Not sure why I have never reviewed this location. It's the closest location to my fiance's house and I've had a lot of tire troubles lately, so this is the one I've been going to. I brought my car in today because one of my tires seemingly keeps losing air. They said it had a lot of corrosion and they cleaned it up for me. Cost: $0. They also have a spot in the back where you can add air to your car, anytime or day. Cost: $0. I have purchased tires through this chain before (the Troy location) and I recommend adding on their Freedom Plan, I believe it's called - It covers the tires up to a certain amount of time, I believe a few years. I didn't get it last time with mine and wish I had, my parents always get this when they buy new tires though. Overall I recommend this location. read more

I went in on a Saturday to see if I could get my tire repaired. I was told they had to replace the tire and they needed to order me one. They gave me a 4 o'clock appointment that Monday to ensure that they could get me in and out. At 5:30 I called up the manager to find out what was taking so long and I was told my vehicle would be done in approximately 15 minutes. At 6:30 I called the manager back and said what happened to 15 minutes? He told me that I didn't understand and they needed my permission to take the wheel locks off and I needed to lose my attitude and he understood that I was frustrated, but I needed to calm down. My tire was low last week. I put air in tire and went to Belle Tire Monday to see what was going on. They checked my air pressure and found a screw/nail in tire. I made appointment for Tuesday and within 50 minutes or so they patched it, removed that darn message that says tire pressure low, and filled all the tires with the right air pressure. All this for no charge!! I have not been here in years because no car issues but over the last many years have always had great service. read more

We swapped out our set of winter wheels for our set of all-season wheels today. Service representative Malik Hardy took care of it today. We take all seven vehicles we and our children own to this BelleTire location and I know Malik and several of his colleagues. Very professional and thorough, very friendly. We left the four winter wheels with BelleTire: they keep those in storage and in November we just call them, they have our set of wheels at the store and swap the wheels again. Our daughter lives in Chicago and usually has her sets of wheels swapped when she comes over to Michigan. But if she would like to have it done in Chicago, BelleTire sends the wheels within three days to a BelleTire store of her choice and perform the service there. They told me that they have many more stores in Ohio, Indiana and Illinois, so they have the size to provide this type of service. Great company! read more

Not too long ago on a Saturday Jeffrey B. posted that they were out of coffee at his place of employment and we were out late the night before. I felt bad for him and his co-workers so I went to Trader Joe's and got some inexpensive coffee and brought it to him. Afterwards traveling down the Orchard Lake Road, my tire suddenly got flat. I continued a little ways and pulled into a Belle Tire at Maple and Orchard Lake. The staff was friendly and quick. They got my tire changed in about 10 minutes and it was inexpensive. I have never had such a good experience with mechanics in my life. The waiting room was really nice. There were a lot of chairs, a big television, vending machines and huntin' and car magazines. I definitely recommend anyone come here for tires, if it's convenient for them. I don't know if I'll be back since it's a ways from home, but I'd consider it based on such a positive experience. read more

I was passing by to put air in my tire. My tire would take any air because the valve stem suddenly wouldn't work. I walked inside to ask for help. An associate told me to take the car around the back. He had the same issue at the air machine so he tried another machine after he inspected the value stem. He heard air hissing from the tire and saw a nail/staple in my tire. They repaired it within the 90 minute window that they said they would. I've been driving on it for a week and it feels good to be safe. Peace of mind is everything!! read more

Extremely disappointing. They convinced me I needed a new motor mount when I had some other work done. When I went to pick it up I asked if everything had been completed and they said yes. I paid them including $500 for the motor mount. When I left the store and went to another mechanic he told me that the motor mount had not been replaced. I went back and they offered to refund my money after acknowledging they had not indeed done the work that I had paid for, knowing they were caught in this deception. No apology no nothing. Came in for new tires, I had called originally to try and get an appointment, but they were totally booked up for over a week and I needed new tires ASAP. They suggested I come in as a walk in and they would do what they could to get me in. I went in on a Sunday, they weren't able to take me that day, but said I could come back first thing in the morning and they would have me all set up and for sure my van would be ready to go by that evening. So I came back the next day, they took my car and it was ready that evening, just as they said it would be. Hopefully I won't have to get tires again for a while, but I would come back again, I would just make sure it wasn't right before the cold hit whenever was getting new tires. read more

I brought in a brand new, 2018 Porsche with a low tire pressure issue that the dealership couldn't figure out how to fix. The Belle Tire tech who checked me in, Phil Mason, was very thorough and couldn't find anything wrong with the tire either, but, he had an idea of what might be the problem. This is my go to place when necessary. It is a busy location considering it is right at the corner of a busy intersection 15 & Orchard but they are awesome here. So professional & nice to every single person who walked in. As I sat and waited I was watching everyone and even one of the workers asked if all of us who were waiting wanted any coffee or water. Michael & Brian helped me with everything I needed from when I came in until when I left. I had a chip in my windshield from a rock and they sealed it for me. I am all good to go. Usually not a Belle Tire fan, but this is my second time at this location and both times have been great experiences. I think the store manager (didn't get his name unfortunately) and maybe Adam(?) at the front desk were super friendly and polite, not even just to customers but to the entire staff as well. Again, I usually don't frequent Belle Tire because of bad experiences at other locations in the past, but am very impressed with this place! Also I was recommended this location by several people that I work with, so they're obviously doing something right! read more

I had a flat tire this week and based on previous flats, I expected that I would need a new tire. I explored further and given the mileage on the current tires decided I would probably need to buy all four tires. These tires are premium run flat so they are comparatively expensive. After comparing a number of options, Belle Tire was offering the best price with their Memorial day deals and they had the tires I needed in stock. I made an appointment brought my car in and signed the work order. I was driving home with my wife when ten minutes later the store called me and asked me why was I replacing all 4 tires. I said I had a flat tire. The service rep said let me look at and see if we can fix it because the tires are in good shape overall. They fixed the flat immediately and did not charge me. Needless to say, I'll be back to Belle Tire when I do need to replace the tires. read more

This is one of the worst places to buy tires. I bought two tires here in spring of 20015 with the full warranty. One of my tires was losing air daily. I drove over to see if they would fix it under warranty. They said sure leave your car and we will try and get it don but it may be tomorrow. WTF I can't just leave my car I need it to work from. Needless to say I drove to Discount tire on twelve mile just east. Of Orchard lake road. I asked the if they could fix my tire and how long? The sales person said 30 min. They did it in twenty. I came here to get a slow leak fixed and they blew out my tire and tried to tell me I brought it in Like that... He then tried to sell me a 160$ tire I called corporate and they sent me back I'm here now and i spoke to "dino" who said Hell be right back with me, its an hour later and still nothing... Scam artists. My 74 year old mother went to have her tires looked at because the car felt it had a bit of a shake. They gave her 2 pages worth of things wrong with it. From an alignment to struts to windshield wipers all the way down to a battery. They wanted $1000 for repairs. The next day we took it to the dealership and showed them the 2 page list of issues. After inspection the Dealership said you need 2 new tires. THATS ALL!! They also said that Bell tire customers always come in with the same scenario with the SAME SCAM!! DO NOT GO THERE. Scam : when u go in for a nail in your tire, it's a common practice for them to tell you that the threads are worn out and you need brand new tires. They will scare you by saying "The tire cannot be repaired as it is a liability issue". If you have a lease vehicle the dealer will charge you for new tires". Basically they use scare tactics to make you buy brand new tires . All these sales guys in the counter get bonus for selling tires . They have targets to meet . My brakes were making noise and sounded like the pads were worn out. Michael helped me out and quickly took my car in and also arranged to have me dropped off at work. A few hours later he called me back with great news that everything was mechanically sound. He cleaned up the rotors and the noise is gone. He had the mechanic oil a part in the brakes at no charge and my car is all set. I love the customer service and greatly appreciate the honesty.
