Great for fixing leaky tires and broken valve stems. ZERO Cost all the time. Not so sure on tire prices however.

I went online last night to choose a pair of new tires for my ford escape 09. I picked the brand/size/and I thought $85/per tire was fair. I walked in their shop today with my appointment notice, TOOK TIME OUT of my work, and the front desk guy was like "UHHH Is there any reason you picked these tires?" ME: "They were posted online and they were affordable so I picked them" (duh). HIM: "Yea We don't have them in stock". Then he tried to hook me up with more expensive tires and I asked to price match them with the tires that I picked originally. The difference is $15 and they should have done it since they MADE A MISTAKE, listing stuff they don't actually have but to get my foot in their shop. But they refused. So Belle Tire, you will never have my business. read more

I am very happy with my experience at Belle Tire. I needed to have two tires repaired; one of which was already flat in my trunk, and the other a slow leak. My vehicle was on the spare. The establishment was clean as well as the waiting area. The service representatives were courteous and professional. My vehicle was immediately taken to the service bay and my name was called after only waiting 40-45 minutes despite several people who were already ahead of me. My time is valuable, so I appreciate a efficiently run operation; I was not disappointed. I went to the counter to pay and verify that my spare tire had been remounted in the trunk with the cap in place; the counter rep took the time to call the service rep over and asked him in my presence whether my spare had been remounted properly. Verified all was well with the spare. So, I'm standing there waiting to get a total for the tire repairs and the counter rep says, you're all set, NO CHARGE! What a blessing!! This is how you get lifelong customers who readily recommend your establishment to family and friends. I will definitely go back for the additional work I need on my vehicle. I have been using their services for the past five years. I went in today because of a "clunking" sound from the right front side. Brian ( mechanic) spend more that thirty minutes test driving and inspecting the suspension. He lubed some bushings and checked everything out. Problem solved. No charge! read more

Friendly, quick service everytime. I have three vehicles and one which needs tires swapped out twice a year so I frequent this location. The staff are really nice and although always busy, they never treat you like you're an inconvenience. Job is always done right and in decent time. read more

I've been going to these guys for several years now and never had a problem. It's always painful when they recommend rather expensive service, but they are fairly honest about it. I went in for an oil change and ended up with new shocks and front brakes. But then I was going on a trip the next day and I was aware of the potential for this work. They do take you into the shop and show you why it needs to be done - definitely not the car dealer's style. Sure it was 1000 bucks, but I considered that normal for the scope of work. If I can prevent just one customer to Belle Tire, my job is done. I dropped @800 dollars for a set of new tires and a battery. I dropped off my car because I can't afford to wait in their waiting room all day. Of course they took all day. Picked up my vehicle - everything checked out. A few days later my TPMS light came on. I went back in the middle of a Wednesday hoping for a quick fix to a problem they created. They told me to come back another day its a two hour wait. I was sent a survey - which I asked to be contacted. No contact after a couple of weeks. I'm hourly, so sitting in their waiting room for hours is not an option. Since I can't break away again for many weeks and need to stare at the dummy light - I know writing this would make me feel better. read more

I only came here for a tire rotation, but wow, was I impressed with the employees. While service was a bit slow, the employees were all very friendly and didn't try to sell me anything or convince me I needed more work done. Often at these kinds of places, the employees think they can take advantage of a young female. (Of course they never win with me - little do they know my dad was an automotive engineer!) But I would highly recommend this place to all the ladies out there and anyone looking for friendly, efficient service. read more

Twice in the last year I have had a nail or other object pierce one of my tires. I pull in and these guys have taken care of it, for free, and are always professional and fast. I will go back to them when I need new tires on one of my vehicles. read more

Belle tire was able to get dinner hard to find tires for me in a few hours and had them installed for me to get same day. I've been to this sure many times for repairs and tires.. Always great service. My only comment is they need to clean up rims after the installation. Usually greasy. It would look so much better and customers would definitely appreciate it. read more

I used to be happy with this place... Until today. Showed up like always do when they are about to open or just opened, I was told it will a matter of minutes to check my car... It was a matter of almost 90 minutes that took them to tell me they were busy and it will take longer... Should have left in that moment but decided to give them another chance... Wrong! 4 and a half hours later and the car is not ready yet, in fact is half disassembled on the hoist... But I was told it was a priority, ha! I understand when a business gets busy and you show up at that moment, but when you show up early, are told will be a matter of minutes and get left behind for no reason, that's not cool at all. I went to Belle Tire to have a damaged tire replaced, and ended up needed 4 new tires. Frank, the assistant manager, was very helpful and I was very happy with the service. I upgraded to Michelin tires, he ordered the tires, and a hour later I had my new tires. He even matched the price from a competitor down the street. I definitely recommend Belle Tire for fast service and a great value for your tires! read more

Not a fan of Belle Tire in general. They seemed to find any way possible not to fullfil their "lifetime" warranty by finding something else wrong with my car. They could never lose. I could never win. read more

Knowledgeable, courteous. I got a good price on all I had done: new tires, new shocks and struts, even swapped out the first set of tires when Belle asked if they were too stiff and I said yes. I didn't have to complain, the manager solicited whether I was happy with them. They also lubed a foam "piston bounce" impact pad on top of the struts for free when I told them about a Ford TSB for the procedure. I'm glad I chose one-stop shopping over the hassle of doing all this piecemeal elsewhere. read more

I literally just waited 5 hours for them to tell me that my car was alright. I arrived around 8am when they opened because I was hoping to get my car in early. I was just wanting to get a front end check done on the vehicle and to check the condition of my brakes. They quoted me about 2 hours to get my car into the service bay. That was alright because I had quite a bit of work to do. After 3 hours passed and I saw my car was still parked out front, I went to go ask them what was the holdup. Sam, who was very courteous and helpful, told me it had been very busy the night before due to the 4th coming up in a few days. I understood and went back to work on homework. After 4 hours had passed, I went back to see why my car was still out front. They said they should be getting it in soon. When they finally did get it back into the service bay, it didn't take too long. This guy finally came up to me and apologized for my wait and they proceeded to tell me that my car was looking good. If you want to sit in here for a long time, then come on in. However, I'm not willing to wait that long again. I'm going somewhere else in the future. read more

Horrible service! I dropped my car to get it checked for overnight! They did not do anything for 4 days! Said that left me voicemail which is BS! I do not recommend to anyone this location! Go to another belle tire. This one employees s*ck! read more
