If I could give this shop zero stars, I would…read more I took my truck in for a tune-up and paid $924.00. When I left the shop, my brake pedal went straight to the floor. I immediately turned around and brought it back. After looking at it, they told me I had a rusted brake line. I don't believe that was the case. They had been working in that same area, and I believe the brake line was damaged while they were servicing my truck. To make matters worse, the tune-up itself was not done correctly. My truck still doesn't run right. I took the truck back so they could make it right under their 2-year parts and labor warranty, but I got no help. I dropped it off at 7:00 a.m., left it there all day, and when I returned, they told me they couldn't get it in and said, "Try again tomorrow." That's not standing behind your work or honoring your warranty. I can't help but wonder what would have happened if I had told them I couldn't pay the $924.00 bill when I picked it up last Friday. I'm sure they wouldn't have accepted that excuse, yet they expected me to accept theirs. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. I expected quality work, accountability, and customer service. Instead, I left with a brake problem, a tune-up that wasn't done right, and a warranty that, in my experience, meant nothing. Please beware of this shop. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly recommend thinking twice before trusting them with your vehicle.
