Unfortunately, there are many people in the world that are not willing to help you out or ask someone else for guidance, if they don't know how to assist. I had a digital coupon for the pill and I wanted to use it but this young man, did not even try to read the instructions on the coupon itself. He quickly wanted to dismiss my request without even reading it all the way. He didn't want to read it period. Lazy and not helpful at all. I was not asking you to put in any numbers, simply read the instructions on the coupon and follow the prompts, but since you saw a line forming, you decided to dismiss it by saying "it doesn't work" I was annoyed and i wanted to get out of there rather than deal with a lazy worker.

There is no system, no urgency, and no communication. People are just standing there, confused and frustrated, waiting for what feels like forever. This is not a one-time issue--it's every single time. This pharmacy is clearly understaffed, but more importantly, it is poorly managed. There is no triage system, no separate line for quick pickups, and no effort to move things efficiently. It's just chaos. And this is a pharmacy--people here are often sick, in pain, or just trying to get essential medication. What makes it even worse is that some of us don't even have other options. I would prefer to have my medication delivered, but my insurance does not allow it--so I'm forced to come here and deal with this situation. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly a health concern to have people packed into a slow-moving line like this. Management needs to take responsibility and fix this immediately. She finally came and then said oh go ahead and put your date of birth in, and she walks away. No one else is around. No apology, did not check my ID, no other acknowledgments.. I stopped coming to the pharmacy a long time ago, but the store is slow and unfriendly many times. There was a younger gentleman who used to work here. He was great. The lack of good workers here also is reflected with literally everything being locked up in the facial care section. No problem processing my insurance. Surprisingly, there's also a yelp check in offer! Not only did I leave with my prescription filled fairly quickly, but also with a tote, pen, and calendar.
