They put my new tires on in a timely manner, however, didn't put one of my hubcaps back on. I called them and was told they would order one for me as they didn't see one in the ones, they had there. I called a few weeks later and was told it was there so drove there to have it installed. It wasn't there. I was then told an order would be put in right away and that I would be called when it arrived. I called today to check, and it wasn't found. Went to get new tires here. Had an appointment for 4:45 and did not get my car back until 6:35. After they were done I drove straight home. The next day I went to drive to Detroit very early in the morning. My brand new tire was already flat. The air valve was snapped and then covered with my hubcap on my front right tire. For my front left tire, my air valve was also covered by my hubcap. Worse car service I have ever gotten. Do not go here, the young workers do not care and just try to get out as soon as they can. I went to the Discount Tire in White Lake with a complaint that the tire pressure light was on. They said the car was old (it is - 2014), and rusty wheels were somehow the problem. The sent me home with the warning light still on. I then went to Auburn Hills store, and they found that the tires were good but the sensor had gone bad. Easy fix! read more

I won't buy another tire here as long as I live. Bought a new set in 2022. The tire developed a bulge in 2023 (manufacturing defect) so I took it back for replacement, as I paid for a warranty. They replaced it under warranty (but still charged me nearly $200). At NO TIME did they ask about or tell me I needed warranty on the replacement, I expected that would be carried through or I would be given the option to accept or decline but I was not. Less than a year later I ran over a piece of metal with the same tire, took it in for warranty and they refused and told me I "opted out". At no time was I even offered the option to "opt out". The gentleman was smug and rude and offered zero remedy. On top of this, every time you go in here, even with an appointment they are running 30-60 minutes behind and there is usually at least one shouting match in the lobby due to their awful service. Nothing against the fellas in the shop swapping tires, but the guys on the front end are inept. I am done for good and will be pushing other to do the same. read more

My name is John I went here to get my tires balanced and off the bat they were really nice a guy name Ian helped me out at first then another person named John after I had told them about my experience at Belle tire and how they took my car for a joyride and asked them to please be careful with my rims becauee I had just got the car. They said the best person would be on it after Ian had checked out my car he easily didn't see my wheel locks I forgot them myself so they had to come back out and inform me that I couldn't get the service done today and I would have to come back. I came back two days later and and they extracted the wheel locks I didn't think to look before I got home because they said they would be as careful as possible. I got out of my car and checked my rims and they had been scratched in every place where a lug nut had been taken out and paint chipped so I had called and asked if there was anything they could do about it and once I got there John and Joshua came out and greeted me very kind and respectful people and they asked what the problem was and I had showed them that every rims had scratched and chipped paint where lug nuts had been taken out and they went around the car looking at each wheel they told me that they did see chips and scratches and that they would be willing tomorrow give me and refund after accepting that my car was damaged I am glad I was able to be helped by two respectful people John and Joshua thank you again for helping me. And making me feel alittle bit better just though it would have been done without any harm of my wheels read more

Very impressed!! I took my vehicle somewhere else and they said my problem was a valve stem and they charged me $18. Unfortunately the problem continued and I couldn't trust the tire. I brought it to Discount Tire and as soon as he took off the tire he saw the nail patch it and told me there would be no charge. I spoke to " Chris " on the phone for a tire rotation and let me just say that he was the most pleasant person to talk to over the phone. He gave me the earliest appointment available which was super convenient for me and when I got to the shop he was still pleasant in person. Over all this shop has one of the best customer service and they will not rip you off. Everywhere else I feel like they always seem to rip me off but not here! Poor service and walk-ins BE WARE! They will throw 10 other cars ahead of you while you wait in the lobby for 2 hours until they even pull your car in. Most are appointments, but 3 were walk-ins as well, so there seems to be no method to their madness. I called ahead, no prior appointment though, but they said they'd get me in. Little did I know it would take over 2 hours for a 15 minute job, but above statement is the reason. I sat and watched 10 others show up way after me and leave before me, before my car was even touched. Another gentlemen there experienced the exact same service while I was the there. He was unhappy as well. Then when they got to my car, wow, they're a bit slow to change a tire, and they left the new tire at far too low psi compared to my other tires. I mean my gauge tells you all tires at 40 psi on the dash.?? So I ended up putting air in a brand new tire, lol. I've been a customer here 15 years. No more, I'll take my tires elsewhere from now on. We were told we would be given better quality tires for free since we weren't satisfied with the old ones they put on (suddenly became flat within a week). They told us they would order the better ones the next day and to come at opening time. When we came the next day they said it hasn't come in yet and that we need to come AGAIN the next day. So we did and they did replace the tires, but it turns out they just replaced it when the LOWER quality tires. I'm not sure if it's because my dad doesn't speak English well and they thought he wouldn't notice but we said we were promised the better quality ones and they said we'll call you when we get them. They hadn't called us for two weeks and so I called them again and they said they hadn't even ordered the tires. I asked why and they couldn't give me an answer. At the end we had to pay the difference between the two tires even when promised we would get it for no charge. Be careful, they will try to gaslight if you they think they can get away with it! What Belle tire couldn't seem to accomplish in 4 visits, discount managed in one single visit. They fixed The unbalance Belle couldn't figure out, at no extra cost. I bought winter tires from Discount and they they took care of both sets of rims and tires and agreed to swap them out seasonally at no extra cost. I won't be going elsewhere anytime soon. Excellent customer service at a fraction of the wait time that Belle tire sucks at. I don't even compare the two anymore. Discount will outdo Belle tire in every way including price. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the vendor who was responsible for delivering the set. Immediately upon this issue being discovered. Here's the lowdown: shopped winter tires hard on Tirerack.com, Walmart, Performance Tread, etc, so knew the street price of 225/45-17 high perf winter tires for euro coupes/sedans. Tirerack does an exceptional job of testing, rating and consumer reviews which helps a great deal with narrowing choices and prices. Determined Michelin X-Ice Xi3 shoes were a bit beyond my intended price range for dedicated winter tires on dedicated winter rims. But, Paul had the those in stock and met the price of alternative best in class winter tire I was intending to buy at a significantly lower price. Paul assured that the "touchless" nature of mounting machinery does not screw up expensive allow rims and finish. Roger that. Zero markings on rims from tire mounting process. Went in with my rims the following morning upon them opening and the young man I spoke with had the complete detail on the package Paul and I agreed to the previous eve. So, no screwing around or repeating myself, ZERO wasted time/effort. I retrieved my custom powder coated rims and the tech had presence of mind to help and very carefully place these on the floor like he saw me doing. Smart. 20 minutes later I was on the road with tires mounted/balanced. Tech bagged these for me so's to not soil up trunk. Again, smart. Last, just look at lobby, shop area and the way people there present themselves. Very clean and clearly a well run business.
