't seasoned well, so I only ate about half the wrap. The cauliflower wings were pretty good. They were seasoned well and had a really crispy light coating. The pizza was the same cheese pizza you can get basically anywhere that does wood-fire pizzas. Something is different here. This is one of the few restaurants in far north Dallas that I can eat at safely (celiac). For years the food here has been tasty, well presented and freshly prepared. The last 2 visits my chicken sandwich was dried out, tough and the sweet potato fries were not hot. After the second visit in a month having the same disappointing results, I sent an email to the location hoping they would respond. Nothing. Nada. And now my spouse is asking if I want to go there for supper and I'm saying, 'no'. I just don't want to take another chance. He likes the burgers but I really prefer chicken and nothing else they offer. Since I have not been provided with any reassurance that these last 2 visits were just flukes, I guess I'll have to visit another restaurant for my GF meal. This was my first time eating here. It started as we walked in; the entrance can be a bit confusing. At first it looks like you can grab a menu and sit down, but orders must be placed at the front cashier (which is fine once you know). With several staff members standing in the back, it would help to have someone welcoming guests and guiding them through the process. While ordering, I noticed an employee directly behind the cashier on a FaceTime call the entire time. At the same time, she was working at the window/pass handling food with bare hands; no gloves, no visible handwashing and even wiping her hands on her jeans. This was very concerning from a food-safety standpoint and unprofessional, especially since it was happening in clear view of the manager. I spoke with the manager and shared my concerns. The employee was asked to put on gloves, which I appreciated, but there was still no handwashing beforehand, which was disappointing given the importance of preventing cross-contamination. As Gordon Ramsay would say, where is the passion? Attention to detail and food safety matter just as much as the food itself. Positives: The food was okay, environment was pleasant, the music volume was just right. Friendly Suggestions: - Stronger leadership presence on the floor. - Reinforce proper food-handling and hygiene standards. - No phone use while working on the line, especially at the pass. - Mandatory handwashing before gloving. I hope these issues are addressed, as this place has the potential to be much better with consistent standards and stronger oversight. read more

Affordable and tasty place to have brunch!! Came on a weekend around 12:30pm. There was quite a line to order food, but it went by fairly fast (about 10 minutes). Most of the indoor tables were taken while we were in line, but we were able to snag one thankfully! There was plenty of outdoor seating, but everyone was sitting inside. The breakfast plate was everything I could have asked for, and it was very affordable!! Came with 2 eggs, potatoes, turkey links, and 2 pancakes!! SUPER filling for $12! The turkey links had a lot of flavor, and the potatoes were the perfect amount of crisp! The 2 pancakes were chewy and yummy too. They also had comfort food specials, lime a pumpkin beef chili. Will have to try those another time. The noise level was average, and it is very family and large group friendly! Parking is plenty right outside, and I even saw a dog inside for anyone who likes to have brunch with their pup! There were 2 single bathrooms, so you may have to wait to use the bathroom if it's a busy time. There were very clean though! This place hits the spot every single time. We've been here twice already since moving to DFW and we're very glad this Bellagreen is close by. Today, we got the wagyu meatballs pappardelle pasta and the brick chicken. The quality of the ingredients is top notch and the greens are super fresh. The wagyu meatballs were cooked to complete and utter perfection and the chicken was incredibly juicy and satisfying. Protip: ask for a fountain drink cup and enjoy their delicious iced teas. We indulged on the fresh mango ice tea and the peach ice tea. Both were really good. This is a fast casual restaurant but there is still good service when bringing out your food and taking away finished plates. I want to personally shout out and commend Peter, Bellagreen's operating partner, for his excellent service to customers, bright smile and friendly demeanor.
