Diane saved me! I've tried other salons in the San Carlos area and have had poor experiences with either the staff or the overall quality of my nails, which made me almost lose all hope! I came to diane with extremely poorly done toes (my previous nail girl put a thick uneven layer of acrylic to "fix" my cracked toenails, which she stuck and cured onto my skin on my toes?!?!) and she worked so hard to help recover and fix my nails, she literally made a miracle happen!She was very willing to spend the extra time on my nails, and time went by quickly since we spent the evening chatting. :) She is very kind and genuine, her work is precise and clean, and she really cares about her craft and wants to make sure you leave happy. :) I'm looking forward to becoming a regular here! I wish I took before pics, the difference is huge! (Will update with better pictures soon)

Diane is the ONLY person I will trust with my nails from now on. I bite my nails so short that getting a full set usually leaves me with tips that at literally pointing up at 45 degrees (if you know you know). I called Bellamy Nails in the hope that he would be able to get a gorgeous full set to give my nails a break from my biting habit. And BYE Diane is incredible. She told me she had a trick for short nails to have the full set look natural and she was not kidding. She did her big one, and I am a loyal customer now. Thank you thank you thank you Diane!!

Diane is amazing! She took her time and did an amazing job with my dip manicure! My nails look very natural which is exactly what I wanted. Other places rush and end up using the dremel to file away too much of the nail bed. Diane was careful and there was no burning of the drill or the I've curing process. I'm so glad I found Diane and Bellamy nails!

I just had my nails done by Diane and I'm honestly so in love with them. Her French tip technique is absolutely beautiful--super clean, subtle, and elegant. It's the kind of look that makes you feel put together without trying too hard. I think this might be my favorite set yet. Diane really takes her time and it shows in the details. Highly recommend her if you want something timeless and perfectly done.

Service is amazing Diane was super attentive and gave me the perfect set it looks just like my reference photo also the interior is gorgeous it feels very relaxing and professional I would recommend for sure. The vibe and quality of work was better than any nail salon I've been too.

I had the best experience at Bellamy with Diane! I was worried coming at the end of the day to a new salon but Diane took her time, listened to what I wanted, and gave me exactly what I wanted but even more beautiful. She is meticulous and clearly so invested in her craft. I wanted natural so we did clear pink with length added and chrome on top for a little fun :). This picture is over a week out and still so beautiful. Diane is also so personable and her salon is clean, cute, and quiet. This little gem is my new favorite salon on the peninsula and I've tried A LOT of local salons. Definitely worth a visit!

Diane did such an amazing job!! My nails look super trendy and cute. She took her time to make sure everything looked perfect and always made sure to ask me if I was satisfied with the shape, the length, the design, the color etc without pressuring me. She is super super patient and friendly. I was extremely thankful when she said she could accommodate a next day appointment both my friend and I for gel extensions past their closing time! My friend's and I appointment took a total of 3 hrs and we didn't leave until 10pm. If anything, that just shows how much she cares for her clients. I love my new nails. I've been going to Diane for my dip manicures for a few months now and she is THE BEST -- she does an amazing job on my nails and also gives the best life advice lol! I left a review for this place a couple of years ago under its previous name - Nails & More - and I can repeat some of it: I've been Romi's happy customer for many years, after having tried many different nails salons in San Carlos. I am updating my previous review since Romi left this place and now works at Crystal Nails, 940 Ralston Ave., Belmont. I had my appointment with her there and can highly recommend her new place. It is very clean, spacious - and has plenty of parking in the back which is a big improvement! read more

You know that feeling you get when you show a nail tech a picture on Pinterest and they say they can replicate it then it comes out nothing like it? I've experienced that feeling too many times. So happy with my nails every time I come to see Diane. I come out with the perfect sheer pink that is natural. A lot of places I have been to make the dip manicure too thick. Diane does an incredible job with making my nails look natural and the the dip layer thin. I will continue coming to see her from SF! It's worth it. Diane is wonderful! I needed to come in later in the day (6pm, after work), and she took me last minute and pretty late! I've tried several places where folks say they can do ombré nails, but I've never been satisfied - until Diane! She did a beautiful job with my nails, and I think I'm pretty picky. She's the only person I'll go to for my acrylics now, especially ombré. Diane is the best! read more

I absolutely loved my design. She took her time to carefully craft my nails along with my friends nails. She worked overtime past 10 and made sure I was satisfied at all times. She's super patient and even helped me decide what nail design to do. I definitely will be coming back here!! With every step she asked if I liked the product. I'm visiting the Bay Area and got a gel manicure with colorful French tips, before leaving for vacation. Diane did an amazing job! Diane is amazing! I went to her after receiving a horrible dip manicure at a different salon. She had to change/fix the shape of my nails and it wasn't easy, but they turned out amazing. She's super sweet and has such a large variety of dip colors. She was meticulous and made sure I was happy before finishing up. I love my new nails! read more

Definitely an interesting and strange experience. I have been going to Diane for the past couple of months and then all of a sudden she refused to take me as a client, no explanation, no nothing- simply "you should go look somewhere else". I also see someone else on here had similar experience. Never experienced anything like that before with nails salons and honestly, I don't think she is doing a great job with the nails read more

Absolutely in love with Diane! She is incredibly talented at what she does and you can see and feel how much she cares to do an amazing job. My nails always look PERFECT after seeing Diane and she is so delicate and careful the whole process is very peaceful. In the past, some nail techs have rushed the process and created a lot of stress for me in the appointment. Diane has a calm and relaxing energy and makes me feel like she cares about me from the moment I walk in until I see her next! I highly recommend getting any nail services done by Diane, she will take very good care of you and you'll be incredibly happy with the results! Diane suggested I change from gel pedicures to regular nail polish pedicures. She said since I go every two weeks that it would be healthier for my toe nail. It is less money for her (gel pedicures are more expensive). But she prioritized the health of my nail over profits. I appreciate that and appreciate her. read more

Book an appointment with Diane! She is amazing! She takes her time, she's very sweet and pays attention to details when doing nails. This is my first time going to her and out of all the times I've got my nails done, I would have to say that this is the best set I've gotten so far. Everything is safe, she sanitize everything and throughout the whole process she wore mask and gloves. i can honestly say that diane is the best and i'll never go to another salon; i've tried a lot of places in redwood city/san carlos and am so grateful i found her. she is meticulous, gentle and thoughtful. my nails/toes look perfect every time because she takes her time and puts so much care into her work. my manicures last ~3 weeks which is incredible!! she's such a kind, genuine person - i look forward to my visits every time. read more

Diane is the BEST. She has been doing my nails for about a year now and I have followed her from Belmont to this new location in San Carlos. She really takes time to make sure my nails are perfect and they last SO LONG. I have done dip and gel with other technicians and they started to look bad after week 2. With Diane, I get dip powder and it still looks good for about 3-3.5 weeks later. And this new location is cute and clean. read more

I've been seeing Diane for several years now since COVID and she is the best of the best. I have referred her to my friends and family members and they are now loyal customers. She is always so kind and gentle, even if she's fixing an ingrown or broken toenail. She is consistent and does a perfect job every time. She's also very flexible with her schedule and will do her best to accommodate me. I always leave the salon feeling relaxed and happy with my nails!! I was a client of Diane's when she was in Belmont and followed her to her new shop in San Carlos. Although the new salon is farther from my house there is no way I wouldn't follow Diane regardless of how far she moves -- she is THAT GOOD! I've never had anyone who is as meticulous and mindful of making sure I am 100% satisfied with my nails each and every time I leave the salon. The shop is spotlessly clean and bright and the atmosphere is always cheery. Diane is also extremely accommodating when trying to schedule last minute appointments and will even contact me if something opens that she knows will work for me. A++ service! read more

Diane is simply amazing! I was going through yelp and managed to see Diane because of all the 5 star reviews, she is truly a gem. Clean and fast nail work! I asked for a french tip gel manicure and she delivered. She made sure all my nails were perfect. In fact, she noticed there were bubbles in the top coat for one of my nails and she filed it down and reapplied the top coat. I agree with the other reviews, she's a perfectionist! It was my first time here and I will definitely be coming back. If you're looking for amazing nails at a great price, come see Diane! read more

Nobody rushed me with "hello what do you want" or shoved a color wall in my face before I even sat down. I actually felt like a person, not just another number to get in and out. It wasn't until I was sitting there that I realized how used to bad treatment I'd gotten. Other salons trained me without me even noticing, packed into a tiny space, treated like I'm on a conveyor belt, rushed out before my nails even had time to properly dry. I had honestly forgotten my time and my experience mattered. Delane's brought that back for me. The professionalism was on another level too. No games with the price going up if you don't tip in cash, which is honestly tacky and rude and tells you exactly how little they think of their customers. Nobody crowding me in next to three other people either. It was calm, it was peaceful, it actually felt relaxing instead of stressful. And the cleanliness. Towels were fresh, equipment looked properly cleaned, none of that murky blue water sitting in a dirty container that's clearly been there for who knows how long. Even the bathroom was clean, and that alone tells you a lot about how a place is really run. Once you go to Delane's and get treated with that kind of value and respect, you won't want to go back to anywhere else. And honestly, you shouldn't have to. Ask for Brandi.

I spent $150 ($50 deposit, $100 day of service) for gel nails that haven't even lasted as long as regular polish. Not to mention, when I arrived there were no instructions on how to get into the building. No signage. No way to communicate with her. I almost left until she texted me 7 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. I'm pregnant and I was out waiting in the rain as I had taken a Lyft there. I want my money back! I work hard for what I have and this is definitely not worth $150.

I had a pedicure yesterday with Dianne, while she was a nice lady my right big toe now has an infection now (Paronychia). I suspect this place does not unfortunately santize their tools in between customers and Dianne was a little aggressive with cutting my side cuticles. I let her know i was in pain but it didn't stop her. I wouldn't recommmend this establishment as now i have pain and an infection due to their cleanliness and practices. read more

When I say Diane was Great Omg. My boyfriend feet are horrible multiple ingrowns, corns lol etc. But Diane was patient and got his feet together He wishes he can take her back to Chicago with us.
